Hilton Pattaya is probably the best hotel in Pattaya. The breakfast is unusually detailed and probably the best we have ever tried. The room offers great views of Pattaya, the sea and all the islands. There is a nice infinite edge pool on the 16th floor. This must be described as a true luxury hotel. There is also direct access to Central Festival Pattaya Beach in case you are looking to go shopping. A great stay.

I had a very nice stay there for 3 days 2 nights.Had a welcome drink when i made check in. it was very warm greeting. You can spent your day in the hotel for the swimming pool and there is many activities for them like a volleyball, table tennis, batketball in the swimming pool and for the night time they will teach ur children dance for make a show. i had played the form party it was very enjoying. The room is so nice and clean. nice view. there is convenient to go to the shopping mall (Central Festival Pattaya). The staff is very helpful and good service. Valuable money to stay here.

I am a business solo traveler. This is my third time staying at LK The Empress, Pattaya.. I decide to stay because the hotel staff are professional, helpful and friendly. Other reasons I like this property is its location. The hotel is situated on Beach Road, where it is just minutes away the famous Walking Street, Mike’s Plaza, Hilton Central Festival and surrounded by shops, restaurants and massage parlors. The hotel is located in probably the best part of Pattaya . I do feel safe staying here. The price is not cheap; but, it is reasonable for those who can afford it. The breakfast buffet (at additional cost) is pretty good. The only two negative things (or disadvantages) that myself and others have witnessed are with the hotel’s aging infrastructures. The WiFi Internet Connection is really slow/weak. The Internet connections are always inconsistent. It is not reliable. The other weakness is the hotel’s plumbing. Getting hot water for a shower is a challenge.

We spent five nights at the A-One Royal Cruise hotel. We’ve visited Pattya a few times over the past five years and this is by far the best hotel in the price bracket and around this location. 1 - Location We love this location (the last three visits were around this location). Easily accessible to all the atmosphere of the Beach Road (the Baht buses to Walking Street and South Pattaya Rd) and not too far from all the shopping option on the Second road.... loads of restaurant and dining options on both the Beach Rd as well as Second Rd. 2 - Cleanliness & Accommodation Accommodation- we had a Deluxe room as well as the Mini Ocean View. The mini ocean view - brilliant size. Only one negative - only had a bath tub (I expected a rain shower too. That’s what the hotel pictures seem suggest). The two kids had a deluxe room and they had a shower. Furniture and cleanliness - generally modern and good quality. 3 - Friendly staff Good service and very polite. Thank you to all

The location is very good, close to lots of restaurants and not too far from Central Festival Shopping Centre. Also, it is located about mid way down soi 5, so it's a similar walk to either Beach Rd or Second Rd. The breakfast buffet is nothing special ad there are quite a few good breakfast options close by. Walk up Beach Road and stop in at D'Beach Hotel and Restaurant for one of the best value breakfasts in Pattaya ! The hotel is quite modern with spacious rooms and everything is of a good quality. Highly recommended !

This is probably the best hotel on Pattaya Beach Road. I've stayed several other hotels including Amari Ochid, Pattaya Beach Resort, but Holiday Inn satisfied me the most. On the day I checked in, they have upgraded my room, I don't exactly remember the exact room type. It was the last room on the hallway after you get out from the elevator. The room had a fantastic ocean view, a lot better than what I've seen from Centara Grand. The breakfast was okay, crowded with people. The swimming pool was nice but small. You can overview the people walking and cars moving from the swimming pool. It was small but not crowded. Bathroom was great. You can bath and relax in the bathtub while enjoying the great sunset of Pattaya Beach. The hotel's location was also good. You can easily take taxi or local pick up taxi down to the road. I've stayed 4~5 hotels in Pattaya and I will definitely stay in Holiday Inn if I visit Pattaya again. I strongly recommend this hotel to you. Oh~! Free wifi is available in the lobby and on 4th floor where breakfast restaurant and swimming pool is.

pattaya baywalk residence is just 5 minutes walk from the shops of the royal garden plaza, and central festival pattaya beach are within a 15 minute walk of the hotel. and it is just 5 minutes walk to walking street. perfect location when you feel tired after shopping, you can just drop by your hotel and take a short rest and also clear your shopping bag in the hotel so you can shop more.

Was visiting Pattaya from Bangkok for 2 Days and arrived at AVANI noon time. Once we arrived at the Lobby, we were greeted by Friendly Staffs and Provided with Drinks and Towels to refresh ourselves from the hot weather. Was thankful that we were given the Room on the Ground Floor as we could skip the steps/ lift and our Room was Viewing straight to the Pool from our Balcony. Room was clean, nice and comfortable! Location is Great as it is connected directly to the Mall and across to the Pattaya Beach. It is also walking Distance to the Most Popular "Walking Street" with its lively Night Entertainment. What I am most thankful for the Service from AVANI is that we left out phone in the Room only to realise it when we had gone back to Bangkok. We called AVANI and all the staffs were so helpful. They had Whatsapp Service which helped me to communicate with them easily. What is the best is that once they found my phone, they send it to Bangkok and all were done professionally!

Location: Quiet and peaceful street. It is located near to Tiffany's or Alcazar Cabaret show venue. A BIG C Hypermarket just 5-8 minutes walking distance, and public transport especially songthaew is easily available with 1 minutes walking to main road (Beach Rd or Pattayasaisong Rd). A few street behind is a pure red light district, more complicated than Walking Street. However food is not that easily available, you have to walk at least to the main road side to find for foods or you can dine in the hotel. It is kinda far walking to Central Festival and Walking Street, but cheap songthaew make it a no problem to travel around. Hotel: Good warm and salty pool! Gym and sauna is available too. Lobby is good and relaxing. Breakfast was okay and the egg-chef is so friendly! There have a seafood BBQ dinner but we didn't try. Room: Room is spacious than we thought. Nicely designed room theme. Spacious balcony, comfortable bed, calm lighting and very cold air conditioner. Bathroom is semi-transparent glasses instead of wall so be caution if you are a very privacy person. You can't see it clearly but the shadow will show what you are doing in the bathroom. Staff: Staff is very polite and spoke good english. Very helpful in guiding us and answered to our question regarding travelling. Other: There is a travel agency along the street heading towards to Pattayasaisong Rd from hotel, next to the Pattaya International Hospital. Can't recall it's name but there is only 1 there. Spoke good english, very friendly and very responsible travel agent i've ever met in Thailand. A guy by the name of 'Pom' if not mistaken. Didn't survey much for price with several agency but the price he quoted us is much more cheaper than what i surveyed from the internet so we decided to engaged his services and we are very satisfied with it. Conclusion, he personally waited us and hold the Tiffany's Staff for 25 minutes to ensure we are able to enter and enjoy the show despite being very late beca

Good location on Beach Road, about half way along it, next to Hard Rock, walking distance to Central Festival Phuket mall, Soi 6 bars and clubs and venues on the back road Pattayasai 4. Easy trip south on the baht bus to Walking Street, but away from the noise, and surprisingly easy to get back to the hotel. Easy exit from Pattaya on Pattaya South Rd. Good shower and big bath, small fridge, good wifi, ok aircon. Breakfast buffet 7 out of 10. Nearby Toscana restaurant is good.

We received a room upgrade upon arrival which was nice. The room was clean and huge with a very nice bathroom, comfortable bed (which is hard to find in Pattaya) and the staff were great. We really liked this hotel and will be back. The A-One Pattaya Beach Resort is part of three local hotels that share facilities. The only problems we had with this hotel, and I think management should address the issue, is pool access. Firstly, each day the main hotel closes it's pool at 5pm to setup the buffet for coach loads of Chinese tourists that arrive daily, so from 4.30 people that are kicked out the the two main pools end up in the small pool at our hotel. The pool at A-One Pattaya Beach Resort is very nice but relatively small. A couple of families with 5 or 6 kids on floating beds tends to fill the pool and it becomes annoying for the hotel guests trying to relax in the pool. Secondly, crusty undies... Nearly everyday we saw people either turn up at the pool fully clothed and jump in or strip down to their underwear and jump in. Men's and women's swimwear is available all over Pattaya for less than 300Baht, please buy a set before swimming...

Stay 1 nite with friends here, location was just 200 meters from main street (2 minutes walk), have a small swimming pool in Tower B level 5th. But a lil bit far from Central Festival Mall at Pattaya Beach Street, about 12-15 minutes by walk. a lot of restaurants around hotel area. Staff can speak English well, don't worry. Just remember to go back to room before 12 pm on check out date as the room will be locked automatically at 12 pm o'clock check out date and you have to ask the front desk to reset your room card key. So far, all is well in this hotel. Recomended hotel for short or long term stay.

I came pattaya nearly every week but the first time stay here Bassaya hotel &resort cos my cambodian friend ask me to find the hotel for them and I send them 3 reccomended hotel, they choosed Bassaya then I also choose Bassaya to easy taking care of them. A bit old hotel but very large area and big swimming pool on the central of U shape hotel bulding closed to the beach just 2 min walking u will meet pattaya beach and a few minute more to to Central festival shopping center. my suite room type quite big ,separate bed room and living rooom with a large balcony but every thing inside a bit old but they are find for me. They will charge you 350 baht for breakfast if you book only room without breakfast

I enjoyed my time at Best Beach Villa, it was close to all things available in Pattaya, the beach(beach Rd) Big C, Bars & Clubs. The rooms were a good size but the bathroom was outdated,having a shower standing in a bath,nah not for me, shower curtain?? & I saw a few cockroaches in the room which is another thing I didnt like. I also couldnt lock the sliding balcony door. But for the price it was a nice place to stay, the staff were great,polite & friendly, the food at the restraunt was fantastic from the buffet breakfast to lunch & dinner,at a good price.The pool was a great size, sauna & gym was good also. The one thing that the hotel should do is to call the room & ask if everything is ok before they give the bar girl back her ID. Overall I had a fantastic time there & would recomend the hotel to anyone who wants a cheap place to stay that is central to everything in Pattaya.

It's my third visit to Pattaya and second stay with Flipper Lodge. Wanted to book Flipper Lodge again 2 years ago during New Year period but no room available. We were staying at the new wing this time. Room was new, clean and spacious. There's a swimming pool on the roof top where you can have a better view of the beach of Central Pattaya. Love the location of Flipper Lodge to the max. One minute's walk to the beach and Central Festival Shopping Mall. As a three-star hotel, the standard of its complimentary buffet breakfast is good enough and breakfast serves till 12pm which is a plus point. The only lacking point is free WIFI only available in hotel lobby. You need to pay if you want to use WIFI in your room. Will definitely choose Flipper Lodge again when I visit Pattaya in future.

We stayed 5 nights for a short holiday in Pattaya. I like the location near the Central Festival and also we had a great view from the balcony right over the bay and towards the "PATTAYA" glowing letters. The staff is mainly from Myanmar but speaks Thai and English and ist very friendly. The food (breakfast) ist ok to eat but its a SET and everyday it will be the same. So WE just used that once. I would recon to book just the room and go outside ... where there are sooo many things to eat in a short walks reach. The pool on the 9th floor is not very big but nice for a short morning swim and you can also overlook the whole Pattaya bay. Very clean and overall nice hotel at a perfect location. I m afraid, the prices will go up soon.

thank you agoda and amari for upgrading us to the ocean towers. this hotel was totally amazing!we were overwelmed by the hotels beautiful decor and the exceptional service we recieved. our room had beautiful views over pattaya beach and was a joy to come home to each night. the k/s bed was the most luxurious, comfortable bed we have ever slept in, we didnt want to get out of it each morning however the sumptuous breakfast beckoned us each day. after 6 days we didn't want to leave.i have to mention a very special thank you to surasak the hotels pool manager who with his exceptional service and kindly manner made our stay even more pleasant.( if he and his family ever come to perth aust he has our hospitality here)your more than welcome surasak! over all there would be nothing at all that could be faulted by the amari ocean towers hotel. it was absolutely amazing. we would recommend this hotel to everyone. it is the best hotel in pattaya!! thank you amari

Good location, nice view, good breakfast, good staff, clean, quiet and nice pool. The room was good with plenty of space but the balconies were too small even to put a chair on. The addition of the rainfall shower is good but they had not updated the drainage to cope, so the bathroom floor flooded every time it was used. The bath is very small and cannot sit and straighten your legs. Could not change any settings on the aircon except temperature so it was either off or blasting out. Pattaya beach is blighted with plastic, rubbish and speed boats. The water was disgusting as the storms had overwealmed the sewage system and dumped raw sewage in the sea. Not much of an attempt was made to clear the plastic and rubbish. The boats taking tourists to the island are constantly coming and going and the smell of fuel is bad. Also these tourists are dumping their rubbish on the beach without a care. The sand they have imported is very coarse. Go to Jomtien beach where it it is much much cleaner

Nice new hotel. Nice rooftop pool but I would have welcomed some umbrellas. There was little shade there. Location near beach and central festival. Internet speed was ok but I hated that I had to enter same credentials over and over again. Friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. TV had many Thai and international stations. Blackout-curtains good. Aircon was good. 7-eleven short walk around the corner at the beach road. Central Festival in walking distance. No complains. Overall good experience.

This is a very nice boutique hotel in the center of Central Pattaya. It is in a good location on Soi 5, between Beach road and Pattaya Road 2 which makes it very easy to get to and from all the main attractions in Pattaya. It is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel to Central Festival Mall, and a 5 minute taxi ride to Walking Street. The beach is 100 meters from the hotel. The room I had was clean and modern. No thrills to it, but comfortable with a big window that provided a view of the ocean. It had a nice bathroom. My room was not very big, but perfect for 1 or 2 people. They have a good maid staff that thoroughly cleans the room. It is a well kept hotel, and the staff very friendly and helpful. The best part of the hotel is the roof top pool that gives you an outstanding ocean view. It is best at Sunset where you get an awesome view. It will be my hotel of choice the next time I go to Pattaya. For the price, you can't beat it!

Great little hotel in a fantasic location. It's the fifth time i have stayed here. Rooms are nice and spacious and hotel is located in a nice quiet soi and just a 50 metre walk to the beach. It is also just a 5 minute walk to Central festival and there are many shops bars and restaraunts nearby as well. Staff are very friendly and helpful and hotel has a very nice rooftop pool with awesome veiws of pattaya beach. I like this hotel very much thats why i keep coming back here. I would defiantly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

We had a good time here. the hotel is modern,clean and if you get an ocean view room there is a couch which is big enough for a child to sleep on which is great although they will charge for kids breakfasts. The room had a separate bath and shower and small balcony with some ocean view. The hotel is technically on pattaya beach road soi 4 but is connected to the A-one hotel on soi 3 - this is where the parking is. Although some people complain on Agoda that the car park is another soi away you can actually cut through the smaller wing of A-one to the seaview which isn't a hassle at all.

The room was nice and clean. Loved the lamps. We had problems with the room aircon the first night but they gave us a fan and fixed the aircon the next day. - Breakfast was decent. - The free in-room Internet worked but a bit on the slow side. - Staff was mostly indifferent, not especially helpful or wearing smiles. - In-house spa, Baspa, is a bit more expensive than outside but worth it. Location is on the North side of the Pattaya beach road. Convenient for renting a car from Avis at Dusit Resort and close to Tiffany. Getting to Central Festival is a 10-minute walk. If you're going to Walking Street, might be best to take the baht bus. One thing to watch out for. The Pattaya Marathon was held on our last day there and it was just outside the hotel. Plenty of noise starting from 4.30am all the way to 11am. But I guess that's a good thing if you're actually running in the Marathon.

Central Festival Pattaya Beach located just a few soi away 4. Agogo bar stretches along soi 8. 5. Not really noisy at night 6. Breakfast serves standard buffet style. Eg: Fried rice, hotcakes, sausages, omlettes, salad, bread, cereals, fruits, coffee, tea & milk etc. 7. Swimming pool conveniently located on ground level. Trees to block the sunshine when the it gets too hot. 8. Do take note if you're renting a bike, you can only turn right upon exiting from the hotel carpark. Have to exit from soi 7 if you're heading to the road along the beach. There are police watching out for motorcyclist who exits from the wrong direction unless you wanna pay a fine at the police station right next to Central Festival Pattaya Beach

Slightly hidden hotel building if this is your first time staying in this hotel (small alley) . However , once you know the location, this bird-themed hotel is an awesome find. Rooms are spacious , and just short walk to Central Festival Pattaya beach. The renovated rooms are so nice that you feel like a bird nestling in a cage staying here. Staffs are friendly. Nearest 7 eleven just about 5 minutes walk. Lighting a bit dim so you make not like it if you like bright light . Recommended.
