Great hotel, location is everything”
We had a great time in Bangkok. The hotel's location is the biggest factor why we chose to stay here. It's very near the National Stadium station and walking distance to MBK and Siam Paragon. The staff were friendly from check in to check out. Breakfast was filling, i like that they change menus every day except for sausage and ham. You can also opt to take out your breakfast if you have an early flight. They also let is borrow an umbrella when it rained one afternoon. They cleaned the room everyday. The room is big enough for us, bed was comfortable and the view is amazing (we stayed at 20th floor). We will be back again. Highly recommended hotel.

Great location in the City Centre”
The Hotel location is just 5 mins walk to MBK and just walking distance to Siam Centre & Siam Paragon. Its really a shopping & eating paradise ! Also nearest BTS station is the National Stadium. There is a MacDonalds next to the Hotel and also a Massage place which opens until mid -nite - just nice to go for a foot massage after one day shopping ! Staff are friendly and helpful in giving directions. Rooms are big and clean daily. Only Breakfast should improved more with Thai cuisine . This is my 2nd time staying at this Hotel will sure come back again. Highly recommended for those who love to shop in Bangkok City Centre !

the hotel was overbooked on the day of check-in (how can that happened??) but I was there early so the staff managed to get me a room at the non smoking floor. very thankful for that extra hardwork. the hotel is just 100m from the BTS station, and few minutes walk to MBK, Tesco Lotus etc. room with good view and clean, breakfast was nice although limited choices and few tables available, but really love the grab and go service which is very thoughtful and kind. good wifi. certainly will be back again.

My regular all time favourite”
This is not the first time i was staying. I like this place cos its super convenient. Near to public transport and many food and convenient store around. there are spa which is just around the corner, for the tired legs. MCD is just right below and opens early and close very late. The room is clean and pretty spacious. And smell good. Toileteries are complete. not bad for an express hotel! there are free beverage and wifi. this hotel is self equip with all the customer needs. Its value for its money.

Very Clean And Convenient”
I tried several hotels in BKK as I was frequently there for business trips. First time over at Holiday Inn Express. It was almost perfect. Location is good, 1 min to train station. Very clean with fast Wifi. Lighting, high storey, gym, all there. The only improvement area is perhaps, more variety for breakfast. I stayed 5 days, eating almost the same thing every day. Variety is quite limited. That's the only complain. The rest .... perfect.

This hotel i have stayed for many times.And each time, it gives me positive vibes. This hotel has never failed me. Its convenient as BTS is very nearby. And there's a MCD at hotel. The breakfast has ever changing spread for the 3 nights we stayed. And the View from the breakfast area is breath taking. There is a terrace seating as well. The room is clean and spacious. Its self equipment with wifi / free drinking water and other convenience.

Worth my Money!”
At first, I was hesitant to go to this hotel. But thanks to my boyfriend who encourage me to book this hotel for 2 nights. The food were great. We tend to eat heavy breakfast in our tours so we won't be hungry when the tour starts, so having a breakfast in this hotel is a big part for me to give this hotel a 5 star. Also, the cleanliness is superb. They also change sheets and give you extra of towels.

Great rooms great location! Will return!”
The hotel is in a super strategic location! Easy access to BTS trains. At night, there will be local night markets which is super amazing. We even watched Muay Thai fight there while eating dinner. Pretty much walking distance to all of the malls. Room was super clean, there is hose inside toilet and definitely worth paying for. Will recommend and definitely return.

Wonderful service, clean and good breakfast!”
Highly recommend this hotel. It is within very easy walking distance to the sky train. Very comfy beds and wonderfully helpful staff! We have many food allergies and the kitchen staff were very helpful in answering our questions. If we had stayed more than one night they would have provided a full breakfast for my daughter with multiple allergies.

This is the hotel i have always stay when in Bangkok. Its very convenient to everything you need. And its close to the main mean of transportation. BTS. Room is clean and smell good. Beds are soft and waking up with the best view. Staffs are friendly and take care of you. The breakfast has a large selections. and fresh. Highly receommended.

Checked in at around 1430 hrs greeted by reception staff happy with smiles on the face security guard helped me with language. Smooth and quick check in gave me the room on 11th floor nice clean although but small but well-maintained nice decor nice view of national stadium Bangkok. Mistakenly asked for smoking room once suggestion for all even if you smoke take non-smoking room only as no balcony and smoking rooms gave that smoky smell all the time better to go down and smoke. But i was amazed to see this concept by IHG hotels get a chance to stay with international brand name with good rates breakfast is included . Talking more about this hotel is at excellent location in Siam very close to BTS which is needed in Bangkok to avoid traffic congestion can commute through BTS to almost all the city attraction, Staff is the biggest USP of the hotel English speaking well trained and very helpful they listen and try to give solutions . Defiantly recommended and will visit soon.

Good location, nice view”
The hotel is nearby the victory monument station, walk 5 minutes. They gave me a higher floor with a very nice city view. The room is big enough and clean. Breakfast also good and they provide a free shuttle to Bitec during my visit, very nice. The staffs are friendly and very helpful.

This is the most beautiful room we’ve stayed with Holiday Inn and the crew are very friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with the circuit breaker around 5:00AM where the lights were flickering and the facilities engineer was able to fix it within 5 mins! That’s awesome! They even offered a free taxi to the airport when we left to make up for it and that was really great! I will definitely go back and stay with them! Cheers to Piyacha T!

The Hotel Roomlooks new , clean and big with a good view . They also provide two different pillows - SOFT & FIRM - the words were on the pillows ! Walking distance to BTS & MBK and one stop train ride to Siam Paragon & Siam Centre . Perfect location if you are there for shopping & eating the local food its everywhere in the Malls & outside the Malls. Only the Breakfast could hv been better with more local spread especially local desserts. A good service from one of the staff who has a unique name - "Thanks" - special thank you to her for letting us check-in early & rembering my birthday during my stay . Very good location to stay if you plan to go around the Siam area. The BTS National Station is just 2 minutes walk. Easier interchange station to Chidlom, Chatuchak. There is a Mc’donalds just next to hotel. Walk down from the BTS station is a 7-11 convenient store. Hotel reception staffs are friendly. Upon our check in, there are 2 rooms are not ready, the staff offered to upgrade one of the room. Nice! Definitely will come back again!
