Great budget hotel with enough facilities. Surrounded with cheap great eateries within its location (Shah Alam Seksyen 7) Near to Malaysia's I-city. Near to Federal Highway. Extremely suitable for those with own transportation. Parking is free.

This budget hotel is newly open and have a clean room. Situated near to Seksyen 7, Shah Alam near to UiTM rear gate. Got a lot eateries around it Staff is friendly Please bare in mind that some room do not have window Plenty parking lot during evening but packed during day time
Very strategic location very near to Hospital Shah Alam and UiTM Shah Alam Main Campus. Very clean. Non smoking room. Has its own surau at level 3. However, room very small. Not suitable for small family. Not lift also, not suitable for people who has problem with joint and mobility. Overall. Its a good place to stay.
It was good. 5-10mins away from Shah Alam convention center. Food is everywhere so do not need to worry. Hotel entrance secured and rooms need access cards to enter. comfortable beds and rooms are dark at night even when facing streetlight. Good!
Book hotel ni for my convocation at uitm. good location and near to all good foods in shah alam. 5 mins away to icity and very close to uitm. asked for extension and the reception explain it was chargeable rm10 per hour. im okay with that but when check out they did not charge at all. thank you!!.. clean and worth the money!!..

A very good location. Walking distance to all kind of variety restaurants and fast foods like pizza hut , KFC and mc Donald . Free Parking lot provided . Most importantly very friendly staff . I spent more than 40 mimutes circling in the same area for this hotel. Please make it clear that Zen rooms is inside M Avenue hotel. I arrive late at night after a long journey hoping to get a rest. The taxi driver could find this hotel so he had to drop me off. The sign only show Zen room next to M avenue but the doors are all sealed i ended up having a late check ...
All facilities are good. But only one car are allowed to get free parking. The lift starting from level 6 must use private pass to scan. As i enter the guesthouse, i can smell the cockroach odor. It was okay for the futsal boys as there were 3 rooms for 9 of them. There was a tV and air condition rooms. It was also close to the futsal tourney location so it is very convenient. The hotel do not have any restaurant but there are food outlets on the ground floor and also many food outlets surrounding that hotel.
There's cockroach in the room, in which it crawls all over my body before i managed to kill it. There's ant everywhere. If you bring food into the room, it will be swarmed by ants in just seconds.
