very good experience at Hotel Acadia. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We very much appreciated the free access to coffee, soft drinks and snacks in the foyer and rooms. Rooms were basic but functional and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Location was great.

I love this hotel”
This hotel is in between two metro station. Hotel is clean and room is big enough for paris standards. Breakfast is 10 euro per adult, kids is free. Convenience store is just infront the hotel. In the mid day until midnight, there is bread, cake, some cookies, drinks, coffe and water in the lobby for hotel guess. very nice. The hotel is not near montmartre, but it walkable, and very nice to walk there. you will pas a nice view. If i visit paris again, i will stay there again.

One of the best budget hotels in Paris. Free breakfast, free afternoon snack and drinks!! The staffs are friendly and helpful. The best thing is that you can stop by any of their branch hotels to eat afternoon tea and snacks anywhere in Paris!!! Will visit them again!!

Excellent location, service and clean”
Excellent location near 2 metro stations within walking distance. The service was good especially the reception staff who were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Hotel lobby also provided free drinks (both cold and hot), snacks and fruits which was really convenience. There were also a few supermarkets nearby. Room was clean with comfortable bed. The hotel is value for money.

Simple hotel with great staff”
We arrived before 11am, so we didn't expect to be allowed to check in, but the receptionist was great, and checked us in! She was really helpful in all aspects. The room was ok, the bed had totally sunk on one side, but it wasn't too bad to sleep in. I would say it's not really that great, kind of stock standard, but a little below par. I didn't feel that comfortable in the room, but we didn't really spend much time there. It's close to the Gare du Nord, which was the reason we chose it, and it's not far from the river and Louvre. We much prefer to walk while in Paris. The best thing about the hotel is that they set up a whole selection of pastries and drinks for you to help yourself throughout the afternoon. This definitely made up for the lack of bedroom charm.

This hotel is very suitable for those who want a value-for-money stay in Paris. Although the room is small, it is clean and tidy. And the reception is very friendly. Within 3 min (or less) walking distance, there is a subway, which is the most convenient way to travel from one place to another. Also, there are many restaurants around the corner.

not bad for a 'budget hotel'. Clean and there's a bathtub! My friend complained about the bed though. Location is pretty good too, if you're coming from Paris Nord, that is. Quite a lively neighborhood, even at night.

Hotel is about 10-15 mins walk to Paris Gare du Nord Station and to Galeries Lafayette. Supermarket and eateries are located in the area which provides great convenience. Appreciates the arrangement for hotel guests to drop by their other hotels for a break if you are in the vicinity.

Convenient & Easy Access to Popular Places”
Comparing the room charge with the level of service, I think the choice of this hotel stands to reason for both sightseeing and business trip. As there is a supermarket in front of the hotel, I bought some bottle of wine and confectionery for my friends and family even in the limited time for shopping. The bad point is that there is no refrigerator in the room.

Cash (890euro) stolen in hotel room!!!!”
Our cash inside a pouch which put inside a properly closed and zipped suitcase got stolen !! The hotel was so irresponsible by replying our money was not kept inside the only “french” safety box and thus no reimbursement could be make. They also confirmed that NOT ONE BUT MANY of their so-called “HONEST” staffs (cant determine culprit) who have worked for them for years have entered our room despite we had put up “No disturb sign” at the door knob! It means you have no privacy at all during your stay in this hotel because the staffs could enter your room and check your suitcases for valuable items! Trust me. You will need to lock your suit case and chained it so that your whole luggage will not be stolen!! Please think , think and think again ( Its so IMPORTANT that Repeating 3 times are necessary) before you choose this hotel if you plan your trip to paris with lots of cash & plan to shop luxury goods in their premium outlet! Else, please STAY AWAY from ALL ASTOTEL GROUPS OF HOTELS!!

i the bed was really comfortable and the room was clean. it had a safe and a clean bathroom, working shower, hair dryer, etc. the location is great too. my favorite part was that it was in an inexpensive neighborhood. the only annoying part was being hassled by reception to check out.

Great location, clean well sized room”
The location is very good The staff is helpful and nice The rooms are surprisingly “not that small” for Paris. Free afternoon/evening drinks and snacks are a very nice add on The breakfast is Very nice, spot clean and superbly managed by a hard working lady. Go for it. Showers may soon need an upgrade. Got a double room instead of a twin. Shouldn’t happen.

Everything you want is all in this hotel! Literally felt like I am at home! But when I arrived the hotel, I ve learned that I had a problem about the reservation which was completely the fault of Skyscanner! But the girl at the reception called Virginie helped me in the way that I ve never experienced before in my 45 years old traveling life as an artist. I can not thank her enough that was saved me from what I do not know what to do in the middle of Paris around evening without a room. During my time in Paris, I stayed at hotel Monterosa that is one of the other versions of these hotel chains thanks to the great help of dear Virginie that made me remember that there is still good hearted people in this world and made me meet this great hotels chain in the extremely positive experience! I will definitely not stay in another hotel anymore! Almost all the five star hotel experience with a very affordable money ! Merci beaucoup pour tout Virginie and hotel Monterosa 🖤

Very friendly staff, quite neighbourhood near busy street with bars restaurants and supermarkerts, 15min walk from louvre, clean room, bathroom and hotel in general, elevator (not many other hotels have one), minibar free of charge and gets refill every day, reception with coffee, snacks and drinks area for free. The room was small but the bed was big and comfortable. The breakfast was average, i think you are going to eat a lot better with that money from something 2min close from the hotel Overall a great experience and highly recommented

The hotel was located in a nice neighborhood, close to restaurants and bars. The metro station was 2 min walk, but you could reach by foot a lot of attractions. The room was very clean, spacious, a mini bar with drinks was for free, the staff was very friendly and helpful! I would come back for sure! Highly recommend!

Hotel in the heart of Paris”
From the moment we have arrived, we’ve received amazing treatment from the staff, who helped us with everything. Room is clean, spacious for Paris standards and we’ve got daily free minibar drinks and small bars. Breakfast was good, and we recommend eating in it. If we were to come again to Paris, it would most likely be this hotel. :)
