Clearly pitched at the well-heeled, discerning traveller, this was an interesting hotel. It’s situated on the banks of the Ping 15 minutes walk across a pedestrian bridge from the old town and only 5 minutes walk from a fabulous night-market. We were allocated a ground floor suite, that was huge. It had 3 separate rooms: lounge, bedroom and bathroom, which was to-di...

Brand New and set amongst the river, there are no flaws except the lack of facilities as it is still under reno. The breakfast is to die for and Ploy, the waitress/singer amazing service. Thank you for the tropical fruits every day and the natural surrounding where i thought i was a chiang mai local. The service is 5 stars both reception, security and management. I wil...

As an expat, I have stayed numerous luxrious hotels in different places in Thailand, this one is absolutely one of best. Hotel architecture is a masterpiece in terms of design. Services are very outstanding, especially the check in and check out processes are very smooth, pleasant and efficient. Located right at the riverside with a nice chilling view of Chiang Mai ic...

Do not let the location ever so slightly outside of town discourage you from staying here. There is a small pedestrian-only bridge that drops you in the center of the main market area, and the upscale area surrounding the hotel was the best we saw in our 5 days in Chiang Mai. The pool was perfectly clean & modern. Best room view was room 37. Twin sinks. Ultra comfort...

We are regular visitors of this hotel. We go to Chiangmai once every 2-3 months and we stay here every time. We just feel like home here. Overall ambiance is beautiful and decorations are lovely and in style. Room is spacious with comfy pillows. I would say the traditional breakfast is just the best in Chiangmai.

Takes about 20 mins drive from Chiang Mai airport, hotel can pre-arrange their car pick up. Very nice service. Hotel not in city center but staffs can help calling taxi. The eye catching is the swimming while walkin hotel. You will feel very relax. With a drink and a book, can lazy for whole afternoon. Spent sometimes walk thru the garden area and smell the fresh are...

It could have been a perfect stay, if we'd have come the night before or the night after. When we arrived, we discovered that the hotel was getting ready for a wedding. The party was organized in the best area, between the pool and the Ping river. Forget the peaceful surrounding we carefully selected for our last night of our trip in Chiang Maï. The personel was too b...

The staff here are genuine and aim to be helpful. The room is small, but very unique. Good use of the space. The photos are accurate. There is nothing but frosted glass between toilet stall and the shower stall and the rest of the room. So it isn't appropriate for sharing unless privacy is not an issue. Things were clean (except behind the mini-fridge). The location is...

I stayed at this property during Christmas 2017, This property is considered one of the best choice in town especially those who look for property which is located near by the river with affordable rate. The location of this hotel is a plus+, within walking distance to famous local market, Night Bazaar, tourist attractions and fine dining place. First day's breakfast...

I booked a 2 bedroom apartment during the stay. It was very clean and nicely furnished. But there was only 1 bathroom which might be a problem if there are too 4 people staying. Kids loved the big breakfast which was delivered to the room in the morning. There is nothing to do around the hotel but it’s about 10 minutes from the old town by car. If you want the riv...

An amazing place in every way! I was welcomed like a friend, the staff is just lovely! Not only cute, eager boys, but also friendly and helpful ones! It’s a very familiar atmosphere. The over 130-year-old guest house is esthetic and in a good condition. The site is wonderful, too: not only has it all facilities the (gay) traveller needs (air condition, safe, cosmetic ...

Located at the night Market this older hotel with pool offers great value for money. Kalare Night Bazaar and the Iron Bridge are close so it's a good location. Older but still graceful and great value at 700 baht per night for a couple..with breakfast buffet..good golly miss molly! The famous Celeb Shower massage is near the street entrance but seems very low key an...

Pros are great strategic location, clean room and quiet place, available water cooler, security card access and good staff service. Stay at ground floor furthest from entrance. Cons: Only issue is sewage smell from water in bathroom basin during usage. Owner need to do something about it. Otherwise everything else is fine.

My wife and I had the wonderful experience of staying at the River Art Hotel. My first impression when we arrived was negative because they had parking for a maximum of 4 cars and getting in and out was difficult. Beyond that everything was amazing! The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was helpful, wanting to make our stay pleasant. The shower...
