Love the location. Customer service is brilliant. Service is amazing and you get snacks in the afternoon. Can't say enough how this is just so good. Book it, you will not regret it.

2nd time here Love this hotel and the staff is amazing. Wish the room was a bit bigger, as it's a bit tight but we love it here and will come back. Could do with more English speaking TV channels.

Great location for seeing Paris”
We stayed at the Hotel Malte for a couple of nights and couldn't have been happier. Room was small but more than adequate for our needs and the location unbeatable. Away from main roads and any loud bars etc. but literally a 5 minute walk to the Louvre and Seine. Staff were great, always helpful and friendly. The 24 hour complimentary snacks and drinks in the lounge was unexpected and a really nice touch. Would definitely recommend.

The perfect Paris hotel”
An unexpected issue came up and I needed the room a day early. They were wonderful, relieving me of a lot of stress. The staff was professional, bright and charming, especially Nisrine. Nisrine had the most angelic smile and positive attitude. Nothing was ever a worry or too much trouble for her. All of the staff were friendly while maintaining a professional demeanor. The assistants were constantly making the hotel sparkle. It is beautiful, classy and impeccable in every way. It is not a cookie cutter corporate hotel, but it is fresh and youthful and elegant all at once. The rooms are relatively large, the bathroom huge, the shower ideal (plenty of pressure and heat.) They thought of everything, including welcome note and goodies, cold refreshments or coffee in the room, and an impressive array of desserts and snacks. The location could not be better because you will have access to all forms of transportation, and it's an easy walk to Opera, Louvre and beyond. I loved it!

Friendly helpful staff. Generous afternoon tea and soft drinks included. Comfortable room. Very close to the Louvre. Nice restaurants near by. Comparatively good price for Paris but being Paris Fashion week, ridiculously overpriced everywhere in the city.

New favourite hotel in Paris”
Great location, just 10 mins walk from both the Louvre and the Opera. There are some nice little restaurants nearby. Really nice style, very comfortable bed and quiet efficient air conditioning (which was very welcome during our stay in the heat wave). Snacks and drinks very tempting after a long day sightseeing. The night receptionist was very friendly and went out of his way to make my son's visit special. We thought it was great value and would happily stay again.

Perfect place to spend some time in Paris. The area felt safe to walk around and see the sites. Easy access to public transport and the sites of Paris. The staff were fantastic and the room was just perfect for our needs. The complimentary mini bar in our room and the afternoon snacks provided were a pleasant surprise and appreciated.

Great hotel with friendly staff and wonder service”
Wonderful stay at this hotel. It is within walking distance to the Louvre and Galleries Lafayette. The hotel is much like a boutique hotel with added extras such as free food at certain times in the lobby and daily top up of the mini bar which is free. We stayed at the top floor and it was very quiet. There is a laundromat nearby if you are thinking of using it. Lots of restaurants nearby too.

Good location, good room, bad staff”
The location Of the hotel is good that there are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The room is clean and tidy and quiet. If there is a bigger desk and smaller chairs, it would be more suitable for business. However, the staff of housekeeping didn’t refill the body lotion and soap after using for 4 days and the soap was already melted. Moreover, when we came back late, the main door was locked then we rang the bell, we rang for a long time then the staff came to open the door for us, but he was very rude that it seems we disturbed him a lot. I think the service needs to be improved!

Location is good, just 5 mins to metro station. The staff is helpful with good smile & attitude. Hotel's decoration is super nice. You can feel everything with heart to decorate the best look in the room. Just the room is a bit hot and price quite high.

Small room but friendly staff & great location”
The room was really tiny, especially when we had two large luggage to place. But the staff was friendly. Location of the hotel was great as well. Very close to our favourite Palais Royale and its garden.

nice hotel, but they should have explicitly made it known that there is no air condition if it is not summer. It we very warm when we visited, if you open the window it is very noisy from the road
