All aspects of the stay was perfect, I asked for late book out and early check in which were both accepted (based on availability) with no extra charge. The location is a bit new so some drivers may not know the location but do mention the Insanity nightclub and they will surely pin point the location. The hotel provides free transport to the nearby Terminal 21 shopping center as well as tuk tuk service to nearby locations (for massage or eating). There's a pool, steam room and gym which I poked in and were very nice but did not use because I was getting enough exercise from all the walking around. The service from the staff was impeccable and I always felt well taken care of throughout my stay. I even had a taste of the in room dining, which I have to say is one of the better meals I had during my entire trip. All in all highly recommended !

We booked 4 nights with this hotel , this hotel has all what a 5 star hotel requires . From the check in to check out you get 5 star service . Location is 15 miutes walk from bts but they offer you free shuttle every 20 minutes to the near Bts thonglo . Big mall are just 2 stations away . All cool restaurants , burger king , star bucks , mac donalds are 2 minutes away . Then this hotel offers Inhouse Onsen which amazing . They gave us a honeymoon welcome are room was fully decorated with flowers that was treat to see . We got room on 21floor the view was amazing . Breakfast is amazing . They almost have everything . Probably the best in the lot . I would definitly recommend this hotel for every person . And i will surely come back to this hotel . Cheers

I was travelling with my wife for shopping in Bangkok. It's a good opportunity that we can stay at this hotel with reasonable price. The location is superb: Located at Terminal 21 Shopping centre. connected to MRT and BTS. Ease of access to Suvarnabhumi airport.The hotel design itself is great. you must see the sunset from Facilities floor, where garden, tennis court, golf court, infinity pool, sauna jacuzi, entertainment room, fitness centre, kids corner are located. The room is good though I can't say it's superb. I booked Deluxe premium on highest floor. It's an apartment style design which is not fit to my preferable hotel design. However this is my personal's view. The plus side are huge room, equipped with washing machine + dryer, microwave, and stove, plus the cutlery. Like what I said, it's an apartment design. And toilet seat is superb. I like the high tech toilet seat provided.Comfortable! The downside are the room is not 100% soundproof from outside noise and the blind shutter are not 100% blinded from sun ray. But it shouldn't be a big deal. During my first day, the bathtub flushing system was not working, I called the room service for repairman and it's solved within 10 minutes. The amenities are okay, though they missed to refill sanitary bag and shoe polish.The staff are great not reach 5 stars hotel level yet but very very acceptable. During check in there was a small issue since my room is not ready though I emailed them that I will late check in and prefer non smoking room. In the end the Receptionist allowed us to choose ready room in smoking room or 1 hour waiting time for non smoking room, and we chose the first one. Breakfast is great nearly superb. Good taste, a lot of choices and I like the pancake machine! the waiter are great as well. Summarizing my review, for this luxurious hotel stay with affordable price is recommended and we'll stay here for our next trip to Bangkok.

5 Mins walking distance from Asok/Sukhumvit Station. Affordable and nice for a 4 Star Hotel. Normal breakfast and facilities with pool and gym. Booked a 2 bedroom family suite and we are all very satisfied with the suite. Rooms are clean, good for family/group of friends to relax and chill in the living room after a day of shopping and sightseeing. I would recommend to stay in this hotel if you are looking for a nice and affordable hotel and not into luxury facilities/5 star services

Location is excellent. Right in the middle of bangkok party and business district. Service and hospitality is impeccable. No complains about service. Sky train is literally 2 min walk to hotel. Very convient for those that want to sight see and visit areas of bangkok. ***Must recommend everyone to get the sky package. Spend the extra few dollars/money and believe me it's worth it. This is a win for my book, compared to all the other 5 star hotels, this is the best hands down in price, location, hospitality and service.

A new kid on the block this is a brand new hotel which is great for Soi 8 because all the other hotels here are quite old and dated. Soi 8 is a very peaceful & relaxing soi, the hotel is very close to restaurants and bars and 7/11's, Sukhumvit rd, Nana BTS etc. The room is huge, the bed is divine, the bathroom shower & huge bath are fantastic, huge flat screen tv, great couch, balcony, very nice kitchen with a huge fridge, unfortunately no microwave but has an electric stove top & kettle. Electric power points everywhere and 2 air conditioners! The staff are lovely and very friendly, leave your attitude at the door. I stayed only 3 nights but wish I had of stayed longer, undoubtedly one of the best value for money hotels I've stayed in after about 10 visits to Bangkok and the Sukhumvit area. I highly recommend this hotel.

Phachara Suites has everything you could ask for in a BKK hotel--except for the location. It was just a bit too close to the seediness of Nana (a red-light district) for my tastes. I wouldn't recommend the hotel for families, as the street it's on is not one of the city's best. That said, if you're looking for a large, immaculate, well-furnished room close to the action, this is definitely the place for you. Also, proximity to the BTS means that all the shopping pleasures of Sukhumvit and Siam Square are just minutes away. The staff was quite friendly, breakfast was decent--the only downside that I could see was the location. Still, Phachara Suites is a great hotel for the money, especially if you're looking to see some of BKK's (in)famous nightlife.

A regular visitor to Thailand I stayed in the excellent Ambassador Hotel on Soi 11off Sukhumvit this time. I say excellent because the standard is exactly how a €40+ per night 4 star in Bangkok should be.The Ambassador is a big property with many amenities. The reception area is huge and the staff are friendly and efficient. My luggage was taken from the Taxi and appeared in my room within minutes of me entering my room.The initial impression you get when you walk in to the reception area is 5 star but the rooms put it firmly back in the second division.They are not bad but quite basic. Everything works and at this price you can't ask for more. The WiFi is free and strong but does require constant re-entering of passwords which is annoying at first but you get used to it. Room cleaning is efficient and flexible. Long low timber ceiling corridors give it a kind of old cruise liner feel. Restaurants, Bars, Massage studio, Gym, Tailoring shops, health spa and several coffee shops are among it's many features. And of course that great location close to everything. Some of the best restaurants in Bangkok are here.The very expensive but superb El Gaucho Steakhouse,one of 2 in the area, is right next door. For Mexican try the Coyote across the road. And round the corner the Firehouse serves the best burgers in Bangkok. An Aussie Bar also across the road serves up the traditional full breakfast. I would recommend the Ambassador as a budget hotel without hesitation.

From the one we were treated like never before. The staff is simply amazing, seamless and courteous, efficient and pleasant. The room was impeccable and spacious, good taste and great decor. Breakfast was incredible, perfect omelets, just like in France. We didn't use the swimming pool but it has a breathtaking view. This place deserved more than five stars, it makes some five star hotels that i have personally been to in New York look like 3 star hotels. Again, I can't say enough about this places and their professionalism. Its worth every penny.

It was one of the best options in Bangkok for my requirements, Bangkok nightlife it is. Pros: - The hotel is rather high, so if you book a room on a floor 15+ you would have a good view on Bangkok; - both hotel towers have their own pool zones that are not on the ground level, which is also good; - the sky rail is easily accessible, about 2 minutes walk from the hotel; - there are several night clubs and rooftop bars nearby; - Nana Plaza is also close, about 5 minutes walk; - the room that I booked (Deluxe Suite) was very spacious with all the necessities (an iron and a board were a pleasant surprise); - no bad odors whatsoever; - absolutely no noise from the streets and surrounding areas; - big safe box that can store not only your wallet, documents and a camera but also several gaming laptops; - aircon is really quiet; - big mirrors in both rooms are conveniently placed and were pretty useful for me; - there is also no joiner fee, so you can call it a guest-friendly hotel; Cons: - interiors are pretty shabby: scratches and scuffs are everywhere on wooden surfaces. I have to mention that my opinion is based on the room that I booked (Deluxe Suite). There is a chance that if I to book another type of room my impression wouldn’t be the same; - the gym is terrible! Everything is old, matts are dirty and pillows on benches have a lot of cracks so the insides are exposed, the ceiling has signs of running water or something in the past; Not a con, just a note: I was asked for a deposit of 1000 baht, never happened to me before. The deposit was returned at the checkout of course.

Enjoyed our stay, booked 2 superior rooms,ask for same floor, 1 room king size bed, another twin bed for my kids Front desk staff name Ann (night shift) are super nice, she gave the rooms that we requested on booking promptly,room itself has all the amenities such as fridge,safe box,good aircon,free 4botles of water daily,change the bed linen and towels daily too..little downside is the soundprrof of room not quiet as we expected,still can hear door slams,maybe because room is very close to each other,but still okay though... Location is about 10 mins walks to bts asok/sukhumvit mrt,on the way to bts asok is terminal 21 mall,from asok you can go to every parts of touristy destination in bangkok To catch rail link station just 1 stop away from bts asok, off at petchaburi then transfer to rail link to suvarnabhumi airport Many massages shop around hotel,easy to get food,next door is 24h convinience store,pool is on 7 floor Check in n out was smooth,also concierge staff name Nut was very helpful,polite and tell us where is the best way to get to our destination Recommended hotel, we'll be staying in well hotel while we are in bangkok again. Little downside only dining room staff (Bfast time) hardly seeing smiles from them, even in the morning, where the day has just begun...

I really enjoyed my stay here and am already booked to go back two times. This hotel is a splurge for me since I am traveling for a year but I still think it's a great value and so nice to have a modern clean cool room to come back to in Bangkok. After not having wifi for 3 weeks I literally sat in my room and got caught up with my writing and planning. I did think the food was expensive, and the mini fridge too, but I think it goes with a nice hotel in Bangkok. And it didn't stop me from utilizing both. The staff was lovely and let me use the pool for a few hours after I checked out. The location is great for cheap street food but the hotel has amazing food too. The buffet lunch is pricey for one person but really good. Nice huge television and very comfortable bed. Best sleep I have had in months.

Save for the very far location from the city center, the hotel is a good deal for its elegance, large room and bath, sportscenter and gym, pools and attractive breakfast buffet. The big come on is the price because one pays for four star accommodations at two star prices. The staff, of Thai and Filipino nationalities, are very welcoming and do their best to make one's stay enjoyable. Taxies are available just outside the hotel though the hotel has access to its own for hire taxicabs that one can hire for special trips in and out of the city. Phra Kanong train station is about 500 meters walk but one must navigate a slightly perilous intersection to get there in one piece. For those arriving for the first time, a cab thru Sukhumvit will set you back by several bahts and minutes as the traffic can be unreasonable at almost all hours. The BTS train to Phra Kanong is the best way to get to the district. Besides , Sukhumvit main avenue is curiously mapped. All even numbered sois (streets) are on one side while the odd-numbered roads are on the opposite. However, they dont actually match. Across Sukhumvit soi 46, for instance, is still Sukhumvit soi 70 already.

my new favourite hotel. the automatic choice, next time i'm in bangkok. hotel is designed for japanese guests. so expect good use of wood, very tasteful. spotlessly clean. to western eyes, the decor is dated. but this is one of the best things about the hotel. it's dependable. staff are fantastic. gave me a free room upgrade. answered all my questions and helped me out when i had a problem. they are a class above other 4 star hotels. when i find a hotel this good, i'm tempted to keep it a secret.

I have used this hotel many times and have always found it to be clean,& tidy althought decor maybe a little outdated, food in the restaurant and bar area is of a very good standerd with a wide range of dishes from around the world to please most taste, staff as always very helpful and polit,e Located close to the skytrain, shops,bars and a busy night market but far enought away as not to be too noisy overall a nice pleasant hotel.

Upon booking in a the hotel, front desk informed me that my Cool room was not available but they upgraded my room to a Studio room for the full 3 days at NO charge. Hotel gives each room 2 free bottles of water per day. Free shuttle from hotel to Sukumvit road but you can walk distance in 5 - 6 minutes. Very good internet speed and access, no downtime on internet usage. It is very safe to walk down the lane late at night as other security staff about from other buildings in the area. Hotel is in a very quiet and safe area, no traffic or bar noise. All hotel staff, especially female reception personnel very polite, helpful and courteous. Management should provide female reception staff seating as staff have to stand up all day at the reception desk. I asked female hotel receptionist as to where I could get a SIM card for my cellphone. She directed me to any 7-11 convenience store on Sukumvit road. Cost for my SIM card was 50 baht and 100 baht for 100 minutes which was good for a month. Breakfast was very good, not a buffet but a la carte for the first 2 days. My 3rd day, hotel had implemented a full buffet breakfast with excellent food choices. Room was very quiet, NO noise from bars/street and no noise from other hotel guests. Washroom is very nice with waterfall shower. Security safe is located in the clothes closet and very easy to program. There was only 1 very small towel in my washroom but then realized later that there were additional large towels behind the bathroom door. Be advised that at my time of booking that Galleria will price match room rate against any other hotel booking site that beats Galleria posted rate on their website. If such would occur, hotel will also give guest an additional 10% discount upon booking through their website BUT you must contact the hotel's booking site by email prior to getting discount on room. Overall, I would consider hotel a very top-end 3 star hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

i was staying here for 3 nights for a duplex suite, value for money since it has 50% discount, everything is nice,from the concierge to lobby to hotel room, nothing to complaint about. location is perfect, short walk to Bts, convenient store 7-11 just nearby, lot of street food around if you prefer to taste their local food by the road side, if not, you still can find lot of restaurant or pubs around. Massage is everywhere, choose as you like. the only downside is maybe the breakfast can be improved with more variety since it publish as 5 Star.

We stayed at the Majestic Grand for a full week to explore Bangkok at the start of our five-week Thailand tour, and were impressed from day one. We returned to the Majestic Grand for our last night in Thailand before flying home. We were stunned when staff members actually greeted us by name as they assisted us out of our Taxi. This four star hotel gives five star service and amenities. Kindly note: - Our room was modern, attractive, spacious, well maintained as well as clean and comfortable with excellent central air conditioning. - Great buffet breakfast with a wonderful selection of American and Thai foods that were fresh and flavorful. They know how to make crispy bacon here as well as excellent omelets. The carrot cake had an amazing texture and taste. Attentive staff always welcomed us with warm greetings and big smiles. - The front-end staff were exceptional; professional in their duties, polite and eager to please. - An excellent location. Just a short walk to the Nana Sky Train Station and easy to use public transportation systems. Lots of entertainment and restaurants in the area, yet our room was always quiet. - This is the only hotel ever that graciously gifted us with a delicious bowl of exotic fresh fruit for our room. We encourage you to stay at the Majestic Grande Hotel the next time you visit Bangkok to experience their superior hospitality.

It is a 11 persons family trip and we plan to have self traveling. That the hotel makes the trip even wonderful. It is not only the location, facilities, staffs and atmosphere but service are all wonderful. I had booked one THREE BED ROOM, two PREMIUM STUDIO and one STUDIO. The studio is remodeling one that the atmosphere is even incredible. The three bed room is located on 14th floor with big kitchen and well prepared cooking stuffs, nice view balcony and nice facilities to living room; there are three bed rooms and three bathrooms which is smartly convenient. If you go to the trip with a group of friends or families, it is a really nice choice to have own privacy and sharing happiness. The food choices to the breakfast is above the average and quality is really nice. Pity that I don’t have time to taste the A-Lar-Cart from 10:30-11:30. Lastly, the shuttle to BTS, the 10F LOUNGE, the swimming pool and the staff are always the added point.

For our first time in Bangkok, we booked this hotel through Agoda. The booking process was smooth and easy, and upon arrival, both my boyfriend and I were so impressed by everything this hotel had to offer. From the size and cleanliness of the rooms, to the beautiful pool and gym facilities. Everything was perfect. We were hoping to get a double bed and a bathtub in our room, but the standard room we picked didn't include either. Luckily, the shower was very spacious and modern, and the two twin beds pushed together to form a large comfy space. The staff were all very lovely, and helped us with our wifi connection problems, market suggestions, and taxi bookings. Everyone we interacted with was kind, helpful, and competent. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bangkok, and would definitely never look elsewhere when visiting again. Thank you staff at X2 Vibe Boutique Hotel!

This was our first and only pre booked accomodation on our 10 month travels from the UK. The hotel was in a great location, situated literally next to the sky train which gives you access to all the best parts of Bangkok. The road its self gives you a real taste of Bangkok life with its markets stalls and lively bars. The staff at the hotel were excellent, they spoke good english and were always they with help and advice on any questions we had. I would reccomend this hotel to my family and friends, no problem.

As a foreigner visiting BKK for a short stay, I had a just-about-perfect experience at Metropole. It's located near the airport train. The room was terrific: spacious considering the price, with a clean and modern bathroom, a nice little kitchenette, and big windows with tons of light. The staff was - well, maybe a little too helpful for my American tastes, as I'm not royalty and don't want to be treated as such. Nevertheless they were eager to answer all my questions about the hotel facilities and getting around the area. I will definitely stay here again. Can't beat the value for the money. The only downsides I would mention are these. One, there are some slightly goofy aspects of the hotel - if you'll be offended by a bit of overstated luxury, caveat emptor. Some of us don't care. Second and more important, it's not a quiet hotel. My corner room, facing the big intersection outside, was barraged by the noise of revving motorcycles and tuk-tuks. Late sleepers beware.

I've stayed @mind 5 times in the past 6 months. Ive travelled to Thailand 8 times in the past three years and toured a lot outside Bangkok. Having said that, I have stayed in many Hotels. I feel at home when I stay @mind.I am tight with my money and I continue to come back to @mind because I cannot fault the hotel. One gripe; Laundry prices are too high when you compare them with most touristy locations you can get 1 kg washed and ironed for 30 Baht, but here the best I could find was around 100 Baht for 1 kg. the staff are great and accommodating, rooms clean and functional with microwave and large fridge, good aircon, meals delivered to your room up to 10.30 pm, Breakfast was always great and suited both my Aussie taste and my Thai GF is always happy with Asian selection of food. Sky Train is 5 minute stroll, Taxi can be flagged within minutes and motorcycle taxis are just around the corner. Tesco is 5 minute walk, 7/11, family mart, coffee shops, subway and other food outlets 5 minutes walk. I rate @Mind very highly and will definitely be back.
