"In fact I was very pleased. Got down at Don Muang Airport and the taxi took us to the hotel at 450 Baht. The staffs were very friendly and we felt welcomed. Any negative remarks made by any other people that had stayed in the hotel were merely false allegations. The room size was a little small, but pleasant enough to stay. 24 hours of aircon, 24 hours of wifi (per pax is given 24 hours of free wifi), nice shower area and it fits exactly what I needed. The hotel is stragetic. Located within short walking distance from BTS Asoke and walkable to Terminal 21 shopping centre. Overall, I loved Tune Hotel Asoke. The best is I love their speedy responsiveness to me via email, prior to me coming to BKK as this is my first trip there. To the frontdesk Manager, thank you for all the clarifications made via email before I came check-in to your hotel. One thing to note about Tune Hotel Asoke. Check out is at 11:00am BKK. Don't ask stupid questions like late check-out, etc etc. This is only a 3 star hotel, it's meant to fit travellers need and dont expect world class service. If you need a lot of special requests, then consider booking a 5-star-hotel."

"Upon booking in a the hotel, front desk informed me that my Cool room was not available but they upgraded my room to a Studio room for the full 3 days at NO charge. Hotel gives each room 2 free bottles of water per day. Free shuttle from hotel to Sukumvit road but you can walk distance in 5 - 6 minutes. Very good internet speed and access, no downtime on internet usage. It is very safe to walk down the lane late at night as other security staff about from other buildings in the area. Hotel is in a very quiet and safe area, no traffic or bar noise. All hotel staff, especially female reception personnel very polite, helpful and courteous. Management should provide female reception staff seating as staff have to stand up all day at the reception desk. I asked female hotel receptionist as to where I could get a SIM card for my cellphone. She directed me to any 7-11 convenience store on Sukumvit road. Cost for my SIM card was 50 baht and 100 baht for 100 minutes which was good for a month. Breakfast was very good, not a buffet but a la carte for the first 2 days. My 3rd day, hotel had implemented a full buffet breakfast with excellent food choices. Room was very quiet, NO noise from bars/street and no noise from other hotel guests. Washroom is very nice with waterfall shower. Security safe is located in the clothes closet and very easy to program. There was only 1 very small towel in my washroom but then realized later that there were additional large towels behind the bathroom door. Be advised that at my time of booking that Galleria will price match room rate against any other hotel booking site that beats Galleria posted rate on their website. If such would occur, hotel will also give guest an additional 10% discount upon booking through their website BUT you must contact the hotel's booking site by email prior to getting discount on room. Overall, I would consider hotel a very top-end 3 star hotel. I would definitely stay there again."

"Book a Thai Superior Room (I had no.303, which is the best). This room has King Size bed, living area and a kitchenette with microwave a big fridge and a water cooker. If you want to cook your meal: Don't forget to take your kitchen utensils, for they are not available. Restaurants are very near though and for your convenience a supermarket is right next to the hotel. The bathroom is spacious with shower and tub. Fresh linen is provided daily. Despite the intensive ongoing traffic stream, the room is sound proof and the noise will not bother you. Free WIFI with strong signal. Well, what else could you wish? Tip: If the traffic is suffocating you, then pay visit to the Benjakiti Park which is a 15 minutes walk from the hotel. An Oasis of peace and exotic lush greenery will surround you.. If you like shopping; Terminal 21 is opposite the hotel. Entertainment: Soi Cowboy, around the corner."

"I needed to travel to Bangkok for personal matters and was wanting an economical, comfortable place to stay in the Sukhumvit/Asoke area. I really only needed a room, as I know Bangkok and many places to eat out, so dining services were not really important to me. I found this hotel online and it turned out to be a terrific place to stay. I had booked a standard room for 2 nights, on arrival I was upgraded to a deluxe room at no extra charge. The design, layout and décor of the deluxe room is superb and I would happily book this room type in future. The hotel is conveniently located close to transport, shopping centres, restaurants and spas and in a location that has many attractions to offer. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, check-in and check-out was fast and efficient and getting a taxi to go to the airport wasn't a problem. As a business traveller I typically stay in 5 star hotels, I found this hotel to provide as good as and even better rooms than in some 5 stars. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a comfortable, luxury stay at an extremely good price in Bangkok. "

"while reading the information of hotels i saw that the german people are lower down with praise compared with people of other countries. but this hotel is good for praise. the pictures promise a nice hotel which i could get for a cheap price. and they do not promise too much. for me regarding the public traffic the hotel was located only by 10 minutes of walking from the crossing point asok of the sky train and the underground. it is not very easy to find among the other houses of the side street of the very busy sukhumvit road. but when (sometimes) a waiter opens the door for you then you leave the busy street with the small selling and cooking points behind you and you enter a hotel with the flair of an old “grand hotel” in good condition. in the entrance hall you find people for good service and walls covert with good wood works. and on that place where the most hotels have long floors along the rooms in this hotel you find a big light hall with floors to the rooms at both sides. at the one side of this hall at the ground floor level they built a little but nice inside garden. at the other side of this hall at the first floor there is a nice room for breakfast. breakfast was included by the low price of the hotel. we could choose between a selection of bread and toasts, corns and some food like the germans take for dinner. and a friendly cook makes fried eggs and omelets for you how you like it. the only bad point at this place: the floor covered with carpets is not good for a restaurant with self-service. at the walking area there were a lot of dirty spots. it seems that it would be very difficult getting away that spots. and another good thing: in the entrance hall you can get one of the two computers with internet access for free. maybe i stay a next time in bangkok. then i will take this hotel again every time."

"If you are traveling by yourself on vacation, this is the hotel for you in Bangkok. It is located a short 4 minute walk from Terminal 21, which is one of the best malls in Bangkok with an amazing food options. The hotel is also located right in between the two BTS skytrain stops Asok and Nana, so you can access either one to get to anywhere else in Bangkok very easily. I stayed in the modern chinese room and it was very small, but clean and efficient. There is No closet, fridge, or safe in the room, so know what you are booking. I had a backpack and 1 large checkin luggage and I was fine in this room. The AC works very well, and so does the wifi. Sometimes there can be street noise, so if you are a light sleeper, I would not book the city view room, because the cars going by will disturb you. You get 2 bottles of water, but they will no be cold because there is no fridge. There is no minibar. The service at this hotel has always been top notch. They have ALWAYS let me check in early when a room is available free of charge. They have even let me check out late at 130pm free of charge too, because my flight was leaving later that night. If you will to check out at 6pm, you can pay a half day, which is 700baht or $20USD. The staff is always nice and do what they can to assist you. The cleaning staff is always very kind and do a great job making your rooms each day. Just remember to put the tag outside your door so they know you want your room made. The roof top pool is also very nice. Easy way to get a nice tan. I would not recommend this hotel for family's as the rooms are very small. They may have bigger rooms, but do not book the modern chinese room if you are staying with children."
