I booked this hotel room so that I have a place where I can rest while waiting for the Salamat PRRD event to start and after. Totally enjoyed my stay and wish I slept in for the night. The room is clean, the staff are friendly. My room is awesome as I can watch the shows for free! What a great staycation place! There is also a bar and a restaurant that serves Filipino food. You can also call for room service (I did!) and the food presentation was superb and the food is 5-stars, hot and tasty! I think the only negative that I can point out is the loud noises, running kids. Not the hotel’s fault, though.

Every thing is outstanding and I say this since I am a member in most of the prestigious hotels in the world . If you are traveling as Single, couples or with kids . That’s the right place for all The staff will treat you in out standing hospitality . Even the hotel high management will insure your stay is pleasurable and assure if you are enjoying it . The staff is super friendly in a way u will feel as family or close friend to them . Security is a 7 star since most of the VIP around the world is visiting the H2O hotel A mega fun thing for family or big groups they will enjoy the magical Ocean park with the showers and attractions for all If you are resident you will get more than 50% discounts if u pick up the Ocean park packages in the hotel . Hotel is in middle of an attraction call Ocean Park Manila . Lots of food places chose from till 7 when stat shutting down. Inside restaurant very friendly staff good food. Place very clean and staff will respond to your needs. Close to US Embassy there also museum and parks. Took Grab to other areas like malls and stuff. Don't trust taxi drivers here notorious rip off and trikes also... Had better rides and locations to go to. H2O I recommend if any problems talk to housekeeping head or front desk.

Unexpectedly pleasant stay”
Reception and all staff were very courteous and friendly, and the room is very clean! My two year old daughter enjoyed the experience waking up to fishes in our Aqua room. Food choices for breakfast and lunch at MakanMakan seem limited though, and the pool is a bit far away from the hotel. But that doesn't take away the joy that we had celebrating our daughter's birthday and seeing her excitement with the "fishys". Thanks HotelH2O!

NO windows, so what. We stayed in the Aqua room with the fish tank. The room is nice and updated and very clean. The WIFI works very well in the rooms. But the fish tank is awesome. They keep it clean so the fish glow in the room as they're swimming back and forth.

Our 2nd time and will come back again”
This is our 2nd time to stay here and as before, kids love their Aqua Room. Their room have the necessary amenities, clean and cozy. Restaurants close early but they have 24hr room service. I just don't like the location of their pool, it's in Manila Ocean Park, you have to walk few meters from the hotel.

Spent our 12th anniversary here. Everything went smooth from the moment we stepped out of our car to check out! Staff, friendly and accommodating. They gave us free chocolate cake with dedication which is delicious and they put a banner in our room as well! The view from our room is superb Manila de Bay where you can watch the sun set. A room like an Aquarium..”
It was a very memorable stay for my son's birthday in their Aqua Room.. A nice room feels like your inside an Aquarium.. A feast in the eye seeing the fishes right before your very eyes.. We are sure going back.. And applause to the staff who was very accomodating, especially the girl in the lounge bar. She helped with our surprise cake for our bday boy.. VERY ACCOMODATING”
The room is very spacious and staff are all friendly. Very convenient for us since its very close to the locations we needed to go. The bfast buffet was great too. I only wish they would close their restaurants a little later. The facilities are dead by 7PM i think except for one by the bay that was crowded already since theres no other place to stay. Overall it was great.

We did enjoyed our whole stay! Specially the Aqua room. We only have one problem; the air condition was not that cold. There are times that it's so hot that we need to talk to the front desk and to my surprise, I'm not the only one who's talking at the staff about the aircon. But the rest of our stay was so great.

A very nice hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The aqua room we booked was great with the aquarium in our room. The only thing I found a bit odd was the location of the swimming pool. You have to go outside of the hotel and locate it in an underground shelter at the front of the premises. Other than this we loved our stay.

A Paradise for young children”
My son loved this hotel. We went here for business with a bonus of trip to the Ocean Park. We were able to take care of matters in Manila, and were able to give my son the time of his life going around the aquarium, and a bird and sea lion show. Definitely worth the price.
