"Stayed at the hotel for five nights. The hotel staff were real friendly and helpful. I also chose this because of the availability of an elevator and the restaurant on the ground floor. Breakfast did not come with the booking but one can choose to avail of the buffet. I would definitely come back to this hotel but mostly because of the bed's firm mattress. The air conditioning was also good. The only downside was the shower's water heater which didn't work from the night I arrived until the last day of my trip. A hotel staff checked the connections and showed me that the heater's light indicated that the thing was working but come the following morning, I still didn't have hot water. On the fourth night of my stay, around midnight to one o'clock in the morning, I was awakened by furniture being moved on the floor above my room. I asked the woman at the front desk about it the following morning and she said she would check on it. The hotel was also near SM, restaurants and other places of interest."

"I booked a room for my nephew's mini vaction at another city. I wasn't sure if another family was joining us, so I felt safer getting a hotel at a mall and easily accessible. Turns out, they did join us and got a rm at the same hotel. We were given 2 rooms (1 w/ a queen and another with twin beds) with connecting doors which the kids made good use of throughout our stay to check on what the other was doing. You will need to get the staff to unlock the doors for you though. Perhaps they could leave individual keys in if the occupants prefer the doors not hanging open after they're unlocked. Eating is not allowed in the rooms, but they do provide a few tables and chairs in the elevator hall of each floor(at least, on the 5th where our rooms were). They did have wifi at the reception area, but we didn't get any signal on our floor even when they gave us passwords for wifi upstairs. So, if you need to work online, you may need to camp out at the Starbucks nextdoor. We slept like babies in our comfy beds, with 2 pillows each(usually an extra expense at budget/flashbacker hotels). The much-touted rain-shower was a bonus for my 7 y.o. nephew! I purposely did not purchase set meals from the hotel since we would normally be eating out anyway. (Since it was a required field above, i just picked the middle ground, as we didnt avail of this service) But overall, we enjoyed our stay at GoHotel, and likely to book here next time we visit Iloilo. "I've stayed here twice and will never look for another place if I have the budget. Generally, it's moderately priced for its amenities and comes cheaper when you book with Agoda. During my second visit, I booked a Single Room using Agoda. Upon arrival at the lobby, the receptionist informed me that the single rooms are unavailable but will upgrade my reservation to a matrimonial room. The aircon room was cozy and had cable tv, hot and cold shower. They also have hot and cold water thermos and you can request free hot and cold water from the hotel. The second reason why I stay at this hotel is it's proximity to the commercial areas and transport terminals of Ilo-ilo. It's walking distance to the public market where along the way, you'll find Calle Real (JM Basa St.), a street full of old-world buildings, that are great for picture taking. It's also walking distance to a lot of food establishments, and SM Delgado. Two blocks away from the hotel, you'll find jeepneys plying to the nearby tourist spots like Jaro Church, Molo Church, Arevalo District, and terminals to neighboring provinces like the Mohon Terminal, where you can ride a jeepney bound for San Joaquin and visit the San Joaquin Church and Miag-ao Church. A five-minute taxi will take you to Muelle Loney where you can ride a ferry to Bacolod City. "

"The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom and toilet and enjoined and is see-through but there are roll down blinds for privacy. Sufficient sockets to recharge gadgets, toiletries (soap, shampoo, lotion, dental kit) and water are replaced daily. Towels are replaced daily on the condition you leave them on the floor. Room cleaning is around 10am-3pm. Room service is affordable (though we didn't avail of it) and the pre-stocked charged snacks are also quite affordable (but we also didn't avail of it). The mini refrigerator is useful for us. It's a block away from Ortiz Wharf, the port with boat trips to Guimaras. 7-11 is just in front of the hotel, City Hall about a 5 minute walk away, Calle Real - a 8-10 minute walk and Robinsons Place Iloilo - a 12-15 minute walk. Everything else is accessible by jeepneys. If you don't know how to use those, just take a taxi - drivers here are generally honest, unlike Metro Manila (use Grab if you're there)."

"I wasn't really expecting a lot from this hotel. But this hotel really exceeded my expectations. I am a former hotelier in Dubai, I am very familiar to hotel operations. From checking in to checking out, their staff were really accommodating, friendly and helpful. From bell men, front office, F&B and recreations staff. Their smiles are fascinating. Room is spacious, clean, fresh-smelling. Their food at the breakfast buffet is superb as well. They serve different kinds of food. They have mediterranean, filipino foods. Asked the staff if the hotel is a 3-star or 4-star or a boutique. He said as of now, they don't have the stars-rating yet. But HOPEFULLY, you get your accreditation as 3-star or 4-star because the hotel deserves it."

"Real suites is nice place u can stay, near everywhere in city, like malls, restaurants are everywhere, about the hotel, you need to call frontdesk and ask for dental kit because they said its upon request , then i ask for slippers, they said its 50 pesos, we stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, the 2nd day, my tootbrush fell into trashbin so i call the front desk and requested another dental kit, they answer me i need to pay for dental kit because its free only once you requested... Are u serious? I paid for 3 nights, it should be everyday when u clean our room, its automatic that clean towel, new mineral water, new tissue in bathroom and also the dental kit ,but here in real suites u need to pay again... "For the value for money, this is one of the best hotel. The room we got is a family, which I think can fit 4pax. It’s clean and size is very decent. Breakfast buffet is tasty but it’s just weird that they have to serve adobo during breakfast but they have cereals, pancakes and fruits so I’m good with that. Location is great for me, it’s just 2 blocks away from Robinson’s, famous Roberto’s siopao, Ted’s batchoy, Original biscocho for pasalubong and market if you love dried fish. 30-45 minutes away from the airport (btw. taxi drivers tend to trick you to pay more so download grab app) The only thing that I think needs improvement are the staff, I think they’re under staff which is why the resto service is a little slow. The front desk they need to be more proactive and should smile more (or maybe they’re shy since I’m not speaking their dialect). But again overall it’s was an excellent stay and superb value for money. For those who might disagree and would give lower rating, take note that never compare it to 5 star hotels that you had and just focus on the value of money you paid for. 👍"
