Memorable Christmas Holiday”
This was definitely a Christmas Holiday to remember as it was also our first time in Bangkok. Holiday Inn at Sukhumvit 22 made our stay worthwhile. From its strategic location near malls and BTS Phrom Phong station, cleanliness of the rooms, super friendly & helpful staff (esp. Big & M of the Concierge who helped us arrange our hotel limousine & taxis and Nicha of Reception who helped us with our late checkout request), delicious and reasonably priced food and awesome view of the Bangkok Skyline from our room. We would definitely be checking in again on our next Bangkok trip hopefully in the near future.

Best hotel in terms of location & staff behaviour”
Pros: 1. Hotel is overall super clean. Rugs, curtains, etc. are amazingly well-maintained 2. Amazing location with a great view of Bangkok Skyline 3. Super-friendly staff. They remember you by name & greet you with great respect & a big smile 4. Room & bathroom are full of essential items of need. A small suggestion could be to have toothbrush & comb in place as well, however I believe these can be asked for during the stay 5. Specially for Indian families- lots of budget friendly authentic Indian restaurants available in the area Cons: 1. Rooms feel a bit clostrophobic, probably due to the greyish color everywhere and bathroom not being transparent 2. Very few (around 20) channels on the TV. Cannot connect to phone/laptop or even broadcast youtube videos. These features were present in a lower priced hotel nearby 3. Breakfast is average, both in terms of taste and variety. Could be improved Overall, amazing stay. 4.8/5 as the cons are quite minor over the pros.

Value Hotel”
Hotel location is 7 min walk to Phrom Phong BTS and 10 min walk to Asoke (Terminal 21). Nearby, there are many good food and clean massage. Hotel facilities are adequate, breakfast is nice and service is tip top. Special thank to Lobby Manager, Yoyo. He provided us with useful tips on where to go and got us taxi at reasonable price. Will return to this hotel again.

Solo male traveller ”
Brilliant staff, great facilities with gym, pool and breakfast restaurant on 8th floor. Rooms went up to floor 25 or so. Rooms comfortable and well equipped. Located half way between Phrom Pon and Asok metro on Sky Train, approx 500 metres from each. Also 500 meters from Sukhumvit on Underground train. I got a good price just after Covid, would have been willing to pay more.

Super value for money”
Had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn, Sukhumvit. The entire place was spotlessly clean and the ground staff has done a fantastic job in keeping the place neat and clean. The overall hospitality was top-notch with everyone being genuinely courteous and extremely supportive and kind. I am definitely coming back here :-)

Exceptional”
Had a very comfortable 4-day stay at Holiday Inn Sukhumvit... With good facilities, a great location in central Bangkok, and a tasty breakfast buffet included, the modest price was unbeatable. Staff is very friendly and attentive, and printed out some documentation for me that I needed for travel. Will definitely consider this hotel for future travel.

Highly recommended hotel for someone who is looking for hotel at Sukhumvit area”
- The price is very reasonable for hotel which is located at Sukhumvit road. (Only 5 - 10 mins walk from Phromphong BTS station) - All of staffs are helpful and super service-minded. At the price, I never expect much from staffs but all of them really impressed me - The room was clean and as per my request, high floor and quiet zone >> so comfy - Any missing items e.g. toothbrush, comb can be requested via QR code >> very cool!

Hol Inn in great location on Suk rd . Easy train link from airport to Makkassan stn . Then taxi . Many bars, eateries , etc around here . Lovely roof top pool . Breakfast 10/10 too. Would stay again if in BKK.

Deluxe room on 18th floor with view of the skytrain. Clean room with clean bedding, cool air conditioning, and iron provided. Clean bathroom with complete amenities and fast hot water. Comfortable and clean pillows and mattress. Convenient location near skytrain, shopping mall, and 7-11. Excellent service from both front desk and restaurant staff. Breakfast buffet with a variety of options. Swimming pool is not available due to COVID restrictions, limited to 4 people per 45-minute session and must be reserved in advance. Great value for the joint travel promotion that includes breakfast.

Great location and stylish room”
The hotel is located smack in the centre of Sukumvit road. The room is nice and cozy. We travelled during the COVID pandemic so not all the restaurants were operating. However, the breakfast buffet was and it was pleasant.

Great service and quick assistance every time requested. Rooms are nice and clean. Hot water is always available and fast. However, breakfast is not very diverse, maybe because there are not many guests.
