Very clean, very nice hotel, free shuttle available to Airport and MTR (Tung Chung station)”
We are a family of 4 from Canada (2 young boys ages 7 &9) and needed a place to stay close to the airport because we had a very early flight so we found this hotel close to the airport. Room: The room was extremely clean and large (for HK). We had 2 double beds, TV, WIFI, couch, work desk, 1 bathroom w/ shower/bathtub and and nice ocean view. The room was well lit with a convenient control to all the lights by the night stand so you don't need to get up to turn off all the lights. Air ventilation was great with both AC and heat available for those cooler days and nights. The hotel also provided slippers (for the kids too), bath robes, all all toiletries including toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, etc. Location: Although the hotel is close to the airport, the noise from the airplanes wasn't too bad. There are 2 free shuttles: To/From Airport (every 20mins starting at 5am) and To/From Tung Chung MTR Station (every 30mins). Hotel is comparable to a 4.5 star hotel in the US/Canada.

We have a good 4 days stays in this hotel. The airport shuttle was very punctual. The room was nice and clean. Thank you to the Guest Relation Team for the honeymoon set up in our room. A big thank you to Mr. Hong Lee, concierge guy who help us with the directions and etc.Thank you marriot..definitely will come and stay again.

Nice Hotel”
The hotel near the airport only 1 station away. Suitable for people in transit for next day flight. I booked a room which is enough for 4 adults. The room is quite big, the bath room is big and clean. Breakfast is quite varied, taste ok. Friendly staff, free shuttle bus to airport. Definitely will stay ini this hotel again when in Hongkong.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Very clean. Room had two queen size beds. Had a layover of more than 24 hours so had to exit to HK and was so happy to have found this hotel via Agoda. We are a party of 3 and the availability of a room with such short notice was awesome. Room came with breakfast for 2 at the rate we paid and had to avail an extra breakfast. I feel the rate for the breakfast was fair considering the quality and variety of food choices. They offered free shuttle service from airport to hotel and vice versa and for Tung Chung. Overall a great hotel and a great experience. My view is that the hotel is quite far from downtown HK and would be a good option for layover and for those who intend to visit Tung Chung outlets and Disney. I will stay here again definitely.

Booked a one night stay as layover before coming back from HK to Canada. Requested. a later checkout as flight next day was at 8:00 pm. Front desk gave me until 2:00 pm. Facilities such as room and pool are nice and clean.

Airport Convenience ”
So we are a family of 4 with two children under 3. They were super accommodating regarding needing an extra crib in the room. The price is a little high considering we only needed to stay 1 night but if you’re needing to stay longer the amenities are incredible and the service is prompt and friendly for Hong Kong.

Very Accomodating & Complimentary Shuttle Bus Service is a Plus”
With all the demostrations and protests happening in the city. This hotel is by far the safest hotel for our family. The complimentary transfers to/from Airport, Hong Kong Disneyland, and Tung Chung MRT Station (Citigate Outlets) is really a plus and made travelling more convenient.

The hotel location is near the airport and the free shuttle is excellent. There's free shuttle to Tong Chung station where we're able to get best deals in shopping clothes and consumables. My kids enjoyed a great deal in Hongkong Disneyland and Ocean Park. The Ferris Wheel ride and carnival is also a great adventure for family with teens. Ther room is so spacious compared to Novotel Citygate. Breakfast is fantastic with so much variety of foods to choose from. The staff is so friendly and very helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and colleagues .

It is very good place for stay and very easy commute with free shuttle provided. It has frequent shuttle to go to airport and Thung Shun MRT and it's reliable. But for those who wants to be near to the busy city, this place is quite far. However I love to stay in Marriott.. any Marriott never fails me so far. Thank you and keep up the good services.

When you can't fly”
We had a problem with our flight out of HK during these complicated Covid times. We just walked in in the middle of the night - we were checked in quickly with very reasonable room rate. This hotel made the difference during our few days of waiting for the next flight!
