Check in and check out was a breeze Love the location. Nearby to bars, cafe, massage parlours. Excellent service and prompt information given when needed. Rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was pleasant to the eye and cozy. Skybar offers great views and food and drinks. The only downside would be the distance to the Nana station. A good 5 minutes walk but offset by intermittent transport provided by the hotel to the station. Although the timing of the transportation is not too consistent. Overall excellent value for money accomodation. Excellent coffee located opposite the hotel for coffee enthusiasts. Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Bangkok and will surely book the hotel again if I am in Bangkok.

+a very new hotel with excellent facilities, if the gym can be as well equipped with her sister service apartment next door (CentrePoint Thonglo), it would be great. +the bed is very comfortable, can sleep very well every night. +breakfast is good, much better than the one next door, and I love to have breakfast at cafe on F floor. +I love Thonglor, as good massage, supermarket, great restaurants and night life, and overall speaking, GCP is the best one among CP & Somerset in terms of locations, views, facilities and breakfasts. +most staff are very nice, especially the bell boys, staff at fitness centre, Just, I will get very different answers from guest service for the same requests from time to time, seems they are not in the same standard, like, if we have to register for breakfast on cafe on F floor, like, if late checkout can be arranged. -ve: it is good to have a spa & onsen in the hotel, but i cannot be relaxed although it is called Let's relax. the attitude of staff of the spa is good only when their boss stands there. the massage is just so so. Perhaps they are too tired during the new launch.

Simply love the location! We've been visiting Bangkok very frequently and always stayed in a 5 star hotel in Chitlom. Just found out about Grand Centre Point Sukhumvit through my friend in facebook. It's the best hotel for our needs! We can take the MRT train from Sukhumvit station directly to Chatuchak market. Exit at Kamphangpetch station to section 24 where all the latest fashion stalls are situated. In the past, we usually take the BTS train from Chitlom to Mochit station then brave through the crowds and sun to transfer to another train using the MRT line to Kamphangpetch station. Appreciate the welcome platter of fresh fruits upon arrival. Spent the first few days playing with the electronic toilet. Love the microwave where we can heat up the Best Hot Chocolate that we bought from the Gourmet Supermarket at Terminal 21 Shopping mall. It was indeed very rich & yummy! We had a wonderful time swimming and soaking in the jucuzzi. Enjoyed the widespread morning buffet breakfast too! My only gripe is the water heater. The temperature kept fluctuating from very hot to very cold. It's frustrating having to spent the entire time adjusting it. I hope they'll address this problem soon as we're spending more time in the shower and wasting precious water. An ironing board with iron will be a bonus too especially we've bought tons of clothes and would love to wear them immediately after some light rinse. All in, we adore this hotel and have already booked flights to Bangkok in December!

5 Mins walking distance from Asok/Sukhumvit Station. Affordable and nice for a 4 Star Hotel. Normal breakfast and facilities with pool and gym. Booked a 2 bedroom family suite and we are all very satisfied with the suite. Rooms are clean, good for family/group of friends to relax and chill in the living room after a day of shopping and sightseeing. I would recommend to stay in this hotel if you are looking for a nice and affordable hotel and not into luxury facilities/5 star services

The room was extremely comfortable. There was almost everything that we could think of being provided by the hotel in terms of room amenities. It was almost incredibly clean and the staff always felt ready to help on hand. A nice touch was the gift of a couple of sweet pastries as a parting gift by the reception staff. The location was great, near the BTS station and surrounded by hipster cafes and local eateries alike. One is never hard pressed to find something to eat for cheap or pricier options, as well as shopping or other activities. Highly recommended for small traveling groups who want to enjoy their stay in Bangkok in style and comfort, and don’t mind paying a little more than a hostel but less than a 5 star hotel.

Location is excellent. Right in the middle of bangkok party and business district. Service and hospitality is impeccable. No complains about service. Sky train is literally 2 min walk to hotel. Very convient for those that want to sight see and visit areas of bangkok. ***Must recommend everyone to get the sky package. Spend the extra few dollars/money and believe me it's worth it. This is a win for my book, compared to all the other 5 star hotels, this is the best hands down in price, location, hospitality and service.

The room is exactly the same as what photo shown which I very satisfied with. Clean and nice environment. The breakfast is quite good and there’s free coffee at the lobby too. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. There’s once I left my cell phone in the grabcar and the hotel staff was very helpful by helping me calling to the customer service and in the end I get to get back my phone. Room price is slightly high but worth to stay if have enough of budget. Location was perfect, easy to find and very close to nana station which is very convenience. There’s few bar and cafe nearby the hotel , but the massage along the street is just so so. Overall a very good and enjoyable stay at hope land, will definitely come back again.

I loved my stay at Phachara Suites. The Location is perfect. Close to the BTS which gives you access to everything in Bkk. For me the Nana BTS also has Superrich (the best foreign currency exchange) and D.Cup Cafe (the best coffee in Sukhumvit). The Hotel itself has excellent staff. From Chris (GM) to the very lovely reception staff, housekeeping and concierge. I couldn't fault them. They were all very professional, friendly and helpful. I stayed for 11 nights. First in a Studio Deluxe with bath (Room 1710), and then a Studio Deluxe with walk in shower (Room 1612). I have to say I much prefer the room with walk in shower. Im not a bath person. Having a suite style room was like being home away from home. Washing machine / dyer in the room is a HUGE plus, as was the large 45sqm room. Hot water & water pressure was strong in the Walk in shower room but week in the room with the bath. WIFI was strong in both rooms. Loved the pool area. Its big and half under roof if you want to escape the Bkk sun. In summary I can't fault Phachara Suites. In my opinion it deserves its high Agoda rating. I wouldn't hesitate to book again with an Agoda special.

A regular visitor to Thailand I stayed in the excellent Ambassador Hotel on Soi 11off Sukhumvit this time. I say excellent because the standard is exactly how a €40+ per night 4 star in Bangkok should be.The Ambassador is a big property with many amenities. The reception area is huge and the staff are friendly and efficient. My luggage was taken from the Taxi and appeared in my room within minutes of me entering my room.The initial impression you get when you walk in to the reception area is 5 star but the rooms put it firmly back in the second division.They are not bad but quite basic. Everything works and at this price you can't ask for more. The WiFi is free and strong but does require constant re-entering of passwords which is annoying at first but you get used to it. Room cleaning is efficient and flexible. Long low timber ceiling corridors give it a kind of old cruise liner feel. Restaurants, Bars, Massage studio, Gym, Tailoring shops, health spa and several coffee shops are among it's many features. And of course that great location close to everything. Some of the best restaurants in Bangkok are here.The very expensive but superb El Gaucho Steakhouse,one of 2 in the area, is right next door. For Mexican try the Coyote across the road. And round the corner the Firehouse serves the best burgers in Bangkok. An Aussie Bar also across the road serves up the traditional full breakfast. I would recommend the Ambassador as a budget hotel without hesitation.

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel and I can say with confidence that this is the best hotel in Bangkok. I had several needs that this hotel quickly accomodated. We needed to book some tickets to Siam Niramit and I inquired at the front desk, next thing I know we were booked and they wanted to give us directions which I already had. This is a soup to nuts hotel, if you need anything it will be done. The suite is a wonderfully decorated and functional room. It will not disappoint. Love the bidet toilet seats by Toto and the quality fixtures. The bar is a great place to grab a drink and enjoy the city view outside. The breakfast has just about everything you could want, but I try not to indulge too much and everything is just so tempting. I enjoyed the wonderful pool with a view. The internet always worked. The keycards never had a problem. I had numerous packages delivered here. I had several VIPs in Bangkok visit me here. Never a problem with them handling very expensive packages nor taking care of my friends who were always impressed when they came to visit. I didn't have to worry about them being rudely treated. So after all is said and done, don't even think twice about staying here. This should be your first choice, you will not be disappointed. I've traveled to Bangkok so many times and stayed at so many hotels here and this is at the top of the list.

137 Pillars Residences Bangkok is the best hotel i stayed in Bangkok ever and the facility was so nice, especially the infinity pool at 26 Floor. The breakfast was surprising me as there was a lots food options, included Asia food and Western Food etc. The staff was very nice and helpful, and they offered a big hand as always when we went out or went to airport. The hotel prepared the birthday card and also birthday cake on my birthday unexpectedly and that was amazing experience for me and my family. I would strongly recommend this hotel to everyone would like to go bangkok. Thanks so much for everything.

Enjoyed our stay, booked 2 superior rooms,ask for same floor, 1 room king size bed, another twin bed for my kids Front desk staff name Ann (night shift) are super nice, she gave the rooms that we requested on booking promptly,room itself has all the amenities such as fridge,safe box,good aircon,free 4botles of water daily,change the bed linen and towels daily too..little downside is the soundprrof of room not quiet as we expected,still can hear door slams,maybe because room is very close to each other,but still okay though... Location is about 10 mins walks to bts asok/sukhumvit mrt,on the way to bts asok is terminal 21 mall,from asok you can go to every parts of touristy destination in bangkok To catch rail link station just 1 stop away from bts asok, off at petchaburi then transfer to rail link to suvarnabhumi airport Many massages shop around hotel,easy to get food,next door is 24h convinience store,pool is on 7 floor Check in n out was smooth,also concierge staff name Nut was very helpful,polite and tell us where is the best way to get to our destination Recommended hotel, we'll be staying in well hotel while we are in bangkok again. Little downside only dining room staff (Bfast time) hardly seeing smiles from them, even in the morning, where the day has just begun...

the ramada encore is possibly the coolest hotel i've ever stayed at. the whole vibe is urban and modern, from the downtempo music, the vibrant decor, and the amazing art. the staff is friendly and efficient. we booked several tours and day trips through them and they were more than happy to accommodate all of our needs. we aren't honeymooners but they treated us like we were - free heart-shaped cake, swan towels, rose petals, all the bells and whistles. we asked for a smoking room. the vents were so good that the room never even smelled like smoke. the bathrooms were nice and spacious, something i don't often see in city hotels. the towels were nice and fluffy, the pillows plentiful, the work space big. lots of space to lay all of our stuff out. seriously perfect. the food was good. a bit pricey but huge servings. i suggest you hit up leapfrog on the 8th floor. we really enjoyed kicking it in the sunshine, cold beer and tapas in hand. thank you so much, ramada encore! we will definitely be back.

I booked 2 different rooms for 4 nights (28 dec 2016 - 1 Jan 2017 ) The deluxe and the 1 bedroom suite. But after the check-in, the aircon in deluxe room not working so they immediately upgrade my room to 1 bedroom suite. So I stayed in 1 bedroom suite from the very first day - 1 jan 2017. The 1 bedroom is so good, so big, they provide kitchen set with big refrigerator, living room area, rolling door to separate the living room and the bedroom. Very nice The staff also very nice, helped us to find driver to place that out of town. Always standby to help you. The location is very nice. 7/11 right in front of the hotel. A lot of thai massage beside the hotel. Seems like Arize sukhumvit is popular among Japan tourists, so there's lots of Japanese restaurants nearby. Best thing is very near to Bts, just walk to the main road and u will find the bts right away. And if you're cafe-hoppers, this hotel is just perfect, many hipster places nearby. Thonglor just 10 minute awat

Save for the very far location from the city center, the hotel is a good deal for its elegance, large room and bath, sportscenter and gym, pools and attractive breakfast buffet. The big come on is the price because one pays for four star accommodations at two star prices. The staff, of Thai and Filipino nationalities, are very welcoming and do their best to make one's stay enjoyable. Taxies are available just outside the hotel though the hotel has access to its own for hire taxicabs that one can hire for special trips in and out of the city. Phra Kanong train station is about 500 meters walk but one must navigate a slightly perilous intersection to get there in one piece. For those arriving for the first time, a cab thru Sukhumvit will set you back by several bahts and minutes as the traffic can be unreasonable at almost all hours. The BTS train to Phra Kanong is the best way to get to the district. Besides , Sukhumvit main avenue is curiously mapped. All even numbered sois (streets) are on one side while the odd-numbered roads are on the opposite. However, they dont actually match. Across Sukhumvit soi 46, for instance, is still Sukhumvit soi 70 already.

You will be contnted on your choice of hotels with Jasmine suites. Very close to MRT and Asok BTS, 50 meters from the main road. Swimming pool and spa area with sauna in the ladies change room, i guess theres one in the mens changing room. the gym is quite large and well equipped although in the next building is a californa gym that will encourage even the laziest of us. The hotel staff were great after a few communication difficulties not enough staff speak english. The restaraunt provides excellent food at a great price. set breakfast can be purcashed for 300Baht, internet in the room is 350Baht a day. There are two computers in the lobby free and free wireless in the lobby and pool area. The pool is small but adequate. I have stayed in many hotels in Bangkok this is one of the best for price location and stars. The ensuites both have huge baths with floor to ceiling windows and a great view over the city. We had a great stay and will come again.

Upon booking in a the hotel, front desk informed me that my Cool room was not available but they upgraded my room to a Studio room for the full 3 days at NO charge. Hotel gives each room 2 free bottles of water per day. Free shuttle from hotel to Sukumvit road but you can walk distance in 5 - 6 minutes. Very good internet speed and access, no downtime on internet usage. It is very safe to walk down the lane late at night as other security staff about from other buildings in the area. Hotel is in a very quiet and safe area, no traffic or bar noise. All hotel staff, especially female reception personnel very polite, helpful and courteous. Management should provide female reception staff seating as staff have to stand up all day at the reception desk. I asked female hotel receptionist as to where I could get a SIM card for my cellphone. She directed me to any 7-11 convenience store on Sukumvit road. Cost for my SIM card was 50 baht and 100 baht for 100 minutes which was good for a month. Breakfast was very good, not a buffet but a la carte for the first 2 days. My 3rd day, hotel had implemented a full buffet breakfast with excellent food choices. Room was very quiet, NO noise from bars/street and no noise from other hotel guests. Washroom is very nice with waterfall shower. Security safe is located in the clothes closet and very easy to program. There was only 1 very small towel in my washroom but then realized later that there were additional large towels behind the bathroom door. Be advised that at my time of booking that Galleria will price match room rate against any other hotel booking site that beats Galleria posted rate on their website. If such would occur, hotel will also give guest an additional 10% discount upon booking through their website BUT you must contact the hotel's booking site by email prior to getting discount on room. Overall, I would consider hotel a very top-end 3 star hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

let's face it, just about every hotel in thailand has friendly staff but i found the staff at the s31 hotel to be not only friendly but unobtrusive and very helpful. i particularly have to mention the front office manager ms thaiyamart because she showed a true interest in my stay being comfortable and on check-out asked for opinions on the hotel and services - and for the first time ever i saw a hotel take notes and thank me for the input. the hotel rooms are very comfortable and spacious which is essential for me when i'm traveling for business. the desk in the room i was in was a little small but functional - but ultimately a minor detail. there is a very nice coffee shop on the ground level lobby which has nice coffee and a very nice selection of cakes. i also have to mention the cold herbal tea drink (lemongrass with sweet basil seeds i think) which was a real delight on check-in. it is positioned between two skytrain stations (asok being one of them) and both are a short walk away. as the hotel is located in sukhumvit it is easy to walk out and grab a taxi of a motorbike at any time of the day or night. one of the huge benefits of this hotel is it being located near many very nice restaurants, banks and other services. i've stayed at other hotels on soi asok and was disappointed to find it wasn't so easy to find a variety of places to eat as easily as i found at s31 hotel. i really enjoyed my stay in the hotel and will definitely stay there again.

We stayed at the Majestic Grand for a full week to explore Bangkok at the start of our five-week Thailand tour, and were impressed from day one. We returned to the Majestic Grand for our last night in Thailand before flying home. We were stunned when staff members actually greeted us by name as they assisted us out of our Taxi. This four star hotel gives five star service and amenities. Kindly note: - Our room was modern, attractive, spacious, well maintained as well as clean and comfortable with excellent central air conditioning. - Great buffet breakfast with a wonderful selection of American and Thai foods that were fresh and flavorful. They know how to make crispy bacon here as well as excellent omelets. The carrot cake had an amazing texture and taste. Attentive staff always welcomed us with warm greetings and big smiles. - The front-end staff were exceptional; professional in their duties, polite and eager to please. - An excellent location. Just a short walk to the Nana Sky Train Station and easy to use public transportation systems. Lots of entertainment and restaurants in the area, yet our room was always quiet. - This is the only hotel ever that graciously gifted us with a delicious bowl of exotic fresh fruit for our room. We encourage you to stay at the Majestic Grande Hotel the next time you visit Bangkok to experience their superior hospitality.

This was our third stay at the Royal President. Every time it seems to get better. The hotel itself looks really upmarket and the marble floors and walls accentuate this. There is a pool and spa area as well as a free gymnasium for those who like to work out. The rooms all seem spacious with no insects to be seen. The buffet breakfast is sumptious offering both Oriental and Western options which changes a bit each morning. The hotel offers a courtesy tuktuk to get you to Asok skytrain, Asok also has an interesting themed shopping centre known as terminal 21, each floor is themed on a different country of the world. Try eating on the 5th floor if you like cheap but safe Thai street type food. The staff at the Royal president are possibly it's greatest asset, they are attentive, polite and will help you as best they can. We felt the staff were more like friends by the time of our departure. So all in all a great experience. My wife and myself would urge anyone to give this place a try. for $50-60 a night it's a steal!

Stayed here for 6 days - Very spacious, beautiful and luxury room. Reception & bellboy Staffs are very attentive , professional and friendly. Housekeeping has prompt service. Super comfy bed linens that made me Want to stay in bed all day! Had Great selection of variety during breakfast and 24hrs gym to workout any time . the mall connected Has 24 hrs foodland with diner at basement . Many restaurants and cafes, Yummy cakes and ice-cream booths . Would definitely stay here again!

For our first time in Bangkok, we booked this hotel through Agoda. The booking process was smooth and easy, and upon arrival, both my boyfriend and I were so impressed by everything this hotel had to offer. From the size and cleanliness of the rooms, to the beautiful pool and gym facilities. Everything was perfect. We were hoping to get a double bed and a bathtub in our room, but the standard room we picked didn't include either. Luckily, the shower was very spacious and modern, and the two twin beds pushed together to form a large comfy space. The staff were all very lovely, and helped us with our wifi connection problems, market suggestions, and taxi bookings. Everyone we interacted with was kind, helpful, and competent. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bangkok, and would definitely never look elsewhere when visiting again. Thank you staff at X2 Vibe Boutique Hotel!

the location is super, the stairs getting off the Asok BTS station is literally in front of the hotel entrance. Hotel is at the major cross section of Asok Montri Road, we are just across the street to Terminal 21 and we could either take Sukhumvit MRT or Asok BTS right in front of Terminal 21. One BTS stop to Emporium and Em Quartier, 3 stops to Siam Paragon, Siam Square, Siam Center and Siam Discovery. Hotel room is a good size, enough for 2 persons. It is not 5 star plush luxurious quality but really worth the money paid for. We stayed in a corner room which is quite a awkward space but so clever design which made efficient use of space. Has hair dryer, kettle, daily drinking water, coffee and tea, mini fridge, full set of bathroom amenities. One major problem is the water heater, it is a very tedious task to regulate the hot and cold water for shower. the hot water faucet increasingly gets really hot despite adjusting so many times during shower. Hotel entrance is only 2 panels of glass doors, not quite a real lobby entrance. Reception is on the 2nd floor. On the ground floor, there is a lounge and cafe right next to entrance. Very friendly doorman/security/bellman, its only one person but for the 4 days we stayed there he does all 3 things very well. Highly recommended to stay there. There are so many places to eat, spa, and thai massage (e.g. Urban Retreat, Healthland) all within 5-10 walking distance. We were so busy enjoying going out, and the only i noticed was the lounge and a cafe called "indulge", with daily breakfast being served there. There is a row of seating in the cafe patio looking out on to the street to watch life goes by. Not sure what other facilities the hotel has though.

I stay for several days when I travel to Bangkok. Residence type, so there's a washing machine and the atmosphere is antique with the furniture. When I stayed this time, deposit system was removed. I don't recommend it to the first tourist in Bangkok. There is a motorcycle taxi station right next to the hotel, so you can get to Thonglor station cheaply. And also you can go to Asok station by Boat. But Travelers who are not familiar with Bangkok's transportation should probably only use taxis or grab app. I recommend restaurants and cafes on thonglor street to people who like it. It's a little too far to walk.

The hotel is located 5 mins walk from the On Nut BTS. With the hotel located close to BTS, it is easy to travel around Bangkok city. The pavements is rather uneven but still I manage to wheel a 28" luggage around. The only con is that most of the BTS stations do not have any lifts or even escalators on both sides of the trains. I had to physically carry 15kg of luggage up close to 2-3 stories of stairs. Do take note of this con when choosing hotels located away from the city area. I was upgraded to the Suite on my first night because the Superior room was unavailable. Not much difference between Suite and superior imo. It was rather troublesome to pack and unpack for that one night. Room is clean, bed is very big and comfortable, shower is warm and shower pressure is awesome. Breakfast at the hotel cafe is okay, there's cereals, rice and noodles. Will definitely stay at At Mind Executive Suites again. It is definitely worth the price I paid. I will probably store my luggage at the airport first for my next trip.
