Pleasant Experience”
The Hotel is located in a really prime location next to Chinatown and closeby to MRT. Room is very clean and neat, staff is very friendly which really surprised me. The only downside is it's located in Chinatown so every time you go out, the smell of restaurant food is in the air. Bad thing if you go out with a full belly haha

Hotel room is small but great location. The bed was at a height from the ground which makes getting into and out of the bed difficult. I had a room with an air vent and it made a lot of noise at night. Managed to get the room changed.

Pros: The hotel is easy to locate. Convenient location. MRT is like 4min walk. Tons of restaurants 🍽️ Cons: The room I booked is tiny but i am not complaining. But if you have a huge luggage best not to book this type of room. NO HANGERS I am a resourceful person so I was able to handle this. CLOGGED DRAINAGE SOUND You can hear the water dripping from upper floor. It could be the bad draining system. ONE POWER OUTLET😞 Understand that the hotel is saving space but having two or three power outlet won’t hurt. Overall: I will still consider booking in the future but that is after checking other hotels.

Perfect hotel for a first visit!”
It was my first time ever visiting Singapore and I must say that this hotel is fantastic for anyone who may want a location that has is surrounded by a lot of points of interest, while still being fairly priced enough to save money for the inevitable food sprees you may go on. The rooms are sized well and come with enough amenities to leave your own toiletry bag at home. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed 3 night . Location is the best ฺ but for the room has not soundproofed at all . You can hear sound from corridor and other room at night. We booked room with window but they gave us no window room at first night.

Had a good stay and the room are small but cosy. The only turn off part is the bad soundproofing as the noises from the lobby, ppls chatting can be clearly heard and it is a great disturbance to have a really good rest at the hotel

Is great location and clear room. ”
First time been to hotel looking very new and clear, but the room seem a bit small than 14sqm, but it has large bath room. Not much walking space, and the Wi-Fi connection was poor. However the friendly stuff changed the room for us next day. Overall I liked the bed is really comfy, and even with smaller space, but is clear. Especially with such good location, guess is trade off. If you on budget and do like good location, this hotel wouldn’t disappoint you.

It is located near to MRT and within walking distance. The bed was comfortable but the air-condition was too warm even at temperature 18 degrees Celsius. Overall, a great stay here for 2 nights.

Beware with travel chargers”
They got their outlet wired in such a way that you need travel adapter that has three elements (all universal travel adapters only has two elements of contact). So your universal travel adapter won't work in this hotel. Normal common plastic Singapore outlet adapter also won't work. ONLY three elements Singapore outlet adapter that they 'conveniently' sell in the hotel can work. They won't lend you, you have to purchase it from them, and you have no choice because all universal adapters won't work in this hotel, common plastic adapters also won't work.

Location was convenient. Hotel look and interior was very aesthetic. Room was big and spacious as we got a free upgrade to king when we paid for Queen. Tv had netflix and YouTube. Wouldn't mind coming back. Two towels were abit dirty but didn't bother as we didn't use it.

There was higher level room available but gave to walk-in customer who came in after us. Required higher level with quiet room, but give us ground floor with terrible noise at mid-night & early morning. Call to desk to complaint but no one answering phone. This is the most terrible stay experience in Singapore.
