As I write this, I am still at the hotel lobby waiting for our airport taxi. Our experience here was the best. Everything was beyond our expectations. 1. The staff are all friendly and really helpful. They will always serve us with a smile. Wherever we go within the hotel compound, the staff will always say hi to us. We were especially impressed when one of the staff who were concerned about our minibar in the room if there are any alcohol once she saw me wearing hijab. So this hotel, I can say that it is Muslim friendly. 2. We booked the room with a jacuzzi, everything was perfect. The minibar is free and they will refill it everyday. My husband really loves the bed. Once he is on the bed, automatically he fells asleep. It really is comfy. The jacuzzi works wonderfully. The room were clean and modern. I just don't have any negative things to say. And wifi is good. 3. Love how they have a shuttle every hour to go to patong beach. Since we're here for our honeymoon, so we didn't have the problem to go back to the hotel before 10pm. 4. The breakfast served are also muslim friendly and all tasted good. Again, we love the happy and smiley staff that keeps on asking if everything's okay. 5. The hotel spa is cheap. We were surprised when we see the price. We had traditional thai message. Our body felt a little lighter after message. 6. The staff kept my phone safely! As we checked out, I forgot about my phone. Left it under the bed sheets. Then we left our bag at the reception while we go to patong beach. I remembered my phone when we were outside. Thank god the staff found the phone and gave it to us once we arrived back to the lobby. Overall, it was the best experience. Oh, and we also got complimentary drinks at the Mai sky from the hotel for our honeymoon. Thank you Mai Patong for the 5 star service and facilities. Will definitely come back!

For the price you pay vs. what you get vs. location, I can vouch that there isn't another hotel within the patong stretch that is better than Baan Laimai. What you get- Amazing Pool, Cheap Beers at the pool bar, reasonably great view (unless you get the cheapest room that faces the back alley) Location- When one decides to stay in the Patong beach stretch, you are NOT there for peace & quiet, but to soak in the hustle and bustle while partying your lungs/liver out. Baan Laimai is exactly in the middle; ie- you are not too far from the ever noisy bangla road, neither are you too near. Hop out of the hotel and you're facing the beach wind. Literally cross the road. Shopping galore around the hotel area and loads of decent food to choose from Price you pay- I have more than once populated an entire excel sheet and concluded that you cannot find a 4 class-ish hotel in that stretch cheaper than baan laimai. Other comparable hotels (no names mentioned) are either aged, a bit too far to walk, dodgy nestled in some back alley (you get it right) All in all, (apart from their boring buffet breakfast menu), I would highly recommend this hotel for those wishing to spend time in the patong stretch.

We had the pleasure of staying at Millennium Resort Patong for 2 nights in their Cabana pool access room on level 4. The service and bar staff where friendly, the room was clean and roomy. All amenities worked apart from infrequent Wifi which dropped out daily. The cocktail / drink prices where on high side when adding 10% service and 7% VAT. The inconsistent hotel Wifi drop outs are my major concern if you required continual access to emails for work or spotify/itunes for music and I provided this feedback to Customer service on checkout. Suggest a games room be considered ie book room, pool table, ping pong table be considered on level 4 as entertainment option for guests as some Patong hotels have these activities.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Clover Patong. We were upgraded to the Deluxe Room with Jacuzzi since the room we booked was full. The rooftop was great for watching the sunset away from the crowds. The Hotel is very clean and in a great location, in walking distance to everything. We didn't care much for Patong in general, happy we only stayed 2 nights, it was too crowded and the beach wasn't nice. We enjoyed coming back after dinner to the Jacuzzi with a few drinks vs the Bangla Rd scene. We'd recommend dinner at Naughty Nuri's, it's a bit of a production with the decor and cheering, but the Ribs are unbelievable!

Location: it’s just a 10-15 min walk to Jungceylon mall, Bangla RD & Patong beach(where u can find more varieties of local foods and shoppings) for me the location was ok, as it’s always packed and noisy around central (if u are looking for a peaceful relax trip.) 👉🏻Free bus to patong 👉🏻U can also grab a “taxi bike” THB100 from hotel to patong beach/Bangla RD. And there’s a new coming night market nearby the hotel, just like Bangkok which will be more convenient if u are up to local food hunting. TIP: * if u guys can only accommodate 1 island hoppings on your holiday, don’t go to pHiphi island *best to book along the road side for tour package (u can negotiate)

Recommended for muslim because they serve halal food for breakfast.quiet in the night.fitness centre and others facilities quite ok. Casablanca is halal restaurant inside the hotel. also easier ti find halal food nearby for arabic food or malay food can find at bangla street - nuri seafood or malin plaza.nearby hard rock cafe and thanks to Bella-hard rock staff really helpful.you can rent motorbike and hang around phuket to see more beautiful beach compare to patong beach.i like the most rawai beach.at rawai you can find one halal restaurant Kedai Makanan Muslim with the chepeast price. For tshirt you can search madunan shop on the way to airport not so far away from central festival mall. The shirts are cheap with good quality.

Firstly, to help first timers, you do not have to worry about not finding transport to Sleep with me Hotel. Upon arrival and getting out of HKT Airport immigration, you will be able to find taxi / bus companies around the exit. Mini Bus - 180 baht per person (Recommended for those who are travelling less than 3 pax) >> Duration: 60-90 mins It will consolidate 10 pax into the mini bus (Fret not, it won't be squeezy as a seat is assigned to each pax). It will take longer than taxi as the bus will drop off people going to different hotels. You may check with the operators if you are able to book the whole mini bus if you are travelling in a big group. Taxi - 800-1000 baht per vehicle (Recommended for groups travelling in pax of 4) >> Duration: 45 mins Straight to the hotel from the airport. Sleep With Me Hotel is really convenient if you want to get to the main places quickly. We have Jungceylon mall right next to the hotel, 3 minutes walk from the hotel to the entrance of Soi Bangla and 5 minutes walk from the hotel to Patong beach (thru Soi Bangla) The downside of this hotel was that the check-in process was too long. It took us about an hour to complete checking in, even though the crowd wasn't that large. When we reached our room, we found out that the "Smart Lock" was faulty. The technicians came in soon after we called reception. However, it took them close to 2 hours trying to fix the lock in which it failed.. Instead of giving us another room, they continued to do their best. We then made our way down to the reception to request for a change of room; which they agreed of course. The rest of the stay was great.. Thanks to the staff :) Really loved the location and will definitely book this hotel again when I go back in September :) See you soon sleep with me!

Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Patong. Hotel has a great view to the famous Patong street. Nightlife was awesome if u are a clubbing type of person, otherwise, a cup of drink and sitting at Patong is really good for people-watching. Dress in singlets and shorts or (just bikini like what some other tourist did), weather can be really warm. Get good suggestion for tours around the hotel area. They provide good service according to your needs!

We just had the best time in this resort. The hotel room is so clean and nicely done in terms of its architecture and design. We had the room with private pool/jacuzzi which is really perfect to cool us down after going out in the busy and hot street of Patong. Its a resort experience like no other. The staff are just the nicest and most accomodating people i have met in thailand. Its a 15-20 minute ride from the busy street Patong which you'll definitely appreciate the quite and cozy ambience of the resort and its view. Plus,they provide every 2 hour shuttle to/from Patong which for me is really great coz the transportation in patong would cost you at least 400 baht each way...you get to meet other people whose staying at the resort wirh you and sharing your trip experiences while enjoying their Mercedes shuttle bus 😊... its really worth every penny you'll spend in this place...trust me.

One of the best hotels in Thailand that we stayed in. These not only allowed us an early check-in but also made sure that our stay was a comfortable one. Staff:The staff was very friendly and helpful esp the front desk Manager Fareya, who accommodated us in the best way possible. Location: walking distance from the Patong Beach. Cleanliness: super clean roam and terrace and the maids did an awesome job with the room cleaning Food: the breakfast was a lavish one with a buffet having so many options. It was the best part of the stay and we enjoyed waking up to a yummy breakfast each day. The pool was so nice and big. They give you welcome chocolates. They provide you with many mini bar items in room including crisps, chocolates, water bottles and soda tins. Mini bar is for free. The location of the hotel is ideal as many restaurants are nearby. You can also rent a bike right in front of the hotel. The spa at the hotel is exceptionally good, me and my wife had a 2 hour massage and we really enjoyed it. ☺ ☺ Overall it is a 10/10 place to stay in Phuket.

It s a nice hotel, very clean, with helpful Front office team even if they have difficulty expresing in english. They make an effort to attend to you. The housekeeping staff are also very good. We just didn't like the person at the TOUR DESK when we were asking for a taxi to the airport. We jokingly asked "No discount" He/ she said "YOU BOOK OUTSIDE" and ignored us. (FYI, There are other taxi offers across the hotel or at the main road. They also offer tours). The hotel should take care of their people because they represent the hotel PEOPLE ARE THEIR BEST ASSET!. 1. When we were booking, the filter was for 3 nights/ 3 persons at the Gig Hotel but the finalized booking was just for 2 pax. The system should have an Extra bed rate, so we can immediately see the Total PRICE. It was a bit confusing. (In the system, it also says that the De Luxe room has 1 bed and 1 Queen,) 2. There is a van shuttle service from airport to Patong Beach 180 Baht per person. They have to fill up the van before they leave. Fyi, on the way, they will stop at their office and try to sell you tours. If not interested, just say "We will not do any tours" 3. They have a pool, gym and sauna. It is nice to just chill at the the pool area.

me and my daughter loved our time at grand mercure phuket patong, hotel is fantastic and great location for everything, swimming pool & steam rooms were great and food in hotel was excellent but what stood out most is the staff everyone was so helpful and pleasant to us all the time front getting us taxis , helping with our tours, at breakfast, room service. special thanks to jamnong bootsong who really went out his way to make sure we were enjoying our stay and thank you warawudhi pumthong for your help and advice. when i go back to phuket this is the only hotel i will stay thanks everyone at grand mercure .

staff was friendly and accomodative. i kove my room which hv king bed and bath tub inside our hotel.. plus shower great for honeymooners...hotel near patong beach with lots of massage parlour opposite...near bangla road.. just walk around the area for island hopping bookings... airport transfer.. easy to find food to eat especially if u are muslim, not many around walking distance but jus nice to find near beach n around area... mosque was around the area but need to talk transport...not to forget the rooftop po was also plus for the hotel..breakfast food was great. overall 5 star foeq

It was a great stay in The Crib Patong Hotel for my 4days 3night in PAtong Phuket. THeir staff all are very friendly and helpful. I request for early check in and check out, They are kindly arranged to me. The hotel location are prefect, 7-11, Boxing centre, Banzaan Fresh Market, Jungeylon shopping mall just at corner. Patong beach From hotel walk to there around 10minutes. Highly Recommended and will come back again.

It was a nice stay. The hotel staff were nice and accommodating. Location is good for travelers who look for a quiet place to stay. It's around 50 meters away from the main road so you wont get to hear the noise of passing vehicles. You don't have to go that far from the hotel to chill out and relax. There are massage parlors, bars and restaurants nearby. Not too far from the main attractions in patong. Hotel is just 10 minutes walking distance to patong beach and bangla road.

We stayed here for a night and really liked the location. It's across the street from the beach, near lots of restaurants, staff are friendly, and room was clean. The room was a little on the smaller side, but it's not like you're gonna be spending your whole day there in the room while in paradise. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come to Phuket again. People say that patong is a busy area, but coming from someone who is a tourist and it was our first time there I would say staying in Patong isn't a bad idea. Due to high taxi cost and how long it takes to get places, staying here for the night was the best thing we did. Wished we had made reservations to stay the entire time we were there instead. If you want quiet and not to be around tourists the whole time you are in Phuket I would say patong wouldn't be your place.

Hotel staff friendliness is 5 star The pool is 5 star really huge Pool bar food taste great Location is 15 mins walk to jungceylon mall Location is 5-10 mins walk towards Patong Beach ( the hotel is not beach front or view ) Please do not get conned by taxi operators and tuk tuk , the max you should pay for jungceylon or patong is 200 thb that is already ripped off price ! So if You can walk please walk ! The Thais cannot wait To finish up your money There are bike taxi and tuk tuk taxi Many many cafes and small bars, massage parlors ( clean services and special ones included ) so please know which one you are walking into. Housekeeping for the hotel is under average and under staffings. Rooms not clean up properly. Novotel please check your standard of cleanliness. Hair is everywhere along the room corridors. Tourist, please take note. You will somehow get con in Phuket so please be a wise traveler. This is hotel is highly recommended for young kids because of the kids activities and the pool I totally do not recommend Phuket for elderly as it is not convenient to walk and climb the tuk tuks

We go there with a high expectation for the one of the highest rated 5 star in Patong area. Hotel itself is nice especially on the Busakorn (new) wing. Nice adult pool, but we found that the kid's pool is rather small. The main wing is very crowded though so I recommend to choose the newly built wing instead. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of selection. Thai restaurant has a very good selection and nice menu as well. However expect to pay 5 star price for it. I think I find very annoying is the internet access. It's quite expensive and certainly not free for guests unless you book the villa (which mean you're quite rich to book their top room). The logic doesn't really make sense to me while outside in Patong area even motel is providing free internet while holiday inn still want to earn your money from the internet access! Perhaps next time Holiday inn can also charge for the electrity and water as well since in my view Internet is simply a basic necessity nowadays. I do found couple of free wireless around hotel, particularly when you walk towards the beach then you turn right, walk about 100 meter (I forget which hotel name). Patong itself is very crowded, full of various people but I would say totally not suitable if you bring young kids. Better stay at other hotels. If you're below 30 want to have night life, Patong and Holiday inn could be a good choice. The receptionist is very good though, we have book at phuket fantasea tour and the gentleman there really help us to track the car etc. Check in and check out also very good and with smile. I do find the waiters at the thai restaurant a bit stingy on smile, not very good in term of overall mood for breakfast or dinner

The hotel was under renovation at the time with part of the front area of the hotel closed for renovation (i.e. Banana Disco)but it was still an incredible hotel. The layout had a real tropical theme with many gardens and the pool was large with a palm tree island with many deck chairs around the pool. Breakfast was 500 baht for two people each morning and is well worth it, there is a large selection of normal western and asian breakfast foods. The best feature is the fresh fruit, beautiful and mouth watering pineapple, watermelon, papaya. Note, book and pay for the breakfast upon arrival as it is more expensive if you show up on the morning. They also rotate some of the breakfast menu each day. We were assigned a room in the Sunset wing and had a fantastic room which overlooked the pool, it had been recently renovated and had a great romantic colour scheme. The bed was incredibly big and comfortable, the bathroom was large with a hot and strong shower. There is also a security guard(s) constantly patrolling the entrance and the hotel at night so its very safe. There are many toiletries and 2 bottles of water are complimentary each day. We spent most time out of the hotel so didn't experience its full features but did see a well equipped gym. Another of the best features of this hotel is the location. Across the road from the entrance is Patong Beach, only five mins walk is Bangla Road. Massive choices for food and shopping so close but its location away from the main road means the rooms are very quiet. Only downside is the internet fee, 100 baht for 30 mins of internet use (wi-fi or their terminals) valid for a 24 hour period seems too much. Also do not take the room slippers as souvenirs as the hotel will charge you for these.

We had booked for 3 nights in the Deluxe Room. Location of hotel is good as it's in Patong area and yet not on the noisy, busy main street. It's in a small turn in alley to the hotel! 2 mins walk to a Family Mart which you can get your beers, titbits, all you need within 24 hours so super convenient. Free shuttle bus to and fro Patong Beach so it's super convenient and cost-saving. 9 mins walking distance to No. 6 Restaurant which serves super affordable, cheap and authentic Thai Food! Be prepared to Q and squeeze/share table with others. But I can tell you it's all worth it. Hotel has a reasonably size and clean pool located at level 3. A pool table where you can play too. Room is very spacious and clean. House keeping is great too! Very sweet of them to decorate the bed with orchid and balloons to make this birthday stay such an unforgettable one! They doesn't serve free birthday cake but they are so kind to help me order 1 birthday cake with wordings too! Very warm of them! Great stay and we will be back!

The Nap Patong hotel stuns by its design. The rooms are big, have a comfy terrace, and the design is sober but modern. There is a walk-in dressing and bathroom that I could only dream off. So stylish. The balcony was ideal to lounge after a day roaming around or at the nice pool with jacuzzi corner. And happy hour ;-) Even a (small) gym, free of charge. Wifi included: in room, at pool, at reception... There was a free minibar with softdrinks in the room, a welcome drink and fruit plate on arrival and coffee & tea making facilities. But the best of all was the sumptuous breakfast buffet. It had different things everyday and i got frustrated that I couldn't taste it all - sooo much variety. Location is perfect: at 5 min walk from the beach, but in a quieter street away from the hustle and bustle of the commercial town center - but still within walking distance of restaurants and all happening places. Since I am a perfectionist: I would like to give Nap Patong the following feedback (so they could become the ultimate dream hotel): - the music at breakfast and pool is nice and jazzy and loungy, but they seem to have only one CD - so we heard the same songs half a dozen time in our 3 days there. - pool could be open longer than 19h - for a little refreshing night dip. - the extra services offered (laundry, taxi, trips, spa) are a few hundred baths more expensive than in town - but i guess that's how they make money But as i said - it is a dream hotel - close to perfect

It is my first time 3 Days 2 Night short getaway to phuket. Received a few commendable reviews from friends on Sea Pearl Viillas, Patong. After doing own research, I eventually decided to settle with the Hotel. Its a swift journey getting to Sea Pearl Villa form Phuket Airport (About 1.5 hrs, depend on traffic) . Upon arrival, you will see many people offering cheap transportation to Patong Hotels. Once you reached the hotel, you will be welcomed by friendly front desk. You do not have to stand hours behind the desk waiting for check-In. Meantime, Bellboy will offer you to have a seat at their comfortable couch and they will served you welcome drinks and cold towel. Thereafter, we are ushered to our room. (1 bedroom Suite). It was located at the highest level overlooking the entire patong. If you are lucky enough, you will get a seaview. The room was big and comfortable. The room was well kept, furniture are in tip top condition. The TV reception were not very good but it does matter as our intention to have fun, not to watch TV. The bellboy gave us a grand tour to our suite. There were complimentary drinks and fruits throughout out stay. The balcony are spacious for (good for those who are smoker). The Jacuzzi are big and sadly it lack of privacy. Nevertheless, the rest of the room were incredibly beautiful. On the second day trip, I was pleased that the GM actually drop by during our breakfast to say hi and ensure that we have a good time. Thumbs up for going through the miles. It hard to have that kind of gesture on other hotels that I have visited. Conclusion, I have to give credit to the Front Desk, Bellboy, Security for making my stay worthwhile. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Its is a 4 star hotel with a 5 star service.

10 minutes walk to Junceylon Plaza. Hotel is right opposite Hard Rock Cafe and The Hooters. 7 minutes walk to Patong Beach. Nice huge pool with pool bar. Great pool for kids indeed. Room is huge and nice relaxing balcony facing pools, almost all of the room have that. Breakfast is averagely OK (american dishes mostly) and not that fancy types as 5 stars. You got fruits, salads, hot dogs and hams, boiled eggs, fried eggs, baked fishes, chickens (no beef served), broccoli or cauliflower on alternate days i guess, red beans, baked potatoes, bread and butter, buns, american soups, fried noodles, fried rice, coffee, tea and fruit juices. If you plan to stay with young children (0-12), this hotel is worthwhile and convenient to get everything you need in Phuket.

I actually upgrade the room from standard to superior room. The first time I saw this hotel, I felt so surprise knowing that this hotel is very near to Patong Beach (one of the best beach in Phuket). You'll never get both best location and best price with extra great room and service in one hand but in Rayaburi Hotel Patong. Trust me... The superior room has an open bathroom inside with bathtub and shower also. An open bathroom means there's no wall that divides the bedroom and the bathroom, only an big curtain. Quite impressed me at the first time I enter the room. For you, who don't get used to this kind of room, must not choose this room type. Just imagine... It would be a little awkward when you are laying down on the bed while your roommate do his/her 'business' in the toilet. Fortunately, I can stand that. :) Psstt, they have a series of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner and hand lotion with a very nice smell. Love it. The room also has one safe deposit box. One note about this, I really appreciate the staff. On the second day I stayed there, I forgot to lock the safe deposit box while all my stuff in it. When I got back to the hotel, everything's inside. The breakfast is European style. They serve ham, sausage, potato/rice, omelet with generous toppings. Around the hotel, you'll find 7/11, mini mart, Subway so you won't get hungry. If you like to try local food, you can try satay (they have chicken, squid, chicken skin, chicken liver, chicken lizard, pork meat ball). You can find them along the street on the night. Or you can also try Tom Yum soup on the day. And for you, seafood lovers, you'll be satisfied.

Banmanburi is ok, have stayed five years ago and three years ago but it has got a little tired now and there are many other options in Patong. That being said it is fantastic value for money and the pool is large and great if you want some room to swim laps for exercise. Breakfast is ok, has an egg station to make nice omelettes, fruits and other dishes, they don't do bacon,had better in other Patong hotels but paid much more for those rooms. One of the beds in our room was showing a bit of wear and springs gone from people sitting on the edges. . That being said I will come back again as it is a good hotel in a good location and very reasonably priced. I only paid $31 Aus about bt 970. per night, that is so cheap. We met a retired Australian couple that come ever year and stay 8 weeks and request the same room each year, they love it. Be careful when you check in that you are not taken to the rooms that are in the building at the front of hotel on the right (when face hotel).Only rooms overlooking pool are the ones to have and are a good size with nice balcony. On arrival we were taken to this building that had narrow corridors and an old looking room with no balcony but a window facing down the street copping all the noise from Hard Rock Cafe and I knew that would be going till late. Room was not good at all and nothing like what I had been given before.This room was not what was pictured on Agoda. After going back to reception and a bit of foot stomping we were given a room that was much better and overlooking pool. Ended up being a great stay and we were very happy.

Pros -prime location Indian food (Madras cafe) is just 100m away, lots of Indian food joints in that lane. Less than a kilometer to Patong beach. Breakfast varieties are very good, good for vegetarians too. The staff is flexible on the checkout time by an hour. It's 2pm to 12 noon. 2 bottles of water complimentary. Good towels, shower gel etc are available in the rooms Bed isn't sift, so got some good sleep after all the snorkelling and swimming done through Marks phuketsailtours. Cons- the Thai massage is done by experienced staff but kinda average. My internet wifi issue was never addressed. Nothing major on the minus side. The hotel is worth the money and one of the initial drops when you take the shared airport shuttle to patong. Also, the staff is well mannered and can speak English to a fair bit. I will definitely book this one if I make it to Phuket again. Keep up the good work. Best, Shyam

We planned this trip in a shorter than usual time, and were on a slightly tighter budget. We normally book 4-Star, but based on other reviews and rating on Agoda decided to give this 3-Star hotel a try. For me the hotel selection had to meet the following criteria: 1) Location - To be walking distance to the Patong beach, OTOP and Jungceylon shopping center. The location is perfect for us, with 7/11 and Family mart shops within 50m too. It was also very easy easy to get taxis and transport within 50m. It is also close to Banzaan market and the rear entrance to Big-C. 2) Cost - Had to be good value for money: Absolutely nothing wrong here. It was one of the cheapest 3-Star hotels in Patong, with great selection of Western and local food for breakfast, Hotel also has free wifi and very friendly staff. When we booked our ferry trip to Phi-Phi they were als very helpful to print the tickets for us at reception. 3) Clean: This is a very clean hotel and I could genuinely not fault anything.
