We booked 4 nights with this hotel , this hotel has all what a 5 star hotel requires . From the check in to check out you get 5 star service . Location is 15 miutes walk from bts but they offer you free shuttle every 20 minutes to the near Bts thonglo . Big mall are just 2 stations away . All cool restaurants , burger king , star bucks , mac donalds are 2 minutes away . Then this hotel offers Inhouse Onsen which amazing . They gave us a honeymoon welcome are room was fully decorated with flowers that was treat to see . We got room on 21floor the view was amazing . Breakfast is amazing . They almost have everything . Probably the best in the lot . I would definitly recommend this hotel for every person . And i will surely come back to this hotel . Cheers

We stayed in Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit this past March 23 for a total four nights. Our stay at this hotel was more than what I expected. The hotel is modern, clean and sophisticated. Upon checking-in we were greeted by helpful staff. I booked my hotel at Agoda and they gave the room I specifically requested for. We were placed on the 18th floor of the hotel with a view facing the pool and the city. The view alone was worth the money I paid for. It had a nice, wide window that gave a full view of the city. They had a control for the sun shade at the bedside, which I enjoyed playing with! Our bathroom was clean, with working hot water and a more than functional bidet in the toilet. The room was spacious for me and my friend. The hotel also provided free wi-fi to our room and the nice panoramic window gave a good backdrop while I Skype with family at home. The complimentary breakfast was good, but it was mostly Western food. I was looking for something more Thai. The hotel has a direct access to Terminal 21, which is the mall adjacent to it. Its a modern and nicely themed mall with a total of 7 level consisting of different city-themed level. For example, they have a "Tokyo" level and had harajuku style shops. Another great thing about the hotel is that it also had a direct access with the BTS and MRT station. Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT was just at our door step which was really convenient because it was a great way to get around Bangkok, as taxi and traffic can be a problem. The best part of the hotel for me was the infinity pool and the amazing view of the city. It has an unobstructed view of Lumphini Park. I made use of the pool often and went for a morning swim daily during my stay. The view from the pool was even more magnificent at night. Overall I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to family & friends. The service, the quality, the location and the convenient makes this hotel a worthy choice in Bangkok.

Hotel is at a good location near terminal 21 mall. Same Soi as The Westin. It's really conveniently located near Asok BTS Station and Sukhumvit MRT Station. Hotel breakfast is good with enough choices for you to choose from. They have a happy hour at their pool bar at 1 for 1 and the scenery is relaxing enough. You don't need to travel to another place at all. It's located out of Nana area for those who do not want to be in the scene of the hustle and bustle. Definitely worth the stay. For those who love massages, this is the best place; at least 4-5 clean massage places with no frills. I would highly recommend "Friend's Massage" which has good masseuse to pull those tight muscles. To be honest, you don't even need to travel to Healthland which is just behind the hotel. Not to forget, a beer garden is right next door! Have recommended this hotels to my friends and will personally stay here on my next visit to Bangkok :)

This was our first time coming to Bangkok and I was unsure of where to stay. I saw that a lot of hotels were located in Sukhumvit, so I figured they were fairly close together and booked this one based on the user ratings and price. Although, it is a very nice hotel with good rooms and well appointed, my mistake was not knowing how long it would take to get to any meaningful sights by taxi. Traffic is horrible and often takes close to an hour to get to the main attractions. Thankfully, the cost is usually around 200 baht. You have to negotiate flat rates at night, but the taxi drivers will tell you some story about night pricing being higher and they don't run the meter. If you are in Bangkok to shop, then the train will be fine to Siam Station and the shopping is really amazing here. That wasn't on our agenda, but we did check out the mall, since we wanted to buy some mobile phones for our next month of travel through SE Asia. One thing we found out too late was that the Marriott down the street is known for having an amazing rooftop bar and it could have been an alternative option for something to do in the area instead of going to other regions of Bangkok. If the hotel were in a more convenient location, it would have garnered almost all 5 stars. If you plan on just shopping and using the Sky Train to sssssssss, then you will be fine. The cost is super cheap (34 baht) from Siam to Thong Lo (station is only a 5 min walk to the hotel).

i have been to bangkok many times and i try to stay in different hotels each time. i enjoyed staying in the sukhumvit area and decided to find a hotel in the same area this time around. stumbled across the continent completely by accident and booked it on a whim. i checked in close to midnight and had informed them beforehand. when i arrived, the reception had my check-in documents ready, so i didn't need to wait long at all and enjoyed my kiwi-lychee welcome drink. the room was very cosy (i stayed 3 nights and spent quite a bit of time in the room working - thanks for the super-fast wifi!). there were some interesting automatic blinds that closed off the bedroom and bathroom, and a nice option of hand-held shower or rainshower. breakfast was simple, but service was great. they had a number of japanese and caucasian guests, and the lady manning the omelette station gave me a huge smile when i stayed true to my asian roots and asked for the chilli sauce. :d just 2-3 minutes walk from the asok bts skytrain station, sukhumvit mrt station, and terminal 21 shopping centre - it had a fantastic location. the down-side is that because it is new and not very visible from the main road, most taxi drivers didn't know where it was. that wasn't a problem for me since i'm relatively familiar with the city, but for first-time visitors, please google map the location with terminal 21 as your main landmark. i would definitely stay there again

We booked 3 rooms and stayed 5 nights in this hotel. Everything was excellent starting from the check-in process till the end. The staffs were very friendly and prompt in actions. The rooms were excellent; compared to several hotels I have stayed in Asia, this was the best. Spacious with all amenities you will need; even a mini kitchen fully furnished and Washing Machine in every room! This is really helpful when you are staying with family and kids. The price is really value for what we got. The restaurant food is excellent too. The tour operator Mr. Lit was a very friendly and helpful guy. He made our trip to the Safari and DreamWorld memorable. His charges were very reasonable and we recommend him to anyone willing to explore Bangkok. The hotel location too is very good since its only 5 mins walk to the BTS station.

I was stayed during 3 days holidays and I was travel from Vietnam. The hotel is very closed to Metro station. From Airport you can catch A1 bush and get down at Mochit station and from there you can get the metro train to NANA station, hotel is very near from NANA station. They allow to guest in your room without any extra charges. You have to pay one thousand Bhat deposit which they will return you while check out from the hotel. If you get room in main tower it will be good, the rooms in main wing are average. Location is Excellent, many India restaurant nearby. Tray DHOSA King very good India restourent in Soi-11 which is closed to the hotel as well. Overall Value for Money.

The location of the hotel was awesome, just next to Phloen Chit station and it wasn't a far walk from Chitlom station either. There was Dean and Deluca downstairs which was a double plus and made me love this place even more. However, when I was back from sightseeing one day, i found that the hotel room door was not locked properly by the housekeeping staff. I had quite a number of valuables inside and that really blemished my stay at The Okura Prestige :( I hate to give them a bad review but then I think security is really important for a hotel (I was travelling alone). Other than that, this hotel was a delight to stay in. During my early check in, the receptionist personally came up with me to my room and taught me how to use the room facilities personally and even offered to make tea! I think I will still stay in this hotel during my next trip to Bangkok. I have stayed in many hotels in Bangkok before but this has the best location, it is not too far off from downtown Bangkok and it is not as crowded as in Siam / Chitlom area.

We choose 137 pillars residence for our last night stay in Bangkok before flying back home and we were so happy with our choice. We stayed in a one bedroom residence, first we wanted to book a suite but the residence was totally fine, much better than we expected, we were on 22th floor and there was a small balcony with stunning view over Bangkok. It was very beautiful decorated, the size of residence is bigger than many other hotel rooms we had been with the same price (or higher) and what we really love are their bathroom amenities from panpuri and harnn!! The hotel itself is a luxury boutique hotel, the moment we entered the entrance we already felt relaxed. Staff are all very friendly, especially concierge I rate them with 6 stars, they are very helpful and I can tell that not every 5 stars hotel in Bangkok are like this. A big plus is that the hotel has a room on 27th fl. for after check-out you still can use the room to rest, taking shower etc. We will definitely come back again!

Booked and checked in for 9 rooms, attended by a friendly receptionist. Check-in process was brief, simple and fast. Was surprised when I was told standard rooms were full, we got complementary upgrade to deluxe rooms. The rooms are spacious, clean with all necessity available! Another plus point for the hotel, MRT station is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. There are plenty of delicious hawker food stalls along the road just in front of the hotel Stayed for 2 days there, all of us were very pleased with the hotel. Will definitely consider staying again for next trip to Bangkok.

Good location as it is just a 5-10 mins walk from Asok BTS station & Sukhumvit MRT Station. Many restaurants & pubs around. Near Terminal 21 Mall. Room was very spacious & have modern interior. Hotel & rooms has the fresh & new smell. Very clean. TV channels are all in HD. I love this hotel very much. I paid less than USD100 per night which is super affordable with this type of luxury. You only can get it at Well Hotel. I hope this hotel maintains their luxury standard & their price as I highly recommend this hotel for anyone that wants to visit Bangkok.

Ramada Encore is situated in an excellent location with lots of food joints, drinking joints, great shopping joints (TERMINAL 21) and best of all within steps to Asok BTS and Sukumvi MRT stations which helps a traveller to avert the notorious traffic jams in Bangkok. Ramada Encore is super value for money.Staff are friendly and always have a smile on their faces. Room is clean, modern and functional. Fantastic place and exceptional for Thai standards.

This was a great hotel for the price. It's new and spotless clean.The rooms were spacious.Bathrooms very nice. Loved the pool and steam room. We checked out and stayed for the afternoon by the pool,had a shower and left for the airport(230 baht by meter along Sukhimvit,On Nut and Lad Prao...no tollway) If you know Bangkok the distance from tourist sites is no problem,15-20 minutes takes you to Siam Paragon(shopping) or Sapan Thaksin and the Chao Praya river boats to all the main temples etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As others have said it should have another star. Ther are lots of food stalls across the street and up the side soi.You can also walk to Carrefour or Tesco.Tesco is the next MRT stop you get off and walk directly into the store. All large department stores have a resteraunt area with 15-25 kiosks selling every kind of Thai food that is clean and cheap. If you walk out from Tesco back toward the hotel about 2-3 blocks turn right and down a block you are at Carrefour. Also many Thai massage for 100 baht an hour, cheaper than most of Thailand. I have been to Bangkok many times and found this to be a great hotel,quiet and clean! They have a tuk tuk to take you to the MRT(one block away but use the overpass if you walk so you do not have to cross the busy intersection)

Quiet and peaceful for being located on a main road in central BKK. Was surprise upgraded to a Jacuzzi Suite (WOW!). Staff was very professional and extremely polite. Hotel and room were very clean. Fitness room was of a decent size and equipment offering. Breakfast buffet was a sufficient offering of your typical mix of Western and Asian food. Eggs were cooked to order … loved their omelets! Other: The Italian restaurant on the ground floor of the main bldg. offers pizza slices to-go from their walk-up window (located next to the Subway Sandwich shop). We didn’t try the other restaurants on-site as we actually spent little time at the hotel except to rest/sleep. Excellent value at off-season booking rate. The subway (MRT Sukhumvit Station) is one block to the west with the entrance being on the ground floor (west side) of the “Interchange 21” bldg. (not to be confused with “Terminal 21” across Asoke Rd.). The BTS Skytrain (BTS Asoke Station) is just beyond the MRT -- can't miss it! Jasmine City is in an excellent, convenient location for getting around town. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and have already booked a future stay.

my first stay at the royal benja in bangkok, probably my seventh or eighth visit to bangkok. of the hotels i've stayed at, i'd pick royal benja over all of them (except perhaps the j.w. marriott, but that hotel is in a radically different price range). it is conveniently located, about 2 blocks off sukhumvit rd, and about 3-4 blocks from the nana bts station so getting anywhere in bangkok is a breeze. it was also perfect for me since i booked a physical at bumrungrad international hospital, about 2 blocks away. a lot of bangkok hotels have tub/showers with tiny instantaneous water heaters. royal benja has both a tub and a separate walk in shower with great water pressure and as much hot water as you can take. after a 26 hour flight (counting layovers), it was great! my only disappointment was the included breakfast. i guess i have been spoiled by the montien in pattaya. the royal benja breakfast was fine, included the usual odd assortment of eggs, pancakes, and tossed green salad, just not expansive like some others. still i got plenty to eat.

Upon booking in a the hotel, front desk informed me that my Cool room was not available but they upgraded my room to a Studio room for the full 3 days at NO charge. Hotel gives each room 2 free bottles of water per day. Free shuttle from hotel to Sukumvit road but you can walk distance in 5 - 6 minutes. Very good internet speed and access, no downtime on internet usage. It is very safe to walk down the lane late at night as other security staff about from other buildings in the area. Hotel is in a very quiet and safe area, no traffic or bar noise. All hotel staff, especially female reception personnel very polite, helpful and courteous. Management should provide female reception staff seating as staff have to stand up all day at the reception desk. I asked female hotel receptionist as to where I could get a SIM card for my cellphone. She directed me to any 7-11 convenience store on Sukumvit road. Cost for my SIM card was 50 baht and 100 baht for 100 minutes which was good for a month. Breakfast was very good, not a buffet but a la carte for the first 2 days. My 3rd day, hotel had implemented a full buffet breakfast with excellent food choices. Room was very quiet, NO noise from bars/street and no noise from other hotel guests. Washroom is very nice with waterfall shower. Security safe is located in the clothes closet and very easy to program. There was only 1 very small towel in my washroom but then realized later that there were additional large towels behind the bathroom door. Be advised that at my time of booking that Galleria will price match room rate against any other hotel booking site that beats Galleria posted rate on their website. If such would occur, hotel will also give guest an additional 10% discount upon booking through their website BUT you must contact the hotel's booking site by email prior to getting discount on room. Overall, I would consider hotel a very top-end 3 star hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

I've stayed at the Dream Bangkok several times a year for the past 4 years. Most of the changes I've seen have been to the ever-expanding breakfast buffet, which runs to 11am every morning. It's a great, relaxing way to start the day. Dream is located between the Asok and Nana BTS skytrain stations and as such, near the Sukhumvit MRT station as well, making it convenient to get anywhere in the city. Soi 15 has recently been repaved with improved drainage, making it less prone to flooding during the rainy season. Wi-Fi has always been good at this hotel and a strong reason for me to stay there. Housekeeping has also been very good when I needed to stay in the room until early afternoon working or recovering from the previous night's activities. The gold-level rooms with the shower stalls are fine, but because half of it is open, water tends to get onto the floor outside. The higher-level rooms with the tubs are nice, but the handheld sprayers make it hard to shower in them.

The room was very spacious, comfortable and had wrap-round city views. Sitting in the bath looking out over the city at night was a particular highlight. My only complaint was that room service had absolutely nothing vegetarian on it at all, and the menu was very limited indeed. Previous reviewers have mentioned the distance to the MRT stations. It is approximately a 5 0r 10 minute walk to both stations. However, returning in the rain late at night, the walk wasn't very pleasant, requiring going past lots of late night bars. I think other areas of Sukhumvit are more accessible if you're a single female who may be returning late at night from the MRT stations.

The Majestic Grande Hotel was a wonderful experince while traveling in Bangkok. My parents were in from overseas to see the city with my husband and I. The hotel is in a great location close to shopping, restaurants, and the MRT station. All of the famous temples to see in Bangkok are a short taxi or bus ride away. The hotel offered a great complimentary alcoholic drink. The breakfast buffett is outstanding as well as the dinner buffett with meat and fish that you can choose to have grilled for you. There were more than enough choices at every meal and everything tasted great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone for the value and the price.

The room was clean and spacious. There was consistent wifi and tv had many channels. Best of all it is within walking distance of two BTS station and a MRT station. Also, terminal 21, a large shopping mall is nearby. Only negative point is that the making up of the room is often incomplete. On one day housekeeping will only replace one towel, on another the bath soap was not refilled.

Sukhumvit Suites may have the best location of any medium priced hotel in Bangkok. A short walk of less than 5 minutes takes you to both the BTS (Skytrain) and the MRT (Subway). A connection to the airport is as quick as an MRT ride just one stop to Phetchaburi Station, where you can then walk over to Makkasan Station (10 minutes in a covered walkway), for the Airport Connector train to Suvarnabhumi International. Shopping is virtually just across the street at Terminal 21, with short skytrain rides taking you to half a dozen other huge shopping malls. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the restaurant is nice, but my one big complaint about my Superior room was that it was very narrow, requiring me to shimmy past the end of the bed which was right up against the wall. On my next visit, I'll be booking a Deluxe Room, as they do offer far more space.

It's probably not the best when it comes to proximity to public transportations such as MRT or BTS. But there's a water taxi literally behind the hotel that will take you to the Asok MRT station (11 baht per trip, ~10 mins) --except the water taxi is only operates during the daytime. Other times, you'll have to rely on taxi. Everything else, the hotel is excellent. I had an online business conference and asked if I can check in early, and the worked on that and had my wish granted. Everyone working in this hotel was super friendly. Hotel was spotlessly clean, and packed with amenities (ironing board, onset laundry/washer/dryer, stove,... etc.): just about everything you need and even more! Thanks Metropole, I had a wonderful visit!
