" I have stayed at this hotel before many times, I would really like to thank all the staff at this hotel again for making every stay perfect. This time we were doing an asian vacation which included 7 asian countries. So we used Thailand as our base and stayed at Boss suites a number of times during February and March 2015 while flying out to the other countries. Everytime we checked inn and out there was no issues of any kind. The staff are always very willing to help with almost anything we asked for. They also kept our extra luggage at the hotel storage room while we were travelling at NO EXTRA COSTS, when ever we came back to the hotel all our luggage was safe and available with no delays whatsoever. Then for the rooms, all the rooms we stayed in had everything working and everything was clean with no bad odours of any sort. The breakfast is still very good with a large variety of food available. Then as far as the Tuk Tuk that the hotel provides, this time it was working whenever we were at the hotel. (If you read my prev review, "the Tuk Tuk was out of order at the time") There was only one issue that we noticed: There was a rat in the passage walkway in building B, maybe it was just our bad luck? But i think the hotel should do something about the rats. However it was just once that we had seen a rat. "It was in the passage and not in the room" Other then that if you are looking for a hotel in the Nana area that is right by the redlight district and just far enough from all the noise, this is the perfect hotel to stay inn as you get good value for your money, its lady-lady boy friendly, they provide a free tuk tuk to Nana station and in my oppinion its simply perfect! Our next asian vacation will be in August-September 2015 and for 100% sure we will book again at this hotel. Thank you to all the staff at Boss Suites Nana Hotel for always doing your best."

"I fairly enjoyed my stay in this hotel as I like busy areas and the "fun" lifestyle. I don't necessarily mean drinking and girls, I mean just enjoyment out of the fact to see everyone is having a good time. Of course if you're looking for drinking and girls I'd say this is one area you'd find it. The Sois can be very smelly and dirty, so if you're looking for total relaxation with spas and great views, this place is not for you. There is everything you need nearby from this hotel, shopping right around the corner on Sukhumvit road if you enjoy bargaining, also a supermarket nearby that will also serve cafe style food (although I can't say the food is great there). The hotel is at a very manageable walking distance to the Nana BTS station, however if you do go during the hottest months like I did, even that short distance can take it's toll on you. So do take advantage of the free taxi service that drops you off right at the stairs to the Nana BTS station. The rooms are very new and very clean, however they are on the small side, I didn't mind that at all, as all I wanted the hotel for is a place to sleep. Speaking of sleeping, the beds aren't very soft, while they aren't rock solid, they are on the hard side, so make sure you don't mind a firmer bed. They do charge quite a lot for the internet, 100baht per hour, which is a lot of money considering all the internet cafes around are 1baht per min. I did use the internet anyways because I needed the comfort of the using the net from my room, the net fortunately was quite a fast connection. Overall nice new hotel in a convenient location, just don't stay here if you're after 5 star relaxation hotel."

"A regular visitor to Thailand I stayed in the excellent Ambassador Hotel on Soi 11off Sukhumvit this time. I say excellent because the standard is exactly how a €40+ per night 4 star in Bangkok should be.The Ambassador is a big property with many amenities. The reception area is huge and the staff are friendly and efficient. My luggage was taken from the Taxi and appeared in my room within minutes of me entering my room. The initial impression you get when you walk in to the reception area is 5 star but the rooms put it firmly back in the second division. They are not bad but quite basic. Everything works and at this price you can't ask for more. The WiFi is free and strong but does require constant re-entering of passwords which is annoying at first but you get used to it. Room cleaning is efficient and flexible. Long low timber ceiling corridors give it a kind of old cruise liner feel. Restaurants, Bars, Massage studio, Gym, Tailoring shops, health spa and several coffee shops are among it's many features. And of course that great location close to everything. Some of the best restaurants in Bangkok are here. The very expensive but superb El Gaucho Steakhouse, one of 2 in the area, is right next door. For Mexican try the Coyote across the road. And round the corner the Firehouse serves the best burgers in Bangkok. An Aussie Bar also across the road serves up the traditional full breakfast. I would recommend the Ambassador as a budget hotel without hesitation. "

"Very Disappointed!!! I just wished Agoda agency or Eleven Bangkok hotel that let’s us know they are under or just done with a renewal or under a construction . We walked in our bedroom with the smell of a new paint color everyday. Even walking in the hotel front desk still smell that bad color smell sometimes. Which it was very bad for my health!!! I booked this hotel because it’s close to a hospital and a good deal. I stayed at Eleven Bangkok hotel to go check for my health condition. On my Second day staying around 12-1:30 AM, I still heard a sound of construction until I called a front desk. Every thing was quite again. I booked this hotel from 12-19 August, but I have to leave 2 days early after I done with my doctor appointments. Cause this hotel condition made my health getting bad. Even though, their are a good staffs there to help eliminate our bedroom every day. However, I have to breathing and sleeping with new painting color everyday. "

"We had amazing experience during our stay in the hotel. I booked last minute room for my beloved wife to celebrate her birthday & I couldnt get view that facing main road on our first day. Staff Ellie did extra miles by showing us another room on that day but it was lower floor so we decided to just remain our room which facing another building. But Ellie did not forget about us, the next day, she called & had change our room which facing main road on the 19th floor! What amazing effort ! We love Ellie so much! We reached hotel at night & when we entered our new room, theres a cake & welcoming Happy Birthday on the bed! My wife so happy & nothing bring me happier than to see my wife happiness. Like they said “Happy wife Happy life!”! I would recommend Novotel Sukhumvit to my other friends not just because the hotel is new, the location is great, but what makes the hotel special is the staff that really sincere to serve the guest. Ellie should be given credit for her tremendous effort, "

"The Manhattan's best feature is its location, which is a short 5 minute walk from the BTS (Sky Train) Station so that you can move around the city quickly, especially going to the Emporium which is only one station away. The Manhattan is one of the few remaining hotels in the Sukhumvit area in the middle range for travellers who want to stay in a comfortable hotel but do not want to pay the rates required at 4 and 5 star hotels. With the proliferation of the high star hotels and the disappearance of middle range hotels like the Manhattan, it is getting more and more difficult for budget minded travellers who don't want to go the extremely low level of service of guest houses in the Bang Lampu area but who also don't want to the pay the exorbitant rates at the chain hotels. The Manhattan offers reliably good service and is in a prize location."
