I felt like the room was newly renovated, with good furniture, good linen, good faucets, and hot water was good and quick. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was good, couldn't ask for more.

Very spacious room, there is induction cooker and kitchen utensils in case you're hungry at night, and there's a Bathtub too! Very strategic location where 7 eleven and massage parlours are around, and 5 mins walk to BTS station. Because I am a light sleeper, the only setback is that u can hear people walking outside as the walkway outside is marbled flooring. Also, the walls are kinda thin, I managed to hear the couple nextdoor quarrelling in one of the nights. Overall is a good experience and definitely will recommend. 👍

The place is very well located, 3 min from BTS, same.location BTS you have huge shopping center with lost of restaurants thai and american. Breaksaft buffet from hotel very good, and the cafe staff outstanding

Overall the place is not bad. The rooms are clean and big enough. Location is great. About 5-7 minute walk to the BTS. The only thing I will put a negative about the hotel would be the Air con unit. I checked into the room and everything looks fine except the Air con. It looks like it has not been maintained in years. It looks yellowish and ab out to fall off. They should do some upkeep and make it look better. Its not the first room that is like that. I have stayed in this hotel several times and that is what I have noticed.I changed room since it smelled like a smoking room and ended up in a better one.

Great place but needs some updates.”
The overall place is quite nice. The rooms are big enough and adequate. Staff is great. Location is close to BTS which is about a 5 minute walk. Its pretty easy to go anywhere from the hotel. The only thing that would improve the hotel would be to maintain the rooms a bit. Some rooms looks rundown so it makes it unpleasant to live. A room that I stayed at the AC looked torn down even though it worked. They should fix it and make it look clean.

I wasn’t able to sleep here”
I got positive in covid and I wasn’t able to use the room that I paid for for 3 nights because it’s not movable or refundable. I’ll be staying in bangkok for 2 months until March 2022 and this is one of the hotels we want to try before booking for a month. Unfortunately I haven’t tried it yet, tho the location is good and looks like the hotel is really nice. Hope we can book here while were still in bangkok. Hope our booking last time is movable, thank you! 😅

Good hotel for Sukhumvit ”
I have used this hotel several times as it is very convenient for access to Sukhumvit, plus it has car parking space in the front of the hotel which I find a bonus, as opposed to the typical small access multi floor car parks in downtown hotels.

Hotel somehow attracts Japanese people, this can be noticed at the breakfast: Sushi, miso soup are offered, high focus on their mobile phones by the breakfast team positive: - close to BTS station Phrom Phong - breakfast with various options negative: - unpleasant receiption on check-in - loud noise: there had been nine air condition machines directly outside, they created noise - no nice view outside: half of the window covered by air condition machines - lower cleanliness level - mould formation in the bath room - dust in the room - hairs and other things on the bed linen - room condition: broken hand shower set, open holes at the bath tub, we ran out of toilet tissues => looked to us run down
