First, let me say that the staff and assistant manager went above-and-beyond to help me retrieve camera equipment lost by a hotel in Bangkok. For that I am extremely thankful. —Beyond that, the hotel is clean, modern, and beautifully designed. The facilities offer everything necessary for a comfortable and luxurious stay (and Pattaya Central Mall is only steps away). All the staff are cheerful and helpful without being intrusive. Hilton Pattaya is definitely my new favorite in Pattaya.
