Spacious room with superb breakfast and dinner”
A luxury and enjoyable stay at the hotel. Got this room with promo rate inclusive of breakfast and dinner. This is a perfect package offered from agoda and the hotel. The aircon is very cool. Hotel should provide some shoes in the room. The breakfast is good with precautious sop. For dinner might need some improvement. There is only coffee and tea, should provide more choices like fruit juice. The cake for dinner is great but it is limited. The rendang beef is superb nice and delicious. Lastly, the car park is limited and need higher pay which is rm10 per entry. The hotel should provide guests with free parking and not to collect parking fee from the guest. Hope my comments help. By the way the hotel is great overall. Bravo.

I was very impressed with the clean and big room. Also having a breakfast while seeing a sea was also one of the best thing. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast menu which only focuses for SO MANY CHINESES. Well I knew that there would be a lot of Chineses but it totally was. Even a breakfast restaurant. Except that, Every thing was perfect. Especially the location of the hotel was very nice. I could go everywhere! All the popular spots were in walking distance.

We had a generally pleasant stay here. The day we were supposed to check-in, our room was given away to another traveler and we were told our room was upgraded. I love the room that was eventually given to us, a duplex sort of room, although not a fan of having to climb a stair to get to the bed. The hotel is situated right inside Suria Shopping Complex so finding something to eat is not a problem. If you want to bring your children to this hotel for its swimming pool then other hotels might be better. The swimming pool is very small although the view from that floor is breathtaking. Cleanliness wise, it can be improved. The amenities given are complete though. Will definitely stay here again.

I initially booked deluxe room with seaview, but due to fully booked, the hotel has upgraded us to deluxe suite with seaview.. really appreciate it for our honeymoon.. room spacious, clean & nice view from bathtub.. near to jesselton point (5min walking distance).. this hotel is part of suria mall.. great variety for breakfast.. the only downside: limited on site parking & need to pay MYR 10 per day..

Great location at Great Value”
Got a Superior Room on promo and it was an excellent experience. Super spacious, and the bed was large and comfortable. Located next to a mall, and a short Grab ride to everywhere else (or a Grab Food order from everywhere else). Pool has got a great view. I didn't get the sea view, but it is supposedly awesome.

The staff are very helpful and nice. Nothing to complaint about. The facilities are good. But if you come to stay here and want to hang out at their rooftop bar, you need to make a early reservation (for 1st time hotel customers). The breakfast buffet can be improve but its enough for a good breakfast. the room is very spacious and clean. the bathroom is also big.

The room are clean & comfortable. The bathroom's water also nice one. It's near to shopping mall where you just need to going down to reach the shopping mall. But if you drive a car & choose this accomodations during holiday season, the VIP park is 'first come, first serve'. The breakfast is nice one. Overall, it's worth with your money.

Why the best...it comes with 1big bed and 2 single bed which is exactly for my family. Really worthy with free breakfast and dinner. Breakfast and dinner was awesom with a lot of variety. Really Clean, friendly staff, very fast and good housekeeping service, clean swimming pool, easy access to the mall, toiletries is so nice with good quality.

One of great hotel to stay in Kota Kinabalu”
Our room facing the seaview which you can see Jesselton jetty just beside the hotel and Gaya Island near to the hotel. The hotel attach with Suria Mall. Easy to get food since many restaurant and food court in the Mall. The staff also very friendly and helpful. The room space is big. The rooftop pool size just nice and restaurant also such a good place to dinner and see the sunset. We try shabu-shabu steambot and grill and it taste good. Will come back to this hotel next time if have good promo price.

Very fast check in and out,the customer service is excellent and the staffs were very helpful and friendly,the room is clean,nice and spacious,the bathroom is clean but need bathroom slippers,I love the swimming pool and bar..sunset and sea view is amazing and beautiful.. overall me and my family enjoyed staying here and definitely with come again.

Grandis with great View”
It was an excellent stay at Grandis for 2 nights. The room was spacious. We are so happy that breakfast and dinner was included in our room package and it was so great having the privilege's to checkout a bit later at 1pm after prayers. The food was awesome too. Kids were happy to spend time at the pool with great view overlooking the sea. Thank you for everyhting!

First time staying here. I love the view from our room and the restaurant. The view of the sea and Island make you feel relax. The breakfast also nice. The room size is big. The bed very comfortable. The building attach with Suria Mall at Level 1.

Good rooms with views. OK breakfast. ”
We got a free upgrade from Deluxe room with Sea View to Deluxe Studio with Sea View. Clean and large rooms. Parking near hotel and staff agreed to keep our luggage for some time after check out. Next door to Suria Mall, jesselton point and 10 minutes walk to the local food joint. Nice tooftop bar and pool. But, the air conditioner was stuck at 21. Breakfast spread was OK.

I had a 3D2N package deal that was good value (included 2 breakfasts and one buffet dinner). Chose this hotel for the rooftop pool, but it is fairly small and was overrun by kids. Nevertheless the package deal was good value and the room enormous and comfortable.

We are travelling wt 1 baby and my wheelchaired dad. All the facilities really suit us and making our stay from checking in to checking out smooth. Located in the Suria Sabah making it more convinent for us to go for shopping. And all the staff is really2 accommodating. They were there to help us a lot. And always ready to assist :) it was a very pleasant stay.

Enjoyed our stay here, we booked for 3 rooms for 2 nights, connecting and corner deluxe sea view. king bed deluxe sea view is big and spacious. Thank you Ana FO for smooth check in and check out and Salbiah from restaurant that helped me to arrange for my family iftar. Staff are generous and helpful ,food were excellent, tip top service. thumbs up.

We really liked the location of this hotel with the door through to Suria Sabah shopping mall, a great sky bar and pool for happy hour sundowners and a nice piano lounge for afternoon tea. The rooms are very spacious. Comfy beds and good AC. Even though we booked a city view room we still had partial sea views which was a welcome bonus.
