When i reaching the Hotel ,the security guard see me and rush out helping me to carry my luggage and show me the way to the Hotel entrance .when i step in to the Hotel there's 3 pretty ladies welcoming me and makes me feel like my home .The staff is good service, helpful with smiling face .i really surprise such a good service .they have decorate my room with all balloons .i'm deeply appreciate their service with sincere heart.the best i like is the breakfast is really delicious . Too bad the location is quite faraway from the city ,nearest BTS is Wong Wian Yai but need to walk a distance from the Hotel. I suggest the management should provide Tuk Tuk and send customer to the BTS and back to Hotel ,can work out timing. i believe this will bring more customer staying in your Hotel .Overall the Hotel staff is really work with sincere heart to serve their customer . Good Job and i will come back again .Hopefully the management will take care of the good staff .

The hotel is next to a bts station so it is very convenient. You can tell the owner is looking after the place as it is beautifully detailed and kept very clean. Most hotels in bangkok (including 5 star ones) have the stench of wastewater as they do not use a S trap so the smell of the sewage is often in the room. I did not experience this at W station hotel. The room is large and there is a day bed where you can put your large luggage. Excellent feature. The hot water and water pressure is great. I will definately stay here again.

Location: **** easily accessible by private car or taxi, 700 m. walking distance from BTS Krung Thonburi. The problem is when the traffic jam around, walking seem faster than by car. The entrance road to the building is quite narrow and the hotel sign is quite small, it is just before 7-11 on the left hand! Universal design: ** accessible by a wheelchair with a helper in most area of the room, no disabled toilets and parking. Cleanness: ***** standard cleanness in all areas with good maintenance. Safety: **** use a keycard to access the room, but the door to the lifts are open for all during the daytime. The hotel is committed to a smoke-free policy, but some guests still violate the rules, two smoke alarms in one day. They also sit smoking outside in the front door. Food: * no included breakfast, the pre-ordered breakfast is across the road 130B/set. Internet:***** fast and strong signal free wifi in the room and lobby. i really love almost everything about this hotel. the room is just so nice and comfy even though it is so old already (i mean come on, this hotel has been there for ages). the location is the best ever. right in front of the mainroad, yet very quite. breakfast orientation is very good as well, although i hate the way i can smell too much butter in the omlette. the elevator is old and a bit scary but it still works well. overall, i really really love this hotel and i will surely go back to it. though, they don't allow thai citizens to book a hotel. i am thai. i had to use my boyfriend's name to book it since he is singaporean. it'd be so much better if they allow thais to do it also.

Please all other negative reviews you might read about this hotel are not true. We have stayed at some of the best hotels Bangkok has to offer ,but from our first meeting of the staff early in the morning ,the welcome,the feeling that they really cared about you ,was very impressive.Even the staff in the car park did there very best to make you feel good . No matter what others might say ,our stay was great ,the corner suite on the top floor was wonderful,clean,looking nice and cared for.The first impression gave us a great feeling this stay would be good ,our last two days in Bangkok were great,thanks to this hotel making us feel so good . The hotel manager is a very nice charming woman ,always on the alert to make sure you are catered for ,smiling all the time she's called Rattenar . The resteraunt is a small place with a nice view to the main road ,it feels clean and well looked after and the food is very good ,nice breakfast with helpful smiling staff,what more do you want .Ok you can go to a 5 star hotel and the selection will be on a larger scale ,the price too,but for the value ,the service ,the atmosphere ,the people ,this hotel I feel gave me much more better feeling than any other hotel rated at 5 stars and it's only a 3 star. The next time I stay in Bangkok I will stay here ,the value is great for what you get .So anyone reading my review ,try it ,we stayed on the top floor facing the city,very quiet and peaceful,and the pool is good too,just the right atmosphere. Since March 2017, my family and I have stayed 3 times at Charlie House, for a total of 20 nights. It has been a wonderful experience, thanks to the staff who are all very friendly and helpful. This more than compensates for the fact that the Pinklao location is not the most taxi-friendly place to get back to. Almost all taxi drivers have insisted on not using the meter, e.g. from Pratunam and demanded fixed fares like THB300, which we has to pay, especially on rainy days when many taxis do not want to hear about Pinklao. The fact that Charlie House is secluded and had a garden, etc contributes greatly to our stays because we wanted to have the peace and quiet which can rarely be found at most other hotels. By now, we have got used to to the idea of being ferried back and forth in the golf cart. The proximity of Tesco Lotus Pinklao with a huge hypermarket and a good /clean/cheap foodcourt , the number of foodstreet stalls and the proximity of Central Plaza Pinklao with many, many restaurants are all advantages which we took full advantage of, during our most recent 10-day stay.

Whilst it is not close in to central Bangkok it is only a nice stroll to the BTS station. A little difficult to locate as it is in a small soi some better signage on the street would be helpful. A fantastic hotel where the staff were some of the best I have come across for service, helpfulness and care. By the time I finished breakfast the room had been cleaned and serviced without asking. The towels were fashioned into swans as a nice touch. Great personalised service and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the Thonburi area.

my first time here. very impress with all staffs attitude. well prepared for all my extra requirements. this hotel is not a five stars brand new hotel but everything is well function and clean. ample space for parking lot. the elevator is a bit small but clean. very near to a temple but very close to the mall shopping center. great spa and swimming pool with sauna. most important thing that all of us love here very much is their chinese restaurant(meiyuan). dimsum available at lunch and dinner. i can not tell the difference with my lunch at hong kong week ago during my vacation. i reccomend you guys to feel good iike me now. i will stay here again for sure if there is a chance.

I was staying in the Deluxe room for a week . The room is big with a sofa . But there is no additional chair . The room is clean . WiFi unstable . Shower pressure not too good and the water is not hot enough . It was very hot when I was staying in the superior room 3205 before . Air conditioning is cool enough . Because of my concern is the cleanliness. That is the reason why I did not ask to change room .Overall the rate I paid with breakfast is acceptable. The location is good . About 15 minutes walk to Bang Wa BTS . in about 30 to 45 minutes you can reach any location in the city . Unless you just want to walk the area where you live otherwise you still to take BTS . I been to Nana Patpong and Soi Cowboy already . I am not quite interesting stay late in the bar . And not cheap to hire a girl overnight. So if I want to go to the bar or massage. I can still take BTS back to Bang Wa at around 11 pm . The housekeeping is excellent . Only oneday I found a cockroaches on my bed when I return to the room at night. After I told the housekeeping She done a good job . There is 2 staff very nice polite with a smile every time see me . But the others very rude . And way If I still stay here until ,5 January. I might book another 2 weeks . Might not . Let's see

Well, we felt at home at Baan Suan Prannok, even my 68 years old mum. Cleanliness, thumbs up. The owners are very thoughtful and they try their best to give us the best they could offer. Appreciate that, really. Location wise, we knew where we want to go hence the location was great to us: close to the train station to Kanchanaburi, local market, Mekong river pier (for a cheap and cheerful ferry ride with the locals), Khlong Lad Mayom Floating Market and the Icon Siam!! Highly recommended! Thanks Baan Suan Prannok for the warm hospitality. Keep it up!!

The room is spacious and the service is good. Because we are traveling freely with the elderly, we choose a relatively quiet hotel. A. The location of the hotel is not so remote. It is very close to the chao phraya river and the king zheng temple, one of the three grand palaces. But it is really not within the scope of the one-day tour shuttle Bangkok. B. the owner of the hotel (who looks like) wears a baseball cap and occasionally MOWS flowers and plants in the courtyard, which is slightly darker and whiter than Thai skin. It was very friendly and felt like the best hotel to treat Chinese people on several trips to Bangkok. In the hotel, the chinese-speaking front desk boy and the working aunt are also very friendly, a little shy, but very friendly. It's a good place to go for an in-depth tour of Thailand. C. the room is very clean. It's surprisingly clean. All the Thai hotels I have stayed in before make me feel dirty. This hotel is very clean, with large rooms, air-conditioning, TV, WIFI and refrigerator. The cost of 7 days in China is absolutely higher than that of the whole season hotel. D. surrounding the hotel. The surrounding area is dominated by local Thai people. Most of them do not speak Chinese or English very well, but the overwhelming enthusiasm you can feel is that they can understand simple English. Walking on the road, thais will greet you kindly and nod their heads. There are Thai food markets nearby, 711, massage shops, small western restaurants and many night markets with big food stalls. Generally speaking, they are very convenient. Generally speaking, it is suitable for rest and relaxation.

First, it is very easy and warry free about booking the room through Agoda.com as it uses a simple booking/friendly steps to book the room. Yet, it shows clearly the availability and confirmation. No question ask from the hotel staffs once providing the Agoda confirmation number. The stay was very pleasant as we decided to continue staying and checking back in around three times (during the time we stay in Thailand). Second, staffs are very friendly as they look after us very well such as keeping our luggages while we travelled to other regions and stay over night at other provinces. Third, room is big, clean and quiet - yet we could use a laundary service with inexpensive costs. Fourth, transportation to other parts of city is so convenience as there is BTS (sky railway train) behind the hotel (less than 5 min. walk). No wonder to why we met so many foreigners staying in this hotel for the whole periods that we stay in this hotel. Last bu not least, we will DEFINITELY book this hotel through Agoda.com again next and each every times that we will be visiting Thailand again.

Honestly, if you don't mind that no any nightlife around this area, you are strongly recommended to have a stay here. We feel that the owner were very focused on quality of life, from the hotel decoration to small things such as spoons, we are very stunning about the quality, my husband and I love it so much! The owner Mr. & Mrs. Tor were excellent, they were very polite and gentle to the guests, they provide the service better than the four-star / five-star hotel. One thing that must be share is, the daily cooked breakfast did by Mrs. Tor was too rich too good, from the taste of the food to the plate deco are impeccable. I would like to say thank you to Mr.&Mrs.Tor for the generous hospitality! ***IMPORTANT REMINDER*** 1.To avoid you take the long way to go, please get off the the train at BTS WONGWIAN YAI, go out from exit no.4.Use the elevator to go down , get out of the elevator and turn left to the first alley, you will see a 7-11 in your right hand after take a few steps. Please walk along the 7-11 alley, you will see the hotel in your left hand side by a very short walk.Please pay attention to safety, alleyways and motorcycles are endless flow. 2.Tooth paste and tooth brush only available upon request.

Good place, nice and clean room : a big bed and another small bed. clean restroom. Nice service although we visit the hotel lately. No breakfast included. Many tourists(in group) in the restuarant and lobby in the morning but check-out process did not spend too much time. It rained on the day I was there, so that it was difficult to find the taxi and traffic jammed in the morning. Service was very good. the bell boy standed waiting for taxi for us a half-hour. There is a quite small the hotel sign so Don't miss to entry the beside motel !!!

Building was always very clean and tidy. Rooms were nice but overpriced. Location wasn't so good. Staff were friendly but not very helpful. Couldn't speak a word of English. Wanted daily payments instead of once off. Insisted on keeping a form of identification. At first they wanted to hold on to my original passport. Eventually they settled for my ID book. I discovered (when I checked out) that my original ID book had been left in a cardboard box outside the complex! This was the norm! It was handed back all bent out of shape from being crammed in the box with other things and left outside

I do recommend this hostel if you're looking for cheap and clean room. It is true that this hostel is little bit far from the center of Bangkok, but I didn't meet any tourists around this area and we enjoyed local breakfast near this hostel. There's no free bath towels so I used my own towels to save my money. The staff was kind and they helped me at the midnight too. I wanna stay here again if I visit Bangkok next time.

Lovely hotel, very lovely staff. Were extremely helpful in getting us to the train station. Room was clean but small. Did not spend a lot of time in the room so size was not much of a problem. Would have been nice to have a small table and chair in the room . No tv but that was no problem. Can be hard to find. Our cab driver got lost and when he called the hotel for directions he was still confused despite the numerous directions given by the hotel staff. Once we made it to the hotel a staff member was waiting outside for us, as the hotel was down a small alley. We arrived at 1:30 in the morning so really appreciated the extra effort from the staff. They were all very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

If you work near Wongwian Yai, the hotel location of this hotel is very good. The train station is also close. Equipment and amenity is good in the room. Anyway if I wish, it's a hair dryer. The tone outside the room is heard certainly. One staff speak English very well and another one speak Japanese a little. It's worth for money. I think the star may be a little more.

We chose the hotel because we were travelling with our K9 daughter that the hotel allows. It is difficult to find a hotel in Bangkok that allows pets. We stay at the 5 star Muse hotel in Bangkok when she is not travelling with us. This established was a huge surprise and delight. What a hidden gem. No fancy lobby or restaurant on site but this is Bangkok when we are here we love ordering food from different places everyday. We do not need a big lobby or bar when we are here for several days. We need an amazing room that is quiet and beautiful. Q residences delivered. All glass and white tiles, huge shower with a private swim pool right off the shower. The staff...the best! Every single one of them from housekeeping to management. Very thankful for the exceptional and excellent service. This will be our place to stay everytime we are in Bangkok which is usually monthly.
