I stayed at this hotel before COVID, but it has changed its name; however, the rooms are exactly the same. The breakfast is abundant, with sashimi including tuna, squid, grouper, salmon, and tuna paste, where you can make your own rice bowl; everything is very fresh. There is delicious braised pork belly, Ishigaki beef, salad, ice cream, noodles, soup, and cornflakes. Considering the price of the hotel, the value is very high. The hotel's location is close to the city center, about a 7-minute walk to the public market, and there are many restaurants nearby, but most close early. The rooms are not big, and while there is a terrace, they do not provide a drying rack; after swimming, washing swimwear, there isn't enough hanging equipment, which is very inconvenient; I remember there used to be a drying rack provided during prior stays. During the stay, the room is not cleaned; guests must leave trash and towels at the door. They will hang a bag of new towels at the door. There is no drinking water provided in the room. There is a self-service water dispenser and coffee machine in the lobby for guests to use. The hotel lobby offers disposable toiletries for guests to take, but there are no shower caps provided. The hotel parking lot requires a fee of 1500 yen per day. You need to register and pay at the front desk, and they will give you a paper to place on your car for identification. The check-in time for the hotel is 3 PM, and we needed to check in an hour early, so we contacted the hotel in advance. For an early check-in of an hour, they charge 2000 yen per room. We stayed for 3 days, but we made two separate reservations (under the same name). When we checked in on the first day, the parking paper only stated one day; it was only the next day when I asked about the parking situation that I found out they thought we were only staying for one day. Fortunately, I inquired proactively; otherwise, it would have been a big misunderstanding. The hotel staff are polite and try their best to communicate in English, but overall, there is room for improvement in service. I hope it will be better when we return next time.

I stayed alone in the condominium for 4 nights. Good: The duvet was thoroughly washed and pressed nicely. Basically, the necessary items are provided. There is a washing machine, which was helpful since I went for beach activities. If there is no breakfast included, a smooth option is available for free. The free water on the first floor and the welcome drink in the evening were nice services. I was able to find a favorite pillow among those available for rent. Bad: I had to go to the neighboring building for check-in, and I didn’t know, so I wandered around before checking in. There was some mold, not zero, and I understand there is an effort being made, but when I got into the bathtub and looked under the sink... I was a bit worried about the cleanliness of the washing machine, so I ended up doing a pre-wash before starting my own laundry. The first night was fine, but starting from the second night, I could hear the heavy footsteps and sounds of daily life from the upstairs neighbors continuously until I fell asleep, which made it hard to enjoy my time in the room. The closet was at the entrance and only had space at the top, which was too little; being petite, I had a hard time reaching it even with stretching. There were various concerns, but if I could book at the same price, I would consider repeating my stay.

This is my second time using the facility. Last time I stayed in the main building, but this time I was in the annex. The annex requires a card key for entrance, which is a bit of a hassle, but the interior was stylish and similar to the main building. Since the breakfast was wonderful last time, I was looking forward to it again this time. I also enjoyed a bit of tasting different types of awamori, making for a meaningful stay. They also helped with the delivery of my large suitcase, making for a comfortable trip.

Clean room with cooking facilities and washing machine in room itself. Dryer available and lobby had coffee machine + free drinks in the evening for hotel guests. Close access to the ferry terminal, good restaurants, and bus stop (with buses to the airport). Overall good stay with many conveniences afforded. Quiet neighbourhood as well

I stayed at this hotel before COVID, but it has changed its name now, although the rooms are exactly the same. The breakfast is abundant, with sashimi including tuna, squid, grouper, salmon, and tuna paste, allowing for a DIY rice bowl, all very fresh. There’s delicious braised pork belly, Ishigaki beef, salads, ice cream, noodles, soup, and cornflakes. For the price of the hotel, the value is quite high. The hotel is located close to the city center, about a 10-minute walk to 730, and the public market is about 5 minutes away. There are many restaurants nearby, but they generally close early. The room is not large and has a balcony, but no drying rack is provided. After swimming and washing our swimwear, there is not enough hanging space, which is very inconvenient; I remember that drying racks were provided during my previous stay. During the stay, the room will not be cleaned, and guests need to place garbage and towels at the door. They will hang a bag of new towels at the door. There is no drinking water provided inside the room. The lobby has a self-service water dispenser and coffee machine for guests to use. The hotel lobby offers disposable toiletries for guests to take, but there is no shower cap available. The hotel parking is paid, costing 1500 yen per day. Payment needs to be registered at the front desk, and you will be given a paper to place on the dashboard for identification. Check-in time is at 3 PM, and we needed to check in an hour early, so we contacted the hotel beforehand. They charge 2000 yen for each room for checking in an hour early. We stayed for 3 days but made two separate reservations (under the same name). When checking in on the first day, the parking paper only noted one day's stay. It was not until the second day when we inquired about parking that we discovered they thought we were only staying for one day. Fortunately, I asked proactively; otherwise, it would have led to a big misunderstanding. The hotel staff are polite and try their best to communicate in English, but there is room for improvement in overall service. I hope it will be better if I come again next time.
