"We had booked two twin superior rooms, the rooms were spacious and comfortable with a Smart TV. It was pretty quite as well. Great location within walking distance to Chinatown or Jalan Kampung China. Do note that we need to notify the reception that we would like the housekeeping to clean the rooms as when we returned to the hotel in the afternoon, our rooms were not yet cleaned. As the housekeeping cart was outside one of the rooms, we had assumed that the rooms would be clean later after we left for dinner. However, we returned after dinner to find the rooms not cleaned. Called up and were told that as we were staying a second night and with our belongings in the room, the housekeeping will only clean the room if requested. The reception should have told us this when we checked in. "

"Rooms are spacious enough and clean.. sheets and towels are fresh, clean and of good quality. The room and bathroom are a little dated but to be expected for the price and a three star hotel.. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A good hotel for a 2 night stay, 5 minutes walk to the bus station, china town and the market... "

"Pros: 1. Location wise, perfect, right in the city. 2. Hotel is new, bed was big and comfy, there’s a fridge in each room ( stayed in 2 deluxe 1809, 1811 and a family room 1817) The view was stunning! Absolutely breathtaking! 3. Ample of parking 4. Reasonable rate for the standard of hotel. 5. Very Islamic! There’s a Quran and a Book on Musafir prayers and a prayers mat. 6. Receptionist were friendly! Dilla especially! Cons: 1. U need to check in first before u can access the parking lot. A lot of people were not told earlier and they had to u turn from the barrier of the parking space to the lobby first. Causing inconvenience to other guests. 2. The swimming pool was terrible and dirty! I could see skin flakes swimming around in the kids pool and the water was yellowish! 3. The breakfast buffet was so-so and it was the same almost everyday. Please add more variety! 4. The waiters/servers/cleaners at the breakfast buffet needs to be retrained! Disappointed! "

"The hotel room is small but come with a king sized bed so it fully accommodated two of us. There is 24 hour receptionist, approximately 6 minutes from china town, all you have to do is walk across the street and go into a small alley while there is a batik boutique on your right, cross the street again and turn left, (a huge ocean mural) then China town is just behind the corner. I have a wonderful time here, I hope you enjoyed it as much as I do."

"This place is cheap and very close to bus station. The hotel itself is small, dirty, people smoke inside and it gets in rooms. AC was cold and shower was hot, but Wi-Fi was spotty at best. If you want something nice look elsewhere, but if you want cheap AC room next to bus station this is the place for you. Also twin room was cheaper booking through Agoda."
