"I managed to get so many things done because of its proximity to all my planned activities: Visit Ilolilo Museum of Contemporary Arts Have my Hair Done! Shop for local food to bring home Attend my cousin's 18th Bday Celebration at the Iloilo Convention Center Meet up with relatives and friends And then take the early morning flight back to Manila. Do the rounds of the city with a friend who lived nearby. And more than above, the staff were excellent! Concierge even smsed me that my package was collected. And Kevin at the front desk was amazing! I need to find a solution to lock my check-in baggage after the lock was kaputt during the flight from Manila. He gave me those plastic pulls to lock ones stuff. Very resourceful! Very solution-driven! You have great people their at Marriot Iloilo! Keep it up!"

"We were supposed to stay at Gigantes island for three days but changed plans last minute because of some unpleasant experience with our accomodations there. So we decided to go back to IloIlo city a day in advance. We came across Injap Tower Hotel as it was strategically located. First, its just right in front of SM City IloIlo where we can get dinner after arriving late out of a 3.5 hours van ride from the port of Carles. Second, booking was easy either online or over the phone. The staff was really accomodating and very much helpful. They were even understanding of our situation that we need to do a late check out since our flight going back to Manila is not until 6pm. Third, the location is just a stone throw away from the airport and the city proper where you can easily pick up your pasalubong before taking that flight to Manila or anywhere else. When we booked the rooms we were just expecting a basic bed to stay for the night but to our surprise the amenities are really great considering the very affordable price we paid for an overnight stay. I think the only thing to be improved on is the breakfast that goes along with the room. The kitchen staff couldn't even make a proper scrambled egg. Plus the selections are limited to just a few menu items. I commend the strong customer centric attitude of the staff here and it will really make you feel that your money was really well spent. Injap Tower Hotel will definitely be on top of our list the next time we need to visit IloIlo City - either as a transit point or as our residence throughout our stay in IloIlo. Please keep it that way.Thank you dearly for the pleasant experience!"

"/We were impressed for our first time at Richmonde Hotel Iloilo. The hotel's room was clean and spacious. Near the center of the city and to SM City mall, our favorite place to shop when in Iloilo province. Also, we were able to walk to nearby places to shop for meals or other necessary items. The facilities were good to excellent and we did not experience any problems during our stay with staff service. I have already recommended it to family and friends who may one day travel to Iloilo City to stay for vacation. Consider it a 5 star hotel in the province of my birth during our time there! "

"From the moment of checking in, Ryan at the front desk and the rest of the staff (housekeeping, attendants, security, etc.) made us feel like returning guests (it was our first time to stay at their hotel). Their hospitality is commendable. The rooms and bathrooms itself were just ok but the bed and pillows were comfortable, although, my father complained once that the linens were itchy. Upon voicing his concern, housekeeping promptly changed all his beddings. This hotel is a stone's throw away from SM City Iloilo where we needed to go for Christmas Shopping and the dedicated parking area for hotel guests was a big plus. And, there's already an access road from this hotel to the Atria area if one wants more dining options or to also shop at S&R, without having to go through the busy Diversion road."

"First time in Iloilo and we chose the 7 for the value and location. It’s in the new area of Diversion road(down a side street) across from SM City Iloilo. Cabs are easily accessible from hotel or you can catch a Jeepney. We took a cab to the port area to go to Guimaras and 2 Jeepneys back. From the hotel it is a 25-30 minute walk to the Esplanade. The boardwalk area is there (small) with a few restaurants. We ate at Punot. We loved the hotel but our room was small which may not work for some people. They have a nice restaurant with good food. The staff was great, very helpful with suggestions and recommendations. We would definitely stay there again. If you get a chance definitely go to Tatoys by the beach. Great fresh fish!! "
