Hotel was great for my two night stay. I loved the pool, gym, and food. The only minor flaws was I’m convinced there is no hot water for the shower. It’s luke warm at best so don’t blast the AC when you take a shower. The pool bar skimps on liquor and gives a ton of ice, so you’re best ordering beer if you want a buzz otherwise you just drink sugar juice. Other than those things it was a great experience

The room was perfect except for one thing. The noise level of the air conditioning was more than my comfort level. In lieu of this I enjoyed a fast internet connection. There was a slight miscommunication with the staff. The booking usually includes the breakfast or at least it was what I thought I had booked for. however upon checkout I was told the breakfast was not free during my second booking. The first booking was a12 night stay and the second booking, because of this infuriating cancellations of airline flights, was a four night additional stay. I was expecting the same service and ease of accommodation. However the sales marketing manager told me on my third request for breakfast, not knowingly, was not free. Despite what I was told by the frontdesk that the breakfast is free. He was charging 399.00 pesos for each breakfast for each person. This was ridiculous I said to myself. He didn’t budge. Upon final check out though I approached the manager and rechanted my complain. He agreed to reduced breakfast charge in half. I thought it was the least thing he could do. Earlier I complained about the fact that there was no WiFi connection for a day! The only condition I agreed to stay was because I was promised that the WiFi will be fixed and the phonecall I received from the front desk telling me that the breakfast is free. As a matter of fact the person who insisted that the breakfast is charged at 399 per serving of one should have investigated if in fact the food that was served was of quality. I would like to atest the fact that the Bangus belly was stale. It happened twice and I didn’t complain about it so much because I thought that the breakfast was free. I feel a disservice on the Hotel management part. I would not insist that there be better communication between the sales marketing personnel and the front desk. Doing so would only improve the image of Seda to customers who expected much OF SEDA.

Matrimonial Room was a steal for the price. Room was large enough, checking in and out was a breeze. Staff were attentive to my needs, offered assistance without prompting when they saw we had several luggage. Plus: - Location, walking distance to SM City, Plazuela Iloilo and Smallville 21, right beside Samurai Talabahan and 21 Plaza with several restos, convenience store downstairs - Price, genuine 3 star hotel amenities for the low price, matrimonial room has 40 inch LCD TV - Matrimonial Room has several outlets Cons - window type aircon - hot water is not really hot but warm

Didn't plan on staying for long but ended up spending a total of 12 nights here. In the beginning, didn't expect much from budget hotel but our stay was surprisingly so great that we will surely stay here again the next time we are in Iloilo City. What the hotel lacks in amenities, it makes up for its amazing staff and very friendly atmosphere. From housekeeping, to the restaurant, front desk, admin officers and even the manager, they have been beyond accommodating! We observed that even amongst themselves, the staff were very interactive and had great harmony. You could tell that they love their jobs and the people they work with/for. We have traveled to a lot of cities and countries before but this is by far the friendliest and most attentive hotel we've ever stayed at!! It even trumps a five star hotel service! Sadly they had to transfer us to another hotel of the se chain due to the citywide lockdown. The other hotel though, is another story - a different review to write.

Out while family loved the hotel! Our boys enjoyed the pool and kept asking to go back there and rated it the best hotel out of the three we stayed at. The staff were friendly and nice. Issues were easily and quickly resolved which showed good customer service. The breakfast crew were great! Complimentary breakfast was good and they were able to accommodate my picky kids' requests which rate them high on my list because it offered a stress free stay for me! My kids are already begging to just stay there our whole vacation when we come back in two years. It is ideally located near restaurants, a quick mart and SM City is only a five minute cab ride away. You can also walk to yhe Esplanade. Love this hotel!

My husband and I had a two-night stay in this hotel. Note that prior to this trip I stayed here three years ago as a solo traveller but it was a so-so experience. This time it was an excellent stay considering that I was travelling with a PWD on a wheelchair. I've had a few pre check-in inquiries directly to the hotel and they were able to answer my questions patiently. The security guards were very helpful in assisting us with loading/unloading in taxicabs (since we don't have a private car). The staff at the resto, the front desk and housekeeping were very friendly and accommodating except for the tired-looking lady who checked us in. Staff are always consistent in their initiative to help us with opening and closing elevator doors (since I'm the only one escorting my husband who's on a wheelchair). The room we stayed at was way bigger than expected and it seemed it was really meant for a PWD/elderly stay since it has metal railings in the bathroom. There's more than enough space for the wheelchair to move across the room. The room was clean and amenities were replenished on a daily basis. Nothing extraordinary with the breakfast we paid for. It came with fresh juice which tasted mostly like water. Hot chocolate tasted like Milo. It was a bit expensive for the serving so on our second day we went to a nearby coffee shop to get a more sumptuous meal for the same price. We didn't eat at the hotel any further (due to our not-so-good impression of the breakfast). There are a many - as in a lot - of bar and restos nearby, just a few steps away from the hotel. And since it's the nightlife capital of Iloilo City, don't expect it to be totally quiet. You will hear live bands playing but it's very much tolerable and we stayed at the third floor which is closer to the ground and facing the area where most bars and restos are. The facilities and amenities of this Hotel are great, complete (almost) from Safe to Small Refrigerator and etc. They got everything except for a Bidet in the t&b. Fast Internet. Decent but not great breakfast. Price was very cheap for the location, amenities and facility and even the design of the hotel (as you can see in the photos) But during my stay, I finally knew why it was that cheap: Rooms are not made out of concrete so most probably you will hear the people in the hall way and even some of the sounds of the adjacent rooms. And in the morning we can hear the chickens outside like an alarm clock. Rooms are super small, but has a big t&b. The overall layout of the hotel is a bit awkward, like the connection from you rooms in the hallway and parking area. But overall it was an almost 5 star review, will most probably comeback if I’m staying alone but not as a couple or a family.

I have stayed in several good hotels in Iloilo such as Injap Hotel and Diversion 21. Both hotels were already booked during my trip so I decided to book with Skinetics. At first I was hesitant because the name of the hotel doesn't seem like a real hotel but to my surprise, everything came beyond my expectations. The staff are very nice, the rooms are big and clean, breakfast is ok but I appreciate that they have a lot of varieties to choose from and they also allow breakfast in the room. My favorite was the provision of rainshower in the bathroom. I visited Iloilo on a business trip and the complimentary massage after a tiring day was indeed an icing on the cake. I thought it would just be an ordinary foot massage because it's free but they really did well. Skinetics is now my top priority when booking a hotel in Iloilo. We were supposed to stay at Gigantes island for three days but changed plans last minute because of some unpleasant experience with our accomodations there. So we decided to go back to IloIlo city a day in advance. We came across Injap Tower Hotel as it was strategically located. First, its just right in front of SM City IloIlo where we can get dinner after arriving late out of a 3.5 hours van ride from the port of Carles. Second, booking was easy either online or over the phone. The staff was really accomodating and very much helpful. They were even understanding of our situation that we need to do a late check out since our flight going back to Manila is not until 6pm. Third, the location is just a stone throw away from the airport and the city proper where you can easily pick up your pasalubong before taking that flight to Manila or anywhere else. When we booked the rooms we were just expecting a basic bed to stay for the night but to our surprise the amenities are really great considering the very affordable price we paid for an overnight stay. I think the only thing to be improved on is the breakfast that goes along with the room. The kitchen staff couldn't even make a proper scrambled egg. Plus the selections are limited to just a few menu items. I commend the strong customer centric attitude of the staff here and it will really make you feel that your money was really well spent. Injap Tower Hotel will definitely be on top of our list the next time we need to visit IloIlo City - either as a transit point or as our residence throughout our stay in IloIlo.
