5 days at the Cozi Wetland. Good rooms on 18th floor. Staff generally be very helpful. Walking distance to the Wetlands Park. Excellent for birds, butterflies, flora. Also the light rail Tin Shui Wai circular route.

I stayed overnight to run a race the following morning in Tin Shui Wai. The hotel offers a lower rate than the Harbour Plaza in Tin Shui Wai. The deluxe king room on the 16th floor is spacious, if sparse. The toilet is large and the shower pressure is fine. The view onto Tin Shui Wai North is fine. The mattress is not soft but the pillow was soft. I think the biggest weakness of the room was the noise from the hallway as there appeared to be families and crying children on the same floor.

Overall, great experience from checkin to checkout. And it's in a prime location if you're heading to the Wetlands -- just a short walk (follow the light trail tracks, down the underground tunnel). Just beside the hotel is a mall with plenty of food options, groceries, even a McDonalds. Our only gripe was that our room reeked of cigarettes, even though it's a non-smoking hotel. We stayed only for two nights, and all of our clothes smelled of cigarettes. Not great as we had a young child and an infant with us. Wifi was strong, walls were thin.

Excellent place to stay but one caveat”
This is a great hotel for a mini Staycation. It's really close to the Wetland Park and lots of bargain shopping. The hotel is very modern and spotless and the rooms are really big for HK. The price is amazing. Only one caveat - take earplugs if you are a light sleeper (like me) because the walls are paper thin and our neighbours were talking away (at normal voice level) till 5am in their room. I can't really understand how they could build such a great hotel but omit soundproofing between rooms.

Hotel has wifi cover for customer, and they has bus provide between hotel and two MTR station, convenience for go outside. Air con is powerful for cooling, and view very good for face towards West side.

Pretty good for its price and overall”
We had a pretty good time at the hotel, it was exactly how it was shown in the pictures. The staff was friendly. The cleaning employees were the best, and most proactive I have ever seen. The only downside was the insulation of the walls, you could hear people walking with their luggage. And on the last night of our visit, an enormous group was holding a party at midnight! Incomprehensible that other guests did not hear this. After calling reception the problem was partly solved. All with all, besides the insulation this hotel is and was a recommender.
