it was alright it seems to be old but it is good hotel

Das Hotel liegt eigentlich sehr gut und ist von der Infrastruktur her auch total schön - nur die Sauberkeit und die Freundlichkeit/Aufmerksamkeit des Personals lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet wird leider überschattet, immer wieder muss man darauf warten, dass das Servicepersonal Kaffee, Gedeck oder sowas bringt. Das Essen im Restaurant war leider auch nicht zufriedenstellend, so musste ich mein gefülltes Hähnchen zurückgeben, da es innen noch roh war! Je nach Zimmermädchen ist das Zimmer sauber und aufgeräumt, teilweise haben wir uns jedoch gefragt, was da überhaupt geputzt wird. Die Frage, ob wir eine Stunde später auschecken können wurde am Tag (morgens!) vor der Abreise von einer jungen Dame abgewiesen - sie wären voll ausgebucht und das ginge absolut nicht - am Abend, als ich die Frage einer anderen Dame am Empfang gestellt habe jedoch ohne Probleme mit einem "ja klar" beantwortet...

Da in dieses Hotel nur Erwachsene dürfen, ist es sehr ruhig und entspannend. Das Personal im Hotel ist sehr kompetent und freundlich. Das Einzige was für einen perfekten Kroatienurlaub fehlt sind die Meeresfrüchte am Buffet.

das Essen ist ein Witz für ein 5 Sterne Haus, Frühstücks und Abendbuffet bieten kaum Auswahl und mittlere Qualität. Ebenso versucht das Poolrestaurant Speißen für gehobene Ansprüche anzubieten, scheitert jedoch in der Umsetzung völlig. Das Servicepersonal im Hauptrestaurant hat es unwahrscheinlich eilig leere Teller vom Tisch zu entfernen. Kaum hat man fertig gegessen wird einem der Teller auch schon weggenommen. Zimmer, Poolbereich beides ansprechend, das minderwertige Essen (ich würde dies als 3 Sterne max. beurteilen) trübt den Gesamteindruck doch sehr. Ebenso bekommt man nur 1 Handtuchkarte und kann auch exakt nur 1 Handtuch für den Pool damit erhalten, auf Nachfrage ob man noch ein zweiten Handtuch haben können wurde mir geantwortet "Nein, pro Handtuchkarte nur 1 Handtuch." Für ein 5 Sterne Haus eine absolute Frechheit.
