hotel is situated at the best location in beach road pattaya..the view is to die for .. but the hotel room NEEDS IMPROVEMENT!! old furniture needs re-touch ... right side of the hotel rooms gives a terrible view of some old buildings ..we were at 2823 and the view from the room was not that good .. but when you go to the lobby area / infinity pool / sky bar the view is amazing !!!

Staff - everyone was really helpful. Greeted me with a smile every time and were all very professional. Thanks Mr. Art ;) Location - IMO one of the best in terms of convenience. It’s located in soi 3 between Beach Rd, and Second Rd. Central Marina is just 2 minutes walk away. If you wish to go elsewhere further just conveniently take the 10 baht bus around. Breakfast - good choices and very well presented. My favorite was the egg station, and they also reheat sausage links / bacon on the spot. Facilities - has a swimming pool and gym. I only wish they had some sort of outdoor lounge on the top floor. Everything else - try it and you will not regret your stay!

I stayed at Baywalk Residence and Hilton also on this trip. On the extra days I didnt have a hotel booked, I came back to Empress. First things first, the hotel is not even half finished yet, but the rooms on the Beach Rd side were complete. Room was great, I really liked the multiple windows which allowed alot of extra light to shine through the room. Some Pattaya rooms are sometimes like dungeons. Staff was friendly and helpful, and location right on Beach Rd was convenient and entertaining. Wireless was spotty, but asked for LAN cable, and connection was great after that. I will say that I stayed in two Deluxe Beach Front rooms, and the one with the balcony on the third floor was much better than the one on the fifth floor. I will most likely stay here again.

We spent five nights at the A-One Royal Cruise hotel. We’ve visited Pattya a few times over the past five years and this is by far the best hotel in the price bracket and around this location. 1 - Location We love this location (the last three visits were around this location). Easily accessible to all the atmosphere of the Beach Road (the Baht buses to Walking Street and South Pattaya Rd) and not too far from all the shopping option on the Second road.... loads of restaurant and dining options on both the Beach Rd as well as Second Rd. 2 - Cleanliness & Accommodation Accommodation- we had a Deluxe room as well as the Mini Ocean View. The mini ocean view - brilliant size. Only one negative - only had a bath tub (I expected a rain shower too. That’s what the hotel pictures seem suggest). The two kids had a deluxe room and they had a shower. Furniture and cleanliness - generally modern and good quality. 3 - Friendly staff Good service and very polite. Thank you to all

Very well located in the middle of peaceful Soi 5. Close to Beach Rd and Second Rd with bars, 7-11, massage, baht bus all a minutes walk away. Great Korean restaurant right next door. Lovely roof top pool. Big rooms, very clean and comfortable. Fantastic bed. Nice bathroom and shower. Good air con. Big balcony. Very friendly staff. Cons: the safe didn't work. They said they fixed it but still broken. Toilet blocked easily and flush was broken. I fixed myself after drama with the safe. Air con in gym left off so too hot to use. However highly reccommended overall. One of my favourite hotels.

This hotel is at the centre of it all in Pattaya. I just love the location, just across the road you have the shopping street (located at the Pattaya beach side). I had used Agoda to book a Studio Nouveau, very fairly priced in the peak season of Dec. Check-in was smooth, and so was check out. The reception area is inside the campus, and not by the road, and our room was very quiet. I liked the breakfast, bread and omlettes, fried rice, some varieties in the dish like shrimp curry, pork curry, etc. There was fruits, corn flakes, etc. I liked the restaurant area, gives you the right holiday mood during breakfast. Even though you cant clearly see the beach thanks to the trees, the beach feeling was there! Nice breeze and very spacious and just enough staff should you have any help. Service was quite nice, room was very spacious and clean. Location wise it makes perfect sense to stay here. The walking street is just 5 mins walk, going left after you come out of the hotel. If you take right, you could walk on the entire stretch on beach road and find all the shopping malls. There are lots of restaurants, food is absolutely no problem in Pattaya Beach road, do try out the street food, its fantastic. Bali Hai pier is just 15-20 mins walk (little further than walking street). There are lots of baht buses plying on the beach road, so just hop on one, hotel receptionist explained me the routes and advised where to get down and stuff, thanks to him, we enjoyed going around in the interesting baht buses. Overall, thanks to the great location we had fantastic holiday at Baywalk residence Pattaya, and we are definitely looking forward to visit this place again. Truly recommended to people of all ages. And if its great fun that you are looking for, this place is at the center of it all. Cheers!!!

I had the pleasure to stay at the Pattaya Marriott during a short 3 night stopover in Thailand. I had just undergone some minor elective surgery and wanted a comfortable hotel where I could relax and order room service, and also close to the action in Pattaya. The service was excellent. Friendly staff. Unobtrusive yet prompt and professional. Very comfortable bed and premium room and bathroom furnishings. I selected a 'garden view' room and I was on the sixth floor overlooking towering tropical trees and a natural garden area that the hotel cultivates. Upon opening my door the open air walkway looks down onto Pattya's Second Road, and directly at the Ripley's Believe It Or Not exhibit with the airplane built into the side of the shopping mall. Everything is very convenient. Walking Street is about 10 minutes away by foot. Beach Road is a 3 minute walk away. It was common to hear the tropical birds while in the room which was a welcome addition. Room service had a large selection of items and the pricing was surprising very reasonable so I had most of my menus in the room instead of going outside during my short stay. There is an Irish restaurante/pub with a sports theme connected to the hotel. It also had good food and atmosphere.

This hotel was best, just 50 meters away from beach road, with all facilities and gym. Staff is very flexible & understanding, they let me check out late, and I went to beach late and they also provided wash room even after my check out to change clothes and get ready to depart, so I dont have to book it for next day, saved money for another day. pool is very good, have pool side sitting bar and in pool service, free towels for pool, benches very very well maintained, staff is very decent and speaks english very well. Best place to stay and all locations are location on beach road which gets connected by 50 metres small road from hotel.

Not exactly on the beach road but set back about 50 feet on Soi 3. So 2 minute walk to the beach and beach road which gives you quick access using baht taxi to everywhere.Really nice big room with big bathroom and plenty of storage space. Underground parking available.Balcony gives limited view of the beach but still nice. Small swimming pool which is not really used due to proximity of the beach. Plus pool is in the shade most of the day. Breakfast is in the adjacent A1 hotel which is just across the street. Very attentive staff here. No bars nearby to keep you awake at night and Soi 3 is fairly quiet traffic wise too. Would definately use this hotel again

An excellent stay and i enjoted all aspects of the hotel so much i have re-booked the following week The smartly dressed staff have been well trained and are wonderfully helpful I am a well travelled guy and have been all over the world. I know Pattaya very well and consider AI exactly that ! A1 !! The famously convenient and cheap baht buses stop a few paces from the hotel foyer on Beach Road and returning on the one way system it takes just 4 minutes to walk down Soi 3 to the hotel entrance from Second Road Quite simply a great place to stay

This is my fourth visit to this hotel mainly because of the friendly, helpful staff and the excellent position. I come to Pattaya for the scuba diving and there are three dive centres within 5-8 minutes walk, plus the three main cabaret shows are about 15 minutes walk in the other direction. The hotel offers a good breakfast included with the room and can also provide lunch and dinner, although there are numerous restaurants right outside. The restaurant area is kept clean. I have always booked a superior room which I've found spacious and fairly comfortable, but somewhat spartan and outdated. The decor is very tired, the lighting is poor and the accommodation needs to be generally refreshed and updated. The bed linen and regularly used bathroom installations are clean, but other areas could benefit from a more than superficial clean. There is a large pool with sunbeds around it and a path leading to Beach Road and the sea.

we had a great stay at this hotel. my family really loved this hotel. for the price we pay we had luxurious rooms with good furniture. rooms are so big comfort so you will sleep till late and miss lots of outer activities. breakfast was very simple but fit for any asian or european. there is a small swimming pool which we could not use during our stay but looks very clean. when you walk out of the hotel within 100 meters you will find the beach/beach road or if you walk 100 meters on the opposite direction you will come to another main roads with lots of shopping restaurent. big c and pataya centre. first you will find "alcatraz" on this road and adjoining open area as a bus stand pls many food stalls with great thai food. the best seafood dine for small money.

Ok, I can't imagine you getting a better hotel for the location for the price they charge. I would stay there again without any doubt. lOVELY BIG BEDS, big bedroom, spotlessly clean (faultless). Food was good not just the buffet breakfast but also we ordered food several times on the roof pool. The food was very good and the price was very fair. I could not fault the Flipper Lodge and was very impressed from the start of my stay to the end. If there was anything I would change or add to the hotel...it would be to have a kettle in my room. You can get a cuppa from the 7/11 store just round the corner on Beach Rd, approx a 60 second walk from the hotel. This did not in anyway spoil my stay at the hotel and I am hoping to go back at some point and will be staying at the Flipper lodge, I would like the thank everyone there who were fantastic.

I drove from Bangkok to Pattaya and was relying on Google maps for the location but on Google maps the address is wrong. It still takes you to the old Mercure. No worries, tried to call the hotel but website is unfriendly and had to call main office and was given the hotels' number. Got it easily once I was explained where it was. When making the booking I requested for a higher floor and as the booking wasn't last minute I expected this to be taken care off; hence, booked a higher value room with sea view. Got to the hotel at 2pm and it was taking time to check in so went to the pool/bar for a beer. Was checked in and the room was on 7th floor and we had to navigate to between the buildings in front to see the sea. Asked for higher floor and then was suggested 14th floor, then 15th and then finally was given 12th floor. No worries as the view was ok. Thanks K.NI. The staff is very friendly and there is a convinient car park next door, which is a plus. The hotel is new and the beds are comfortable. They do need to work on a few things like decrease check in time and install glass doors in bathing area (can be sliding). Four stars for now as this was my first visit and they need time to settle in. If things continue the same next time, the stars might reduce.

Great little hotel located on a quiet street off beach road. Superb view from the rooftop bar with very reasonable prices on food and drink. Fantastic staff who were always polite, helpful and chatty. Our room was clean and spacious enough (2 adults and 1 child), with a good view from the balcony. The cheaper rooms are a little on the smaller side, but adequate enough for a solo traveler. As a side note, they also do fantastic coffee at a fraction of the cost to other more well known chains.

The Hotel Selection Pattaya is conveniently located on the beachfront on beach road in pattaya. If you would like to do some shopping or go to the beach this is one of the many hotels situated on beach road. It is also very close to all the great nightlife that pattaya has to offer. When you come out of the hotel you can jump on the many baht buses that drive past and head to pattaya south and the famous walking street bars. The hotel selection pattaya has many rooms to offer and they are a very good size and are cleaned daily. I found the staff to be very friendly and cooperative and will cater to your every need and they can speak English quite well. I did find however that the hotel is a little bit older than some hotels in the area but they are in the process of refurbishing the rooms which was no inconvenience to me. The food on the other hand was a lot to be desired it always seemed to be cold and there was not a great selection of foods. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and have stayed here a few times now and would stay there again. min. 50 words

Location: Located on one end of beach road with easy access to public transport (merely 10-20 baht per person to go to walking street, shopping areas, etc.) and is available till pretty late in night. Beach located in close proximity and is just across the road outside its entrance. Room: Two wings - Garden wing and Ocean tower.. I stayed in Garden wing room with pool view. Nice room interiors with extremely cosy bed but no balcony. Ocean tower rooms are bit expensive but have awesome sea view, so decide accordingly. Service: Very prompt service - so no issues. Early check-in is slightly difficult as I had to wait till 1pm to get access to my room though I reached hotel by 10:30 am. Value for money: Main USP - awesome swimming pools with jacuzzi facilities, etc. Very well maintained property at an overall level. Would say even garden wing rooms with pool view are great value for money.

A nice hotel to stay, if you are looking for a good quiet stay with less noise and beautiful views of the sea. Major rooms have good view of sea starting from 45% to 100% once you are in balcony. The staff is very good and the room service is outstanding. Also be rest assured that your luggage is safe in this hotel at any day. The hotel security is also good. The food at hotel resturant is best too. The hotel location is just at the start of beach road and to reach beach you just have to cross the road. You will get books to read, guide to explore, and a small but cozy swimming pool to relax.

This hotel was just 1 minute walk away from the beach, it was along the pattaya beach road, soi 10. Good location. Just walk less than 1 minute and you can have a swim in the sea or have a walk along the beach, and just walk back to hotel afterwards. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Beverage were provided free of charge once we enter the hotel. The staff help us to transfer our luggage into our room. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. There is a bath tub. Although ours were not a sea view room, but we can still see a little bit of sea view through the balcony. The staff came up to the room to help us resolve the wifi issue. The wifi were generally good. Easy to get a songthaew along the street road. The only disadvantage, breakfast was not included. The swimming pool on the rooftop were great. There was nobody there in the early morning, so I enjoy swimming there like a private pool for myself. It was really value for money. I never expected it was so good by looking at the pictures in agoda. It was beyond my expectations. Thumbs up!

We had a good time here. the hotel is modern,clean and if you get an ocean view room there is a couch which is big enough for a child to sleep on which is great although they will charge for kids breakfasts. The room had a separate bath and shower and small balcony with some ocean view. The hotel is technically on pattaya beach road soi 4 but is connected to the A-one hotel on soi 3 - this is where the parking is. Although some people complain on Agoda that the car park is another soi away you can actually cut through the smaller wing of A-one to the seaview which isn't a hassle at all.

Highly satisfied in my 2 days stay in Baboona Hotel, Pattaya. It's located on the prime area of beach road. Good restaurants around the hotel including hotels own. Hotel is relatively calm in respect of Pattaya night life, suitable for traveler want some quiet time during holidays. Hotel interior decorations are amazing, gives a special feelings in your mind. Big beds and good room amenities. Excellent big sea view balcony overlooking the Pattaya beach road but take high floor to have clear view. Good Thai & western cuisines are available in the hotel restaurant. Good Spa arrangements are also available in the Hotel itself with competitive rates.
