"Reasonably cheap among other 3 Stas Hotel in Kuala Terengganu. Breakfast spread is good and tasty. Nasi Dagang is MUST TRY, really delicious and texture is very soft. More than enough varieties to fuel up. The GM En. Kamal is very polite and attentive. Spacious room & and comfy bed with 4 pillows. Better than some 5 stars hotel mattress. No unwanted odor. Ala carte menu food is relatively cheap among hotels and big portion. If dine in at the cafe will get 20% discount. Good location. 24 hours mart & self laundry service within walking distance. Halal Muslim restaurant just in front of the Hotel entrance. Less than 3km to attractive place (Pasar Payang, Dataran Shahbandar, River Cruise, Drawbridge). # Management should improve the cleanliness of the toilet, especially bath curtain. Indoor pool abit murky, maybe due to kids not wearing swimsuit. Please check room 1010, toilet bowl has to flush few times before it fully cleaned. Other than this, all are perfect. Highly recommended."

The breakfast was good. Also have local restaurant near by. The tourist attraction also near like Masjid Putih, Istana Maziah, Pasar Payang etc. U just can walk from the hotel. Hotel also near to Batu Burok beach. Highly recommanded to those who coming to Kuala Terengganu."

"The hotel is located within the city centre. It was spotlessly clean and daily maid service was available without having to ask for. The room was quite spacious with a nice view to the sea from the 9th floor. It was fitted with a desk, a seating area, a kettle and a small fridge, the bathroom had a hair dryer and a seperated shower. They offered breakfast for free, even though it was not included in the extraordinary low rate I paid with agoda. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they let me store my bicycle inside the hotel. I stayed 3 days and if it hadn't already been sold out I would have stayed even longer. The value for the money was really outstanding there and among the best of all of my stays in 3 months altogether travelling in Malaysia! "

"A great hotel for a short stay. You pay for the bed and shower/toilet facilities, NOT resort or 5 star amenities; and that's what you get. But you get great staff (namely Ong) and clean & comfortable place to rest at night. So it is excellent for a hotel in its class."

"The hotel is very close to the airport and bus station. Perfect for people stopping over before heading to islands. The rooms are very clean and they provide fresh towels and soaps etc. They also will take your laundry off-site for you to get done at cheap price. Their sister hotel down the road has a travel agent and offers better prices on boat transfers. I recommend not booking ahead for island accommodation unless very peak season."

"This place is cheap and very close to bus station. The hotel itself is small, dirty, people smoke inside and it gets in rooms. AC was cold and shower was hot, but Wi-Fi was spotty at best. If you want something nice look elsewhere, but if you want cheap AC room next to bus station this is the place for you. Also twin room was cheaper booking through Agoda."

"Overall design, space planning, concept, location and facilities were on point. You can tell the owner of this property is or was a very well travelled person. The experience of a well travelled person were shown in how this place were build, managed and up keep. Best of all it is sooo affordable. This place is less than a year old but soon surely fully packed on high season when many tourists will come down to Kuala Terengganu on transit before off to the jetty to Redang island. Strategically located in Kampung Cina where you can get the Georgetown or Malacca feel and ambience. Walking distance to main attractions such as Istana Maziah, Bukit Putri, Pasar Payang for shopping, jetty Shahbandar and many more. Best of all 7 Eleven is right next to the hotel and opposite is Star Anise cafe cool coffee place and cakes. In the morning you can go pass few shop houses and have breakfast at Black Coffee for nasi dagang. In the late afternoon can ride the hotel's bicycle around town for free."
