The Hotel is located relatively near to the weekend markets and central Phuket. The Hotel's architectural is beautiful reflecting some of phuket's old town charm. The hotel service was great. They were able to arrange a last minute tour for my parents who enjoyed a half day out as we were busy.

We stayed at this hotel for four days and it was great. We had several local day tour program and this hotel was the last place that they picked us up and the first place that they dropped us. Because this hotel is located at the very enterance of Phuket town, I think. Lotus, Big C, and central festival phuket are all very near to this hotel and you can get to these ...

I stayed here with a friend once and liked the room and location. So I decided to take my Grandma and other family members on a vacation. It is the first time for Grandma to visit Phuket. Hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure we has a wonderful stay. I asked for a room that she can easily walk to after getting off the buggy but instead they upgraded us to a PO...

Booked in over the vegetarian festival for three nights. You could not be more central for old town Phuket. The hotel is very clean and the staff excellent. As all pool is a welcome relief after a very hot day. Small coffee shop down in the lobby. Do not be put of as the hotel does not have a restaurant their are many lovely places nearby European and Thai. We ha a fri...

Superb Valuable I've ever had !!! The hotel isn't 5 stars hotel because this a condominium that apply into hotel but I accepted the fact that this is such value to money where I couldn't get in Phuket town. Imagine that you swimming in the top floor panoramic pool , get some exercise at the gym / yoga or relaxation with steam and sauna including Bar B Q zone for pa...

The hotel is located in Phuket Town which is good for shopping in small shops as well as big markets, Thai people around the area are very friendly to every one, the hotel is very close to different cafeterias and restaurants so that you can have your food either in the hotel or outside just by walking. The area is quite during the night which makes you more relax. The...

The hotel, apparently less than two years old, makes up for its lack of facilities (like swimming pool, gym, sauna) by its centrally location (especially for those visitors who prefer to stay & explore old Phuket town rather than the beaches), friendly & highly attentive staff, and very clean & well-maintained rooms & compounds! This is a family vacation (my parent...

First we were trying to book Royal City Phuket Hotel. Having read some reviews about cockroaches in the Royal City Phuket Hotel, we found Sino House. It turned out to be a very pleasant stay. The next door massage spa was a good way to relax after a long flight. We were given a room with the design of carps and liked it. Next day, we headed off to Koh Phi Phi by fer...

The hotel is a small family owned. It is half hotel and half service apartment. The laundry service was cheap and efficient. The hotel is located on the main road close to the shopping center Central Festival Phuket. There was a 7/11 near by for convinience. It was a good price for the space.

the hotel is colorful and lovely with the many different colors on the walls of all areas in the hotel. the hotel is in the heart of city and next to central festival phuket. there is the mini car free service transferring from the hotel to central festival department store. it's sooo convenience for guests. the swimming pool is very cool style. abf is ok, not too much...

A beautiful heritage place that is well-maintained and full of character. The front staff were always helpful and the location is good in Central Phuket Town, with easy walking access to the main streets, eateries and lots of good cafes around. Take time out to explore the grounds of the hotel if you like the Peranakan style, you won’t be disappointed.

The room was clean and spacious but furniture is a little old. Bed sheet was clean but the pillow case smells like it hasn't been changed for days. It's convenient for shopping and restaurant. Just few kilometres away from Central Festival Mall. Within walking distance to the Phuket Walking Street. Overall stay is satisfactory and value for money.

I booked for 5 nights with 3 adults and 4 months baby. Everyone like this hotel; nice view, clean room, good service and value for money. Moreover It's on the main road, easy to find and very close to the city's center! If we go to Phuket next time, I will choose B2 Phuket again!

Good location as it's very close to the shopping mall. It's just around 5 minutes walk. There are free shuttle bus to Central Festival Phuket (but not frequent enough). However you need to get your voucher at the hotel checkin counter. You need to tell the hotel that you are waiting for the bus because the bus (or Van) does not have any sign. The driver will get off...

The wall power points and switches were coming off. Repairs required. For a new hotel, this was greatly unacceptable. The hotel itself is spacious and clean. The fridge was not powered on when we checked in. The location is about 30 mins walk from central festival mall. Mini mart available just next building. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was buffet and had wide selection.

When we arrived in phuket bus station, the hotel is really close (about 5 mins walk) so we walked our way to the hotel. Hotel staff was really nice, spoke good english and recommended us to book through Agoda (which was 300 Baht cheaper). The room was much better than we expected, so if you have a budget but expect the best bang for the buck this place covers it. Not...

We found The Malika Hotel as a gem in the middle of Phuket. But why I din't give 10 points? It is because of the room service. For the first two days everything was good. But later (we stayed all in all 8 nights) the service forgot to clean the room or was not very tidily. But all the rest was nearly 10 point worth: The hotel was in a very good condition. The room we h...

The hotel situated in the heart of Phuket Town with full facilities. Parking spaces available for those who drives. The newly renovated Pearl Room is a perfect combination of modern and comfort. The staffs here are always exceptional, always smiling and helpful. The Rooftop Chinese restaurant is a must-try. Well-equipped meeting facilities. Will definitely revisit wh...

I loved this place. The common areas were exquisitely decorated with a multitude of modernly arranged antiques---just the sort of place in which to spend a lovely cocktail hour with fellow travelers and soak in the atmosphere. Some of the upper floors were still under construction when we arrived, but each of the rooms was decorated in a chic industrial style complete ...

A good quality hotel in central Phuket. The hotel seemed pretty new and the staff helpful. The room was a good size, spotlessly clean with a really comfortable bed a flat screen TV and good AC. The bathroom was bright and with a good shower; it would have been good to have a bath. The hotel itself is situated on a fairly busy road, although our room was at the b...

This is a great hotel in a not too good-looking building. The staff was excellent and the room without complaint. Free tea, coffee, chocolate etc. along with biscuits were kindly appreciated. The hotel is walking distance away from the hub of Phuket Town and 2 minutes away from the Phuket Town Bus Station which offers buses to Phuket Airport and Krabi as well as to the...

We loved this hotel, wished we stayed more than one night! We arrived late at night in Phuket with our airport transfer I organised waiting, who took us promptly to the hotel. As we arrived, we were served a delicious tea and were checked in - the room was amazing. We had the deluxe, with a view of the pool. Beautiful design and clean, with a very large bed. The restau...
