"I have travelled quite a bit and have stayed at all types of hotels in my lifetime, but I have never seen a hotel like this one. It is beautiful, its in the city but as soon as you walk in everything outside those doors disappears. I really could see myself staying in the hotel and not venturing out at all! Everything seems so unique and blends well with the Nepalese culture etc. the design, the layout, the spa, the rooms! We were a group of 7 people, and our three rooms were upgraded to Junior Suites which are gorgeous rooms. The amenities are awesome! they have actual store bought toothbrushes, toothpaste, hand sanitizer, mosquito repellant, etc. just in case. The bar is super cozy and the food is excellent. You must try the meatballs and the momos! Those were our favorites. There is a library that is very cozy especially when its cold outside. In the day you can lounge around the beds and couches that are scattered around outdoors in the garden, and if its warm enough you can dip into the pool. Their gym is good enough and they have yoga classes. The spa isn't out of this world but the masseuses are incredible!! The hotel also work with a sister company for guided tours and our tour guide was really awesome (Robin) and was very informative and helpful with booking trips around kathmandu and to pokhara. "
