Located near the beach and Kuta area, this hotel offers a great location for tourists to explore the city. Guests are impressed by the excellent service from the friendly staff, who go above and beyond to ensure their stay is comfortable. Staff are very helpful and provide excellent service. The location is very convenient, just a short walk to Mae Kha Canal. The atmosphere is peaceful and everything is clean. It is situated right in Chiang Mai city. The hotel also offers motorcycle rental services at a reasonable price.
The hotel staff was very friendly and assisted us with many requests. Not exactly in the middle of town, but easy enough to go around. Room was spacey and was nicely decorated. Very clean and tidy. Loved our stay here, would recommend to friends for sure!
I was satisfied with the price, but there are a few critical drawbacks. 1. Soundproofing is inadequate. - You can unintentionally identify the nationality of the neighbors in the next room. In my case, it was an elderly Thai couple, and even when they weren’t speaking loudly, I could hear everything. The sound from the TV in the next room is an added bonus. 2. There may be bugs. The front door is not completely sealed, and there is a small gap at the bottom. Ants and other bugs can come in and out through that space. Please clean up any food immediately. 3. The location is ambiguous. I booked it because I saw it on a travel site, but on the Wednesday and Thursday that I went, there was really nothing around. However, there is a night bazaar and Warorot Market? That’s somewhat walkable. Despite this, I recommend it because the price is cheap, and contrary to the reviews, the water quality was also decent (a filter was used). It was nice to have the pool for private use, and the staff was not only friendly but also attentive to all our requests.
Located in Changklan area, the hotel is clean. Helpful staff. There’s no fridge in the room but you can swap the bottle of water to the cold one and they allow you to keep drink and food in their fridge. The alley is only oneway drive a bit tricky to park a car. There’s a few parking lots in front of the hotel and another place to park is about 200m away. Overall it’s a good experience to stay at Aono hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Chiang Mai. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the whole place was kept spotless! You could always see someone cleaning. The rooms were spacious, and I liked the nice scent of the shampoo and soap they provided. It was very peaceful and quiet, never crowded since it’s a small hotel, and the pool was a great spot to relax. I also like the little extras like free coffee and a microwave to heat up food we ordered, very convenient! Overall, it was a comfortable, relaxing stay and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful place in Chiang Mai.
