Our room honestly a shoebox but it was never an issue for us. The linens were kept clean and fresh towels were delivered every day. The bathroom was small but the water pressure and heat was good. There was also a drinking water spout in the bathroom sink. The staff was also very easy to talk to and attended to our needs promptly. The best part about the place is that it's near both the MRT and bus station which made going around the city all the more convenient. If you're only after a place to sleep after a long day of going out, I would definitely recommend this place especially given how expensive other hotels can get.

We are very happy stayed at this hotel! Staffs are so helpful. We reached there early, they help us to keep our luggage bags so that we can move easily to some place of interest near by. They also allow us to check in early around one pm. Room is very clean and is with window but small(10sqm). At our request,they changed us to a slightly bigger room but is without window (14sqm). We R happy that we choose to stay here. This place is convenient, near MRT, Tekka hawker centre, convenience shop & restaurants.
First arrival greeted warmly by the staff, very nice, and understanding if we are a group with many small children. The hotel is comfortable because it's close to places to eat, a bus stop, and a 24-hour convenience store, although the staff at the convenience store was quite unfriendly, but it's okay, we can find another convenience store. The hotel is very much worth the price, it might become one of my options for a hotel if I return to Singapore.

“Good Location”
I would recommend this hotel for its location — it’s an 8–10 minute walk to Bugis and also near the train going to Universal Studios Singapore. It's ideal if you're only using it for sleeping. The room is good for two; it’s small, and you can’t open two luggages at the same time. There was an issue with the electric socket in our room, but thankfully we brought an extension cord, so we were able to use the other socket. Just note that there are only two sockets in total. The Wi-Fi is good, and they provide purified water. There’s a control for the aircon, but even after changing the temperature, it resets to the original setting. However, the room temperature still stays comfortable, so it wasn’t really a problem. If you book early, it can be budget-friendly — especially if you prefer to have your own bathroom and room while staying in Singapore.
