"The heart of Chinatown (day and night) is right outside the entrance of the hotel. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The room was very clean and quite large. There is a beautiful swimming pool on the rooftop (15th floor?) . On the second last day we found out that they provide a free tuk-tuk shuttle to the MRT station and other nearby places. Taxis and tuk-tuk charged us 100bt one-way to/from Hua Lamphong MRT station. I wonder what's the right fare? I took the motorcy (motorbike taxi a couple times, just got on, at destination gave 40bt, they were happy). "

"The hotel is located in the city centre, accessible by both MRT, train, bus and taxi alike. It is only 5 minutes on foot from the famous Bangkok Train Station and MRT Hua Lampong Station. Situated on the 12th Floor, the hotel offers a panoramic view of Bangkok city centre and old town. Did we mention that the hotel is only 10 minutes walk from the Chinatown? Besides Chinatown there are other attractions nearby. The lobby is modern and spacious. The standard superior room we stayed was equally roomy, modern and clean. The hotel has done its best at upkeep the property but there were signs of aging in our bathroom wall and other furnitures. The bed, linen, blanket and pillow covers, and towel were clean. Other furnitures and amenities were well-appointed. The deal we got for superior room with breakfast was undeniable. The price we paid included breakfast. Normally, it would have been a buffet breakfast but on our particular visit there were only a few guests, so the hotel provided us with on-demand breakfast set. We can only say this hotel offers the best value for money we paid."

"This hotel must have been around for decades. There’s nothing about the interior decor to shout about. But I had a good stay n would recommend it. My Thai friend told me it’s a well known budget hotel among local businessmen. The location is great — just a short walk to hua lamphong MRT n not too far to walk and explore the area as you make your way to China town yaowarat area. The room is large, nothing fanciful but comfortable and very clean with very functional aircon n bathroom/shower. Breakfast was buffet style n more than adequate, with juices, toasts with jam n butter, hot beverages, cornflakes, porridge, ham, sausages, fried eggs .... more than you can eat. For the low room rates charged, they’ve provided well enough. Definitely will stay here again if I want to be in an old part of Bangkok which, if you take your time to explore on foot you’ll discover popular eateries among locals which hv been around for a long time. "Probably can't beat the location - just in front of the Hua Lamphong MRT station and walking distance into the heart of Chinatown (Yaowarat). Honestly it's quite a bit nicer that what you might think of with the word "hostel" in it. The room is a good size with a big bed, a spacious bathroom and a nice balcony. Didn't use the facility but they had a gaming room. The room service food was good but a tad expensive given that it's Thailand and if I was just a little less lazy I could walk outside and buy something on the corner. Still, highly recommend it as an inexpensive home base during some BKK exploration."

"The location is superb, just next to subway station, and the few lower floors of the building are retail shops and restaurants. Beautiful design hotel, comfortable, brand new, and kindly assisted staffs. There was no buffet breakfast on the day we stayed as was not much guests, but the a la carte dishes were quality and compromised. There was no amenity kits in the room. "
