only issue we had was we had a room with an adjoining door and the second night that room had kids/babies that were uncondolable and cried/screamed until 2 in the morning. Being young kids and having kids ourselves (although it with us) we didn’t complain but had that been my kids I wouldn’t have disturbed e equine ends but would have taken them to ride or something. Warm chocolate chip cookies on arrival. Large pool with hot tub. Nice big beds with comfy pillows. Need to bring camp chairs if want to sit on balcony. Has trolley that picks up guests and takes downtown
The king room with a river view are the best rooms, with the best views! Staff is always so friendly and kind! We love this place!!!! We have been staying here for about 4 years now and visit normally twice a year!
Room was your average hotel. The view with the river was fantastic! It was at the end of the strip in Gatlinburg so super easy to walk to everything!
Love this hotel! The fire pit area by the creek is so gorgeous and was a perfect way to end a day. Loved that there was an indoor and outdoor pool too. The breakfast included was an added bonus!! Would definitely stay here again.
We choose this hotel for the location on the main strip! We loved being close and able to walk to everything! Nice hotel, friendly staff, and overall great experience!
Breakfast good Uphill walk back from town Nice to have free parking My wifi would not connect and very helpful man at reception took some time and got it sorted Small pool but nice
The stay was very enjoyable & location was perfect. Most of the staffs were very courteous and helpful. I'd look forward to another vacation and stay at Best Western Gatinburg.
The room was nice for the money. The hallways were dated but they were in the middle of construction to remodel. The room we had had a fireplace in it but it was not able to be used. The bathroom was small and when the ac kicked on it smelled like a camp fire. But overall the room was very nice for the money and the free breakfast was good.
The staff, location, pool, and general cleanliness were good. We had reasonable expectations but... Room was musty and moisture markings around the whole ceiling edges. When turning on the AC a really strong musty/mildew/moldy smell overpowered the room requiring we open balcony and front door for quite a while. We did some troubleshooting and there was simply no way ...
We use this as our base in Gatlinburg. The hotel is just a few minutes walk to the main street but for enough that you won't hear the noise. The room is comfortable and the breakfast is adequate. For the price we paid, it represent a good value. Also, this is our first time in Gatlinburg, we loved this town.
The location is the best part about the hotel. It is a very short distance to downtown Gatlinburg. The rooms were clean,. The hall smelled like smoke but the rooms were fine. He breakfast was very bare but there are some great breakfast locations nearby. If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel in downtown Gatlinburg I recommend this hotel. You can park at the ho...
Nice pool, and hot tubs. It had two elevators, but one of them was broke down the whole time we were there causing the operating elevator to be overused and congested most of the time. Continental breakfast needed more options, the tile looked like a crew of unprofessional put it in. The staff was great very nice and professional, and great house keeping.
Nice clean and very close to attractions.
Just a heads up, this place is nearly impossible to get an F350 sized vehicle in and out of! Other than that, it was a great stay. Clean, quiet, affordable, and a super location.
Once pulling into the parking lot, I was not impressed. I told my husband that I sure hope it is better inside. Once we were inside that was definitely the case. The staff was nice, the rooms were nice and in a great location! There were a couple things that could use attention. One being there is no comforters on the beds, only a sheet and a fancy sheet. Two, the "hea...
Very nice place, clean and informative staff. There is a bistro in the main lobby, indoor pool, and a fitness center. The room had a great view from the balcony. Very large room with 2 queen beds and it was very clean.
Very nice hotel with a excellent location Also I liked their water games and the pool
Pros: Location
Friendly staff excellent location good value for money resort needs better signs indicating where the buildings are located
Gatlinburg Inn puts you right in the center of town for a great value. They have on site parking which save lots of hassle.
