"You get welcomed by the nice staff and get a fast check in and access directly to free WiFi. The rooms are clean and the bed is nice to sleep in. The pool area is on the top level and the view is breathtaking, with the river of chao praya and all nice buildings in sight. This is the best view from a hotel in Bangkok! The pool area is a great place to hang out at, with great cocktails and really good food during the day and evening and soft relaxing music. On the same level you have a new gym that is nice. The breakfast is tasty and you have alot to choose between and really good alternatives for both western and Asian people. The staff in the Hotel is great and very service minded. The location is great in the middle of China town with alot of things to buy from very cheap things to gold, it is here people from other parts in Bangkok come and buy. You also have so much good food both in the Hotell and outside in restaurants and on the street, same thing here people from other parts of Bangkok is coming here to eat and enjoy the atmosphere. The hotel has shuttleservice to differ places but really it is easy to walk both to the mrt at the train station and the express ferry at the river or take a tuk tuk or taxi which the staff will help you with. In my opinion this is really the best value for a Hotel in Bangkok compered with one star up to 5 stars hotel. "

"I stayed at this hotel on the 12/05/18 it is in the very heart of china town Bangkok a vibrant and bustling are of the city. Check in was prompt and efficient with two English speaking ladies at reception, the room was clean and spacious with tea/coffee making facilities, TV and free Wi Fi 2 bottles of free water. They have a fitness and swimming centre on the 22 floor with panoramic views over the city, on the floor 25 there is a restaurant with panoramic views over the city it is ale carte service. the floor 10 has the main restaurant where breakfast lunch and dinner is served , the food was very good with a choice of buffet style or ale carte menu open from 06.00 until midnight. There is very good security enforced at this hotel and most of the staff can speak in English and I found them to be very polite and helpful."

"The hotel is located in the city centre, accessible by both MRT, train, bus and taxi alike. It is only 5 minutes on foot from the famous Bangkok Train Station and MRT Hua Lampong Station. Situated on the 12th Floor, the hotel offers a panoramic view of Bangkok city centre and old town. Did we mention that the hotel is only 10 minutes walk from the Chinatown? Besides Chinatown there are other attractions nearby. The lobby is modern and spacious. The standard superior room we stayed was equally roomy, modern and clean. The hotel has done its best at upkeep the property but there were signs of aging in our bathroom wall and other furnitures. The bed, linen, blanket and pillow covers, and towel were clean. Other furnitures and amenities were well-appointed. The deal we got for superior room with breakfast was undeniable. The price we paid included breakfast. Normally, it would have been a buffet breakfast but on our particular visit there were only a few guests, so the hotel provided us with on-demand breakfast set. We can only say this hotel offers the best value for money we paid."

"I booked this hotel only as it was close to a friends hotel that was booked out... so kinda last choice as it looked rather cheap and cheerful. But to my amazement the place grew on me. I booked 3 nights and after getting there ... thought to myself “what the”. Anyways.... the guy on the door was on the ball.... the ladies behind the counter were all switched on and spoke English. From the start it was good old fashioned service. The rooms were dated but everything was clean and worked. Bed was comfortable and a modern tv. Breakfast was included also in there low price. It was a small smorgasbord.... but ticked the boxes for me.... eggs toast and thai dishes, cereal etc.....unfortunately if you like bacon.... I didn’t see any.... you really don’t need it anyways. I did not go to china town to shop or site see.... so I can not comment on the location to things like that. It’s right across from the railway stations... so easy access to other places in Bangkok. recommended "

"This hotel is in China Town and is a real oasis in this generally run down place. It is very good, clean. The beds are comfortable, the AC works well, bathroom is good. There are big communal areas where you can have a drink, watch telly, play on the pool table, play cards, etc. You can do your washing in the machines there. Free tea and coffee. We used this area when we arrived, as it was a bit early and our room was not ready. the staff are very helpful. We forgot a wallet in the room when we left and we had an email that it is found and kept safe for collection. The lobby was great, with a nice restaurant. If you go there, ask the staff the name of the roundabout nearby. We found this best to explain to taxis when we had to get one back to the hotel. Well, we didn't like the area itself, and the view from our window wasn't great, but the location was reasonably quiet yet very easy to get a taxi, close to all the sightseeing in the old town, and walking distance to the metro station. "The location is superb, just next to subway station, and the few lower floors of the building are retail shops and restaurants. Beautiful design hotel, comfortable, brand new, and kindly assisted staffs. There was no buffet breakfast on the day we stayed as was not much guests, but the a la carte dishes were quality and compromised. There was no amenity kits in the room. "
