stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and had a great experience. The hotel is very new and modern, with a clean and functional design. The room was small (15 sqm) but super practical and spotless, everything you need for a comfortable stay where you spend the whole day enjoying nature outside. The on-site restaurant is excellent, especially for dinner with fresh fish. The location is convenient, close to the main port (to come/go from/to Naha), and the hotel provides a free shuttle bus at set times to Aharen Beach and Tokashiku Beach, which are about 10 minutes away. Aharen Beach is the best on the island (in my opinion), especially for snorkeling. I highly recommend exploring the unsupervised swimming area on the left side of the beach — the marine life there is amazing, we saw a lot of different fish, sea snakes and sea turtles!

We spent 3 days and 2 nights in Tokashiki and we stayed at Hotel Kanaloa. We had such a good time, because the hotel was in a nice position, close to the port (literally ¾ mins walking), to a supermarket, a convenience store and a coffee place. The longer distance to the two beaches of the island (6/7 mins by car) was made up for by a comfortable transfer service organized by the staff at given time slots which in the end were quite convenient. The pick up point at Aharen beach also offered shower and changing rooms. The hotel also had a restaurant and the food was particularly good, typical and various; besides, the prices were extremely fair. The rooms were quite small but had all the necessary items and services, and everything was clean and new. However, the most enthusiastic part of our stay was the staff. Everyone (especially the owner) was soooo kind, polite, helpful, open to satisfy whatever request we had and interested in making our experience there as pleasant and memorable as possible; we highly recommend this place and wish them all the best for the future.

It is very convenient to be within a few minutes' walk from the port with a suitcase. The hotel is new and very clean. The staff were all very kind, making it a comfortable hotel. There was also a free shuttle service to the beach. The amenities available next to the front desk were also quite substantial. The shampoo had a wonderful scent. You can also rent a car. I had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant next to the front desk, and it was very delicious. I would like to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!
This is probably the only 1 or 2 hotel in this island that is super new and modern. They have a kitchen that serves interesting food till late and priced decently. Make sure you’re down to lobby for your early breakfast by 8.30am though, they won’t serve you if you’re later.

First, one family member couldn't go due to work reasons, and when we needed to change the number of people from four to three, they responded quickly and generously, which made us feel reassured even before we arrived. We arrived at Tokashiki Port on the morning high-speed boat, and the hotel was very close (within 5 minutes). They immediately took care of our luggage, and we arranged a hotel shuttle to take us from the hotel to Aharen Beach, then from Aharen to Tokashiki Beach, and from Tokashiki Beach back to the hotel, which allowed us to make very efficient use of our day. After arriving at the hotel, while the room wasn't very large, the twin beds were semi-double size. There was no bathtub, but the shower and toilet were separate, and the washbasin was easy to use, making for a comfortable stay. We could also hang our swimsuits on the rooftop. The next morning, they took us to Aharen Port, and we headed to Akajima. For meals, breakfast offered a wide variety of both Japanese and Western options, all plentiful and very delicious. In the evening, we could order à la carte, suitable for both a pub-style or dining hall, and it was very tasty and characteristic of Okinawa. All the staff were very kind and pleasant.
