"I couldn’t have been more happy with this resort. From the moment of our arrival we were treated with such an amazing hospitality. The infinity style pool had an amazing view of the sea and was perfect for kids of all ages. The rooms and facilities were spotless. You have everything you need at or near the hotel including restaurants, convenient stores, currency exchange, taxi and tour services. We got a tour to Phi Phi islands where the boat picked us up from the hotel. The staff were extremely professional and most importantly very helpful. Ms Lin and her team took care of us at the checking by assigning us (12 adults and 9 children) to the 4th floor which is the best floor as the pool and the bar is located on this floor. Ms Tarn and her team took care of us on the fourth floor serving us foods and drinks and making one of our kids’ birthday a special one. Mr Tee and his team made sure that the delicious breakfast served with as if we are at the fine dining place. So many great memories. We will definitely come back here again!!!! "

"It was our honeymoon trip and first time for me in Phuket. Check-in was easy even though we arrived at almost midnight. The room was very nice, clean, and very comfortable. It was very straightforward room and had everything I expect from a hotel resort. Believe me, I am a property reviewer myself and I have entered almost every hotel rooms in Bali, from the expensive villas to the much cheaper condotels. This one, surpassed my expectation! The Panwa area ia a relatively quiet area, so we think it was perfect for us. However, this may not suit people expecting the crowded Patong-like area with busy bars and restaurants. Me and my wife had the romantic dinner at the beach with Thai set menu. Some entrees were great, but one or two main dishes were not so special. Maybe next time we'll try the western set menu. The experience when flying the lantern (after dinner) was really nice! The stay was great, breakfast was really good with a lot of options (even though they said it was a low season). The front office staffs were very helpful, from arranging excursion booking to helping out to print an online ticket. The pool was good, and the cocktail happy hours were great! But I have to say, the best feature of the resort was the existence of a 24-hour mini market directly in front of the resort. This had made everything easier, from getting a cold beer, to a cup-noodle at midnight. We also tried the restaurant adjacent to the hotel, they served good food with reasonable price. The outside minimart & restaurant allow guests to mix between hotel restaurants and cheaper outside food. Overall, the experience at Radisson was great!! It was a great hotel resort, great staffs. Everything you need and everything you'd expect from a 4-5 star hotel resort complex!"

"There is absolutely nothing to do around the area of the hotel - everything is far away by taxi or scooter (250 baht). You can get a massage 2 km from the hotel. There is a fitness-workout area close to the hotel. Its an outdoor fitness with only 6 machines next to the road. The owner of the hotel is very very sweet and even though her cook was sick she made the delicious food herself. Breakfast was nice and I chose the oriental of cause - in I Thailand = Thai style. The room is wonderful and it had a nice deserted view over the sea. There where sunbeds in front of my room and a small pool that was not so deep. Very clean and new. If its windy - you can hear it at night due to the plastic cover of the restaurant makes noises in the wind. The hotel charged me 1100 baht for transfer to the ferry and to koh lanta - everywhere else it's 800 baht with transfer. But you always have to bargain to get good prices. Everything closes early when you are so far away from the city. Expect that most places like massages are closed from 7pm. At breakfast and dinner I think I was the only one dining in the restaurant - that was nice and quiet and the staff was nice even though they forgot my order. its a bit expensive because there are not many tourists.. "We stayed here for 3 nights in March 2020 and loved our stay. The hotel is beautiful and the pools, restaurant, and gym were very clean with lots of room, decent gym equipment, and delicious food. The free breakfast was excellent and if you walk up the street about 5 minutes there are multiple restaurants, a 7-11, a family mart, and massages. The location was a little secluded which meant a pricier trip to the airport and excursions, but the view was amazing. The hotel also upgraded us and had the room ready even though we arrived an hour early. The new room was beautiful with a sea view and tons of space. The only downside, which didn't really bug us in the end, was we had specifically chose the more expensive pool view room that had a tub on the deck, so obviously the tub interested us, but the upgrade didn't have the tub. By that point we had seen the view and the massive shower and didn't want to go back to a pool view so we let it go, but if this is important to you just make sure you have it before agreeing to an upgrade! I would suggest that the hotel do a better job at implementing their 30 minute rule for the lounge chairs by the pool though. If we went down to the pool at 9am almost all of the chairs had beach towels on them but not nearly enough people at breakfast to justify this. It was clear people dropped towels and then went back to their rooms so at least half of the best chairs were always empty. Otherwise this hotel was fantastic and we would definitely return!"
