"I didn't know when I booked, but this is a no-service hotel. There is no room cleaning (unless you ask and pay for it). The room had a comfortable bed, but otherwise bare-bones -- there wasn't a small chair, a tiny desk, a water heater (but no tea or coffee!). Sparingly staffed, but the few attendant staff were friendly and helpful. It's biggest plus is its location -- opposite the main railway station (but in a quiet street) , and a few minute's walk from the main plaza, the old city, and other attractions."

"When we checked in, the hotel were going through some issues having our room ready. Front of house managed this well though and sent us upstairs to have a drink which was for FREE due to our inconvenience - thank you. They also took our bags straight away and said they would let us know when the room was ready. We waited a while though with no communication so had to leave as we had to meet friends. Having only stayed one night was not sufficient for us to know but hopefully with another visit we can get more of an insight into your facilities. 3.5 stars for service though :)"

"we had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the rooms were clean and delicate, but the rooms were very thin so we could hear every word the noisy, drunk couple in the next room were saying. for my part, my ear plugs took care of that problem. the room also didnt have a minibar fridge som we couldnt keep our refreshmenst cold. however the room had a kettle and some tea and instant coffee. the location was great, and the hotel had a parking garage for 9 euros. there was also parking spaces around the hotel that was free between 6 pm and 9 am. to the nice pedestrian area it was a few minutes walk, and further 10 minutes to the old part of town with all the restaurants and bars. the staff performance was wonderful. we had a unfortunate experience with agoda.com that accidentally cancelled our next booking the very night before arrival, and the nice lady at the front desk was so helpful to call the very hotel for us, and managed to make a new booking for us. she still stands out to us as our rescuing angel in a very stressfull situation that this was for us. we would definitely recommend this hotel for everyone who want to stay at a clean, good hotel with great staff and good location near the city centre."
