Would visit again”
It was so clean. Staff members were great too. I stayed 3 nights and everything was perfect. Bathroom window was weird because it wasn’t covered up all the way and no curtains so I was able to see outside in the shower! But they did come and fix that for me. Breakfast was good, it was close enough to ancient town too.

I found Hoi An Silk Village Resort and Spa while I were looking for a resort which provide beautiful greenery. At first, I intended to stay at this resort for one night but then I decided to stay for two nights. I completely immersed myself in nature and release my stress. The staff are really helpful. My room is very clean and smells of lemongrass.

The Silk Village Resort is excellent. The staff are warm,welcoming and helpful,the facilities are excellent and the location is quiet and peaceful. Although located a little out of the old town,the resort provides regular complimentary shuttles to the old town and An Bang and Cu Dai beaches. The old town is also an easy walk, bike ride or $2 taxi ride if you are coming back late at night.

One night not enough”
Stayed in Da Nang prior to coming here. I think a couple more nights in Hoi An would have been nice, however the Old Town area is becoming too busy with tourists. Nonetheless great stay and staff. Very friendly and helped us as we werent feeling well with a cold. Would stay here again 100%

Silk Village was just the right distance out of Hoi An town to give the feeling of space & retreat, but with a reliable shuttle to town/beach when you needed it. Facilities were perfect & staff were faultless. Would happily return.

Amazing Hotel! Friendly and accommodating Staff. Silk Tour was fantastic- kids 6 & 8 and adults loved it! Great location as out of hustle and bustle. 2 Pools. Loved Happy Hour Cocktails by the pool! Food was delicious. Highly Recommend.

An oasis when travelling”
What a calm and relaxing place to visit when travelling though Vietnam. The resort is beautiful and just outside of Hoi An which means is quiet and peaceful. The shuttle bus or a taxi takes you into the Old Town in 5 minutes. The staff here are delightful.

Great staffs with excellent breakfast ”
Breakfast at Lat15 provides many great choices for noodles and crispy bread. Staffs were brilliant, we lost passports and they tried their best to track and offer helps , really appreciated especially Tony . Thank you. The landscape made us feel relax with 2 swimming pools and pool table inside the restaurant.

Great staff, very clean and a good breakfast Buffett. However, the quality of their main restaurant is worste than the street foods out in the road. Ive ordered the traditional Vietnamese clay pot fish, there was no flavor, fish was fried and old, and oily. I don't mind paying more for a better quality ingredients.

The room we stayed in had a balcony that overlooked the pool, which was amazing and stunning at all times of the day. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay, helping us book impression tickets, car transportation and general recommendation for local food and entertainment. There was a free silk tour on site, but due to time constraints we were unable to utilise this. Only downside is location, which is not walkable from ancient town but taxi are plenty and is relatively cheap to get there and back. Staff also able to help with booking so not a major issue for us.

Great hotel with staff so helpful. Breakfast top quality. Very nice swimming pool. Clean rooms. Only fault was the cleaners are a bit noisey in the early mornings. Otherwise I would stay again without a doubt. Thank you all for your help.

You can't walk to Old Town, and you can use it at a fixed time if you apply for a shuttle. The resort garden is pretty and there are several swimming pools. I don't know if the water is clean. It was nice because the room was spacious, the air conditioner was good, and the bathroom was spacious. And there is a manager who helped me check in my family. I don't know her name. She is kind and knows the problem well and solves it well. She recommended a good foot massage shop and it was a great place
