A new and modern property at a great price!! I previously lived in Bangkok several years next door to the property and highly recommend this location for traveler's going solo or with family. My trip was during the rainy season and it was nice that the hotel provided a convenient tuk-tuk service to bts or Terminal 21 mall and an oversize umbrella in-room. Without my prompting, I was upgraded upon checking-in for my week's stay. The room was spacious, beautiful décor, and comfortable bed. I was very impressed with the hotel staff's friendliness and professionalism. Due to a typhoon in Japan, I had to stay an extra night as it affected my onward travel. The staff continued to allow me to stay in my upgraded room, although I never insisted on it. I will definitely return and book the upgraded room. For the quality and price, this is as good as it gets. I highly recommend Solitaire!!

This is one of the best hotels in Bangkok, in terms of cost vs. performance. A very good mixture of location, service quality and facilities at satisfactory levels. Complimentary breakfast is superb. One suggestion to the hotel; only 3 Japanese private (non-NHK) channels are available, where there exist 5 major channels in Japan. At almost all serviced apartments and hotels in this area where many Japanese stay, all 5 channels are available.

This hotel is a 'real' 5 star hotel. I've stayed in three 5 star hotels in Bangkok prior to Grand Centre Point. This beats them all. The staff are fun and consistently polite to guests. They play with the children interact with the guests and add a nice feel to the hotel. Breakfast had flavourful, good quality produce which was great for 320baht if you don't include breakfast in your booking. The design of the hotel is stylish and modern plus the view from our 26th floor room was amazing. You could see Bangkok for miles. head to the pool with a glass barrier around the outside where Bangkok can be seen... as well as heard quite well! One problem with it was the gym it was a little empty however you don't really spend your time in a gym! One last problem was the Spa area. I really wanted to just go inside and see it before I booked anything however this was prohibited. Even when no one is using it you still can't have a look with a member of staff.

Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit is an apartment style hotel located on top of the new Terminal 21 shopping complex on Sukhumvit Rd. The hotel does have long term residential tenants so its not full service but the rooms are of a very high quality and include a small kitchenette. I have stayed in a lot of BKK hotels and I believe this could be the best location of all. Its connected directly to the Asoke BTS and MRT (sky train and subway) and right on top of Terminal 21 which is BKK's newest shopping mall. This means you can travel quicklym in air conditioned comfort to most locations in BKK, a rarity indeed unless you take a car which takes hours due to the traffic. For the older crew or simply those who don't appreciate the heat of BKK this is an important point. Terminal 21 is styled like an airport with each level being themed like a city i.e Rome, Tokyo etc. Shops on each floor reflect the style of these cities. The mall itself treads the line between the super malls like Paragon and the market style ones like MBK. The shops are all small but of high quality (very little western designer brands and no street-side type trinkets generally sold in MBK). The highlight is the food choices which are amazing. You could literally stay here a month without trying everything. The food court sells delicious street style food in air conditioned comfort with a view, but still at street prices. If you are after 5 star service than this isn't it, however if you are after 5 star rooms in the best location in BKK at reasonable rates than this is the place.

5 Mins walking distance from Asok/Sukhumvit Station. Affordable and nice for a 4 Star Hotel. Normal breakfast and facilities with pool and gym. Booked a 2 bedroom family suite and we are all very satisfied with the suite. Rooms are clean, good for family/group of friends to relax and chill in the living room after a day of shopping and sightseeing. I would recommend to stay in this hotel if you are looking for a nice and affordable hotel and not into luxury facilities/5 star services

This was our first time coming to Bangkok and I was unsure of where to stay. I saw that a lot of hotels were located in Sukhumvit, so I figured they were fairly close together and booked this one based on the user ratings and price. Although, it is a very nice hotel with good rooms and well appointed, my mistake was not knowing how long it would take to get to any meaningful sights by taxi. Traffic is horrible and often takes close to an hour to get to the main attractions. Thankfully, the cost is usually around 200 baht. You have to negotiate flat rates at night, but the taxi drivers will tell you some story about night pricing being higher and they don't run the meter. If you are in Bangkok to shop, then the train will be fine to Siam Station and the shopping is really amazing here. That wasn't on our agenda, but we did check out the mall, since we wanted to buy some mobile phones for our next month of travel through SE Asia. One thing we found out too late was that the Marriott down the street is known for having an amazing rooftop bar and it could have been an alternative option for something to do in the area instead of going to other regions of Bangkok. If the hotel were in a more convenient location, it would have garnered almost all 5 stars. If you plan on just shopping and using the Sky Train to sssssssss, then you will be fine. The cost is super cheap (34 baht) from Siam to Thong Lo (station is only a 5 min walk to the hotel).

Unfortunately, due to my reservation with Hotel Windsor Suites & Convention being cancelled. I have to type my review of Hotel Windsor Suites & Convention here. Nevertheless, I still feel there is a need for Agoda customers to be aware when booking with Hotel Windsor Suites & Convention due to my bad experience. For New Year Eve Countdown 2015, me and my friends had decided to spend it at Bangkok. To my horror, when I arrive at Hotel Windsor Suites & Convention at 7pm (with less than 5 hours left till countdown), I was told by the hotel staff that due to a system glitch, the hotel rooms had been over-booked. The hotel staff offers an alternative of staying over at their sister hotel, Jasmine Grande Residence. Instead of housing us at individual unit, 3 of us (totally strangers) are grouped together and put into a single unit and all of us have our own room inside the unit. Our privacy are totally lost because of that. I'm totally amazed by the attitude of Hotel Windsor. It's as if they are sympathising with us and giving us a room to stay in an otherwise crowded NYE day. And the alternative Jasmine Grande Residence despite being a 3-bedroom unit, is being shared with total strangers resulting in a total loss of privacy. Not to mention the location being far away from our intended location of NYE countdown. I hope Agoda.com with its good reputation, do be selective in choosing the hotels that it choose to partner with. Over-booking is an extremely serious event especially on festive seasons. Both Agoda & the hotels need to understand that by confirming the booking, it means a series of other related events & money spent based on location of the hotel by the customers. Offering an alternative hotel of the same grade in different area is not good enough. Not to mention sharing the same unit with total strangers

A new kid on the block this is a brand new hotel which is great for Soi 8 because all the other hotels here are quite old and dated. Soi 8 is a very peaceful & relaxing soi, the hotel is very close to restaurants and bars and 7/11's, Sukhumvit rd, Nana BTS etc. The room is huge, the bed is divine, the bathroom shower & huge bath are fantastic, huge flat screen tv, great couch, balcony, very nice kitchen with a huge fridge, unfortunately no microwave but has an electric stove top & kettle. Electric power points everywhere and 2 air conditioners! The staff are lovely and very friendly, leave your attitude at the door. I stayed only 3 nights but wish I had of stayed longer, undoubtedly one of the best value for money hotels I've stayed in after about 10 visits to Bangkok and the Sukhumvit area. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a relatively quiet road, of the Nana Plaza area, the hotel is probably not that new and seems to have seen better days but was more than adequate. Be aware that there are various ladies of the night who come and go into the hotel with guests, not a great issue but some more conservative guest may be surprised by this. The Nana train station is a few hundred yards from the hotel and if I had been staying more than 1 night then the hotel location is ideal to use for the train to the various other locations in Bangkok. Breakfast was more than adequate and decent. The swimming pool was nice,quite and well maintained. Only issue was I needed a late check out and was quoted 500 Bhat per hour, however checking on Agoda it was cheaper to book online for an extra day. When brought to the attention of the front staff they said best I do that which seemed a bit strange. Fortunately I had a tablet which I could use which saved me a favour amount. However give then their dues they did allow me to stay in the same room as I had originally booked and they had upgraded me so overall very pleased with my stay at the hotel.

A regular visitor to Thailand I stayed in the excellent Ambassador Hotel on Soi 11off Sukhumvit this time. I say excellent because the standard is exactly how a €40+ per night 4 star in Bangkok should be.The Ambassador is a big property with many amenities. The reception area is huge and the staff are friendly and efficient. My luggage was taken from the Taxi and appeared in my room within minutes of me entering my room.The initial impression you get when you walk in to the reception area is 5 star but the rooms put it firmly back in the second division.They are not bad but quite basic. Everything works and at this price you can't ask for more. The WiFi is free and strong but does require constant re-entering of passwords which is annoying at first but you get used to it. Room cleaning is efficient and flexible. Long low timber ceiling corridors give it a kind of old cruise liner feel. Restaurants, Bars, Massage studio, Gym, Tailoring shops, health spa and several coffee shops are among it's many features. And of course that great location close to everything. Some of the best restaurants in Bangkok are here.The very expensive but superb El Gaucho Steakhouse,one of 2 in the area, is right next door. For Mexican try the Coyote across the road. And round the corner the Firehouse serves the best burgers in Bangkok. An Aussie Bar also across the road serves up the traditional full breakfast. I would recommend the Ambassador as a budget hotel without hesitation.

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel and I can say with confidence that this is the best hotel in Bangkok. I had several needs that this hotel quickly accomodated. We needed to book some tickets to Siam Niramit and I inquired at the front desk, next thing I know we were booked and they wanted to give us directions which I already had. This is a soup to nuts hotel, if you need anything it will be done. The suite is a wonderfully decorated and functional room. It will not disappoint. Love the bidet toilet seats by Toto and the quality fixtures. The bar is a great place to grab a drink and enjoy the city view outside. The breakfast has just about everything you could want, but I try not to indulge too much and everything is just so tempting. I enjoyed the wonderful pool with a view. The internet always worked. The keycards never had a problem. I had numerous packages delivered here. I had several VIPs in Bangkok visit me here. Never a problem with them handling very expensive packages nor taking care of my friends who were always impressed when they came to visit. I didn't have to worry about them being rudely treated. So after all is said and done, don't even think twice about staying here. This should be your first choice, you will not be disappointed. I've traveled to Bangkok so many times and stayed at so many hotels here and this is at the top of the list.

We choose 137 pillars residence for our last night stay in Bangkok before flying back home and we were so happy with our choice. We stayed in a one bedroom residence, first we wanted to book a suite but the residence was totally fine, much better than we expected, we were on 22th floor and there was a small balcony with stunning view over Bangkok. It was very beautiful decorated, the size of residence is bigger than many other hotel rooms we had been with the same price (or higher) and what we really love are their bathroom amenities from panpuri and harnn!! The hotel itself is a luxury boutique hotel, the moment we entered the entrance we already felt relaxed. Staff are all very friendly, especially concierge I rate them with 6 stars, they are very helpful and I can tell that not every 5 stars hotel in Bangkok are like this. A big plus is that the hotel has a room on 27th fl. for after check-out you still can use the room to rest, taking shower etc. We will definitely come back again!

It was one of the best options in Bangkok for my requirements, Bangkok nightlife it is. Pros: - The hotel is rather high, so if you book a room on a floor 15+ you would have a good view on Bangkok; - both hotel towers have their own pool zones that are not on the ground level, which is also good; - the sky rail is easily accessible, about 2 minutes walk from the hotel; - there are several night clubs and rooftop bars nearby; - Nana Plaza is also close, about 5 minutes walk; - the room that I booked (Deluxe Suite) was very spacious with all the necessities (an iron and a board were a pleasant surprise); - no bad odors whatsoever; - absolutely no noise from the streets and surrounding areas; - big safe box that can store not only your wallet, documents and a camera but also several gaming laptops; - aircon is really quiet; - big mirrors in both rooms are conveniently placed and were pretty useful for me; - there is also no joiner fee, so you can call it a guest-friendly hotel; Cons: - interiors are pretty shabby: scratches and scuffs are everywhere on wooden surfaces. I have to mention that my opinion is based on the room that I booked (Deluxe Suite). There is a chance that if I to book another type of room my impression wouldn’t be the same; - the gym is terrible! Everything is old, matts are dirty and pillows on benches have a lot of cracks so the insides are exposed, the ceiling has signs of running water or something in the past; Not a con, just a note: I was asked for a deposit of 1000 baht, never happened to me before. The deposit was returned at the checkout of course.

Enjoyed our stay, booked 2 superior rooms,ask for same floor, 1 room king size bed, another twin bed for my kids Front desk staff name Ann (night shift) are super nice, she gave the rooms that we requested on booking promptly,room itself has all the amenities such as fridge,safe box,good aircon,free 4botles of water daily,change the bed linen and towels daily too..little downside is the soundprrof of room not quiet as we expected,still can hear door slams,maybe because room is very close to each other,but still okay though... Location is about 10 mins walks to bts asok/sukhumvit mrt,on the way to bts asok is terminal 21 mall,from asok you can go to every parts of touristy destination in bangkok To catch rail link station just 1 stop away from bts asok, off at petchaburi then transfer to rail link to suvarnabhumi airport Many massages shop around hotel,easy to get food,next door is 24h convinience store,pool is on 7 floor Check in n out was smooth,also concierge staff name Nut was very helpful,polite and tell us where is the best way to get to our destination Recommended hotel, we'll be staying in well hotel while we are in bangkok again. Little downside only dining room staff (Bfast time) hardly seeing smiles from them, even in the morning, where the day has just begun...

This has been my second stay in this hotel. I was very satisfied about the hotel, it's staff, the central location and the reasonable pricing offered through Agoda, hence I booked this hotel again while I was staying in Bangkok during this holiday. It was then that I learned that the hotel would be re-branded (new name at the time, second half March - first half April, still unknown). Not sure what the reason behind this is, but re-branding always makes me a bit queasy. I have to say that I am still pleased about the look of the hotel, it's friendly staff and the comfort of the rooms. I do have to make a remark however that can be seen as a caution: I have made several trips after which I would return to Bangkok, which was my travel hub, and stay at Ramada Encore / Galleria 10 again. I stayed in different rooms (Superior Chill, Deluxe Corner) and noted that maintenance was not always as it should b: I came across loose hinges of the glass shower door, a loose faucet fixture of the sink in the bathroom, curtains that were torn loose from the rails over the length of 5 hooks. But when reported to the reception things were always fixed the same day. This being a 4 star hotel, it would be better if room service makes sure all is still as it should be and then report any discrepancies to maintenance, instead of guests coming across things that need fixing. It just gives a sloppy impression. Another point that could be improved: instead of offering only 24 hours of free internet, why not provide free internet to all hotel guests?

I booked 2 different rooms for 4 nights (28 dec 2016 - 1 Jan 2017 ) The deluxe and the 1 bedroom suite. But after the check-in, the aircon in deluxe room not working so they immediately upgrade my room to 1 bedroom suite. So I stayed in 1 bedroom suite from the very first day - 1 jan 2017. The 1 bedroom is so good, so big, they provide kitchen set with big refrigerator, living room area, rolling door to separate the living room and the bedroom. Very nice The staff also very nice, helped us to find driver to place that out of town. Always standby to help you. The location is very nice. 7/11 right in front of the hotel. A lot of thai massage beside the hotel. Seems like Arize sukhumvit is popular among Japan tourists, so there's lots of Japanese restaurants nearby. Best thing is very near to Bts, just walk to the main road and u will find the bts right away. And if you're cafe-hoppers, this hotel is just perfect, many hipster places nearby. Thonglor just 10 minute awat

We were impressed with the hotel upon arrival as it was exactly the same as the hotel photos. The receptionist was friendly and approachable. The concierge staff were great too, when my mother mention some bags were fragile, they immediately hang the bags on top so as not to crush it.he other concierge brought us into the lift, and show us how to use the lift and which floor for breakfast etc.Security was good as without access card, you could not go up to the rooms. The rooms were great, welcoming and comfortable.But sad to say, all my 4 rooms have problem with the sewage.After bathing, all the standing shower were clogged up. i think this was mentioned in other reviews too. But i was surprised that all 4 rooms were affected!mine even worse as the whole toilet was flooded.But good point was that once I highlighted to the reception counter, they immediately went to rectify (by unscrewing the whole drain to let the water flow). we had breakfast for 2 days, and we were satsified with the menu. Yes, the eggs were not cooked on the spot but its still fresh and edible. all other food were kept in warmer. Once finish, they will keep refilling.They even specially made latte, cuppa on our request.OVerall, it was good. The hotel seems to have alot of japan guests as their instructions were in english and jap. Alot of jap magazines around too. Overall, this hotel is for one who prefer peace and quiet over rowdy area.For this standard, it would have cost at least double or triple in pratunam area.

You will be contnted on your choice of hotels with Jasmine suites. Very close to MRT and Asok BTS, 50 meters from the main road. Swimming pool and spa area with sauna in the ladies change room, i guess theres one in the mens changing room. the gym is quite large and well equipped although in the next building is a californa gym that will encourage even the laziest of us. The hotel staff were great after a few communication difficulties not enough staff speak english. The restaraunt provides excellent food at a great price. set breakfast can be purcashed for 300Baht, internet in the room is 350Baht a day. There are two computers in the lobby free and free wireless in the lobby and pool area. The pool is small but adequate. I have stayed in many hotels in Bangkok this is one of the best for price location and stars. The ensuites both have huge baths with floor to ceiling windows and a great view over the city. We had a great stay and will come again.

I have stayed at this hotel before, but them it got diffcult to book a room. I live in Thailand and go into Bangkok for personal reasons. Where this hotel is located is right in the middle of where i need to do things in Bangkok. Its close to the skytrain and the USA Embassy. I have a reservation for my next run into Bangkok already. One thing was how quiet at night it was in my room.

Upon booking in a the hotel, front desk informed me that my Cool room was not available but they upgraded my room to a Studio room for the full 3 days at NO charge. Hotel gives each room 2 free bottles of water per day. Free shuttle from hotel to Sukumvit road but you can walk distance in 5 - 6 minutes. Very good internet speed and access, no downtime on internet usage. It is very safe to walk down the lane late at night as other security staff about from other buildings in the area. Hotel is in a very quiet and safe area, no traffic or bar noise. All hotel staff, especially female reception personnel very polite, helpful and courteous. Management should provide female reception staff seating as staff have to stand up all day at the reception desk. I asked female hotel receptionist as to where I could get a SIM card for my cellphone. She directed me to any 7-11 convenience store on Sukumvit road. Cost for my SIM card was 50 baht and 100 baht for 100 minutes which was good for a month. Breakfast was very good, not a buffet but a la carte for the first 2 days. My 3rd day, hotel had implemented a full buffet breakfast with excellent food choices. Room was very quiet, NO noise from bars/street and no noise from other hotel guests. Washroom is very nice with waterfall shower. Security safe is located in the clothes closet and very easy to program. There was only 1 very small towel in my washroom but then realized later that there were additional large towels behind the bathroom door. Be advised that at my time of booking that Galleria will price match room rate against any other hotel booking site that beats Galleria posted rate on their website. If such would occur, hotel will also give guest an additional 10% discount upon booking through their website BUT you must contact the hotel's booking site by email prior to getting discount on room. Overall, I would consider hotel a very top-end 3 star hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

We booked this hotel for its location,great reviews ands because it is - small luxury hotel hotel. We were upgraded when we checked in , to an amazing apartment on the 18th floor! We were only staying one night before flying off again, so we dined in the restaurant on the 6 th floor, of which was very reasonably price for a 5 star hotel in the centre of Bangkok. The next day we had breakfast of which there was great selection of fresh fruit , croissants, omelettes ,latte's, before heading off to get the sky train to bkk shopping centre, as advised by the staff at the hotel. Sky train absolute pleasure to travel on, approx 5 stops with an interchange, shopping centre has so much to offer. Upon returning we headed to the rooftop pool on the 8th floor for a dip and fresh friit juiice,wow, has to be seen as pictures do not do it justice,it has a glass curved side on one side so you can see in the pool! We would definitely return if in Bangkok again!!

We needed to stay somewhere close to the British Embassy and Her Majesty's Passport Office in the Trendy Office Building, Sumkumvit and this hotel was just what we needed, where we needed it. Staff were expentional, especially the Dine7 Restaurant Manager. Obviously all staff have been trained very well. Our room was big, comfortable, clean and had all the modern needs for an overnight stay, large tv with satelite channels, desk, air con, big bed, soft chairs, tea/coffee making facilities, mini bar and the bathroom had big fluffy towels, toiletries, bath and a very good shower with hot water. The room had a tiled floor with a lovely fluffy rug under the bed and surrounds. On arrival we were presented with a lobby food discount voucher, 2 free drinks vouchers and a basket of lovely fruit,I really enjoyed the Rose apple! The pool is on the 7th floor, very quiet and this is the only thing we could pick fault with, some of the tiles had come off the surrounds and the pool probably needs emptying and some renovations made. Apart from that we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, we had the buffet dinner and wow, such amazing choices, steak, kebabs, prawns, dim sum, salad, appetisers, soup to name just a few, followed by gorgeous fresh fruit options, ice cream and wonderful cakes and warm crepes with honey and a glass of wine or soft drink followed by tea or coffee all inclusive. The buffet breakfast in the morning was also fab, with fantastic East and west choices, bacon, sausage, beans, hash browns and then another big station making any type of eggs you wanted, there were cold cheese and meat selections, salad, cereals and much more, certainly nothing that anyone could complain about. We will stay in this hotel if we are again in Bangkok without a doubt, great value for money.

This was our third stay at the Royal President. Every time it seems to get better. The hotel itself looks really upmarket and the marble floors and walls accentuate this. There is a pool and spa area as well as a free gymnasium for those who like to work out. The rooms all seem spacious with no insects to be seen. The buffet breakfast is sumptious offering both Oriental and Western options which changes a bit each morning. The hotel offers a courtesy tuktuk to get you to Asok skytrain, Asok also has an interesting themed shopping centre known as terminal 21, each floor is themed on a different country of the world. Try eating on the 5th floor if you like cheap but safe Thai street type food. The staff at the Royal president are possibly it's greatest asset, they are attentive, polite and will help you as best they can. We felt the staff were more like friends by the time of our departure. So all in all a great experience. My wife and myself would urge anyone to give this place a try. for $50-60 a night it's a steal!

the hotel was difficult to find because it is located in a mall and signage is clear from one side of the street. we took tolls from don muang airport which was fast but the taxi driver needed to ask people in the area where the hotel is this is a common review....he also had to turn around...look for foodland...i recommend they place a larger sign on both sides of the street...who knows if this is practical... the restaurants are good, a true coffee place in the lobby. the best part is a 24 hr grocery store and asian/western dining like diner..order off the menu...good variety of low and high price restaurants...starbucks is a 5-7 minute walk...and located in a mall with tops grocery and burger king...in the direction of the bts....which is about a 15 minute walk... the front office staff tae, aye were especially excellent. a women named vien at the desk was excellent...helpful, efficient and spoke excellent english the rooms are outstanding, quiet, clean and very comfortable. the bath is huge...like scandanivian huge...i actually think they were imported from sweden or denmark...my husband is 6ft and he found it huge...the shower had great water pressure. the kitchen had wwf and european cutlery and cleaning sponges...excellent job on the the area seems to have a lot of japanese expats living there...there are alot of japanese restaurants in the area...the area seems to have a fair bit of medical tourism...overalll a great place to stop over...the area has a number of serviced apartments...the gym is great...overall a really outstanding experience for about 150 usd a night... ..the beds are divine...the threadcount sheets are really great, big and the sofa too was big and comfortable...one of the best experiences in a hotel...beyond expectation...i would definitely stay if i was passing through bangkok again...also free wifii...when we compared some hotels charge 1000 baht per day...like 50 usd a day...

For our first time in Bangkok, we booked this hotel through Agoda. The booking process was smooth and easy, and upon arrival, both my boyfriend and I were so impressed by everything this hotel had to offer. From the size and cleanliness of the rooms, to the beautiful pool and gym facilities. Everything was perfect. We were hoping to get a double bed and a bathtub in our room, but the standard room we picked didn't include either. Luckily, the shower was very spacious and modern, and the two twin beds pushed together to form a large comfy space. The staff were all very lovely, and helped us with our wifi connection problems, market suggestions, and taxi bookings. Everyone we interacted with was kind, helpful, and competent. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bangkok, and would definitely never look elsewhere when visiting again. Thank you staff at X2 Vibe Boutique Hotel!

I stayed for 2 nights. The security on the door is very polite. As you enter the hotel (a corner entrance . Don't expect any flashy entrance)you have to go up to level 1 where reception is. The staff on my arrival were a bit abrupt and didn't explain much to me and gave me a key and just pointed to my room. However for the rest of my stay they were very friendly and the guy called Brian helped me in the middle of the night arrange a taxi tour for the next day so I could do bankok in a day. He was knowledgeable and helpful. I doubt his name was brian though lol The room was very plush. Better than I expected for a 3 star. Massive bed. See through shower (rather strange). Nice little touches all round. ..eg matching tissue box cover with the hotels booklets and menu. Very stylish and modern. My room was right facing the road and only on the first level. The windows didn't open but the air con was good. I didn't find it noisy but someone who struggles to sleep may want to ask for a room higher up. The breakfast was superb. Big selection of thai and European brekkie but no English breakfast(no big deal!) As you step out of the hotel you are a metre away from the bts and mrt interchange it is si centrally located it's amazing. Don't go for the flashy hotels on either side which are 4 and 5 star which you will pay a third or double more for. This is more than adequate and perfectly ideal. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere day and night too. The security man helped me with my case on the last day snd flagging down a taxi. I really can't fault this place at all and am desperately trying to think of something. Maybe a friendly hello upon arrival..oh and the free wifi us for one devise only. That could be a problem for couples or families with a multitude of electronic devices.

I would come to this hotel again if I ever come back to bangkok! Cleanliness: Everything was clean and the rooms have wonderful interior. Staff: Amazing! We took an uber and the driver was about to scam us saying we had to pay extra without giving us reason. The staff took care of it and talked to the uber driver asking questions for us and realized we were about to get scam for giving extra tips/fees for no reason. They carried our luggage and had a smooth conversation with us while processing our rooms. It was fun to talk to them. Great service and gave an amazing impression how professional this hotel is! Facilities/others: We didn't use any facilities but they did have an amazing toilet you see in Japan that sprays water to clean your private areas. Laundry machine in the rooms if needed.
