"I opted for a room with cub lounge access and it's a good decision. They have free-flowing hot drinks and cocktail hour which is very handy if anyone wants to relax after a long flight. The room is insanely massive and had this luxurious feel. The hotel's location is very central and can get around using the nearby Nana MRT station."

"I stayed at the amari atrium for 4 days along with my wife. Though the hotel is located in Sukhumvit area, it's closer to the Phetchaburi MRT. It's a good 700 mtrs walk to MRT. Being Indians we were craving for some Indian food, the location of the hotel is such that there were 2 very good indian restaurants just outside the hotel. The hotel staff are very courteous so much so that they upgraded our room to the 21st floor. It's also has a very nice jaccuzi overlooking the river-canal. And amazing swimming pool which is very clean. The only reason I'm holding back a 9 rating is that, we happened to book our day tours through their travel desk, i.e. Ambika Tour Agency. I understand that it's a third party agency but at the same time the hotel is responsible to ensure that they have someone who is reliable and who wouldn't mis-represent what is and is not included in the tour package. The case on hand is that we had booked the day tour to Ayuthaya and the tour program stated that we would be visiting the replica of Angkor Wat. When we actually boarded the tour bus we were informed that this was not included. Overall this is a wonderful place to stay if you would like to relax after a long day of sightseeing and day tours. I would definitely recommend this to all those looking for quality service and a place away from the hustle and bustle of a metropolis. But if you are looking to stay very close to the shopping locations and in the middle of all the action then I would suggest staying somewhere closer to BTS Nana or BTS Asok."

"I've travelled to Bangkok numerous times and usually stay in Sukhumvit 11 and have stayed at at least 10 hotels in the area. The Citrus Sukhumvit is the best by far when factoring in all that it has to offer. It is far cheaper than many other comparable hotels and still offers similar facilities. The rooms are new and spacious and the internet is fast and reliable. Breakfast selection is as good if not better than some higher priced and higher rated places. The only down side is the small bar fridge in the rooms. They are absolutely useless. There is no way of adjusting any temperature and the best they do is store things. Nothing is cold. I have stayed here now 3 times in different rooms and with the same result in the fridge failing to keep anything even close to cool. Still this is a small price to pay when you balance everything up as you can easily walk down the street 100 metres to the 7-11 and get cold drinks from there. I'll continue to stay here as my hotel of choice when visiting Bangkok and hope that one day they'll do something about the bar fridge's in the rooms."

"it was quite a walking distance from the nana station, the hotel is quite difficult to find during our first day of arrival, but onece we get familiar with its directionon on the second day, it is actually easily accessible. there is not much choice of thai food nearby the hotel as it was surrounded by lots of medianeast restaurant. but we were really satisfied by the dinner set prepared by the hotel's own restaurant at a very reasonable price (green curry set with rice, fruits and drinks at only ). the hotel staff is extremely helpful and friendly , especially the man at the restaurant department , i can't remembered his name, a thin and mediam height waitres, we really want to thank him for providing so much of helpful information on how to go to the nearest temple and shoppping centers such as siam paragon, siam discovery ,mbk and more..., we can't even need to pay a single baht for the transportation to reach those places. the hotel room is very clean, good air-condition, clean towel. the hotel manager is so generous to give us a free upgrade of our standard room to deluxe room without having to pay any extra baht, this is a very good marketing strategy, for sure i'll share this good offer with friends. when we check-out on the third day to khaosan road, the front desk staff were really helpful to call a meter texi for us, he never ask for any extra tips from either me or the texi driver. this is an excellent service for a 3 star hotel, it's really value for money to stay at this hotel."

"well, the rooms are very new and the facilities are very good. i think it is worth money. the only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from bts and mrt stations, about 10 mins walking distance. however, i do not mind walking a bit, and it is the transfer station between bts and mrt, which means you can take both of the transportation tools. moreover, taxi is very cheap in bangkok if you do not wanna walk."

"The hotel locates very close to Sukhumvit MRT or Asok if you take BTS. Only 45 minutes from the Suvarnabhumi Airport. You can take the airport link, either blue a cheaper one or pink a expensive one, to Makkasan. And then, following the sign, walk to the Phetchaburi MRT. I made a huge mistake on the booking. I arrived on 27th and want to stay 2 nights, but I input incorrect info and made the booking starting on 28th. The staff is very friendly and allow us to stay in the empty room. The breakfast is also very dilicious. One dislike thing is Bankok motor, very noise and easy to hear in the midnight. "

"Location wise, it takes a bit of walking and can be quite inconvenient if you are bringing luggage as the the pavement along the small road is quite uneven and narrow. Very important to bring a large umbrella to shield yourself from rain during rainy season. Food wise, the complimentary breakfast buffet is decent but need to ask the waiter/waitress for omelette/fried egg as it is not a standard menu. A few decent and reasonable priced restaurants within walking distance. Of course, you could go to the next MRT station, Ploen Chit to try more local Thai food (e.g. Eat Thai Food Court) at a much cheaper price if you want. Facilities wise, this is a boutique hotel so no swimming pool or gym which does not bother me since I do not use it. What I like is the cleanliness of the room and bed that is my priority. Nearby, there are two convenience shops (7 Eleven) - One north and one south of the hotel. Overall, it is a good experience. Always chose near to MRT if you are with family."

"Normally I would have thought this hotel wasn't in the best location, because I'd have to take the MRT one station to Sukhumvit before connecting with the BTS. After my experience though, I will consider this hotel in my future travels. The pre-arrival communication was surprisingly good, the service at the hotel was also good. It was located on a fairly quiet soi next to Phetchaburi MRT station, and the hotel rooms were a good size, clean and well equipped with a modern-styled bathroom and good TV channel selections. While I didn't get to sample the full breakfast due to early check-out, the hotel obliged my group with breakfast boxes. If you're looking for something conveniently close to both the ARL and MRT lines, that is good value, I would certainly recommend this hotel."
