This is my 2nd stay here after my 1st visit with friends since the last two years. Time flies but still being well-maintainance, clean, boutique, and lively hotel with great staff with friendly manner. It's still my recommended hotel in Phuket Town which is not far from few tourist attractions, 3 minutes from Central Shopping Mall and around 12-15 minutes from Phuke...

The design and style of this hotel, from the lobby to the rooms is just great! I think they must have had a good designer work on their building. The lobby and rooms are clean. Everything works perfect, from the TV to the shower, bed, and AC. The rooms even have a balcony! There isn't any food at the hotel but there's a great (chic and clean) bar/restaurant right i...

The hotel is located in Phuket Town which is good for shopping in small shops as well as big markets, Thai people around the area are very friendly to every one, the hotel is very close to different cafeterias and restaurants so that you can have your food either in the hotel or outside just by walking. The area is quite during the night which makes you more relax. The...

The hotel, apparently less than two years old, makes up for its lack of facilities (like swimming pool, gym, sauna) by its centrally location (especially for those visitors who prefer to stay & explore old Phuket town rather than the beaches), friendly & highly attentive staff, and very clean & well-maintained rooms & compounds! This is a family vacation (my parent...

Friendly and attentive receptionists. Clean and well-furnished room with free drinks from mini bar. Most economical and value for money stay in whole Phuket. Another most worthy reason to stay there is to go for the Raintree Spa. Best massage experienced in my lifetime - favourite is relaxing massage. Will get 50% off any massage in the menu as a hotel guest. Pricing i...

Facilities are great, you get access to a large gym and decent pool. Whole hotel is very clean and your room is cleaned daily. Location is not bad, 10-15 minutes walk to Phuket old town. The location is great if you are coming for the vegetarian festival in October as it is close to multiple temples and the largest street food market in Phuket. The hotel doesn't not lo...

If you want to escape the typical "Thailand Scene" prevalent down in Patong and experience the quieter simpler side of Phuket this is the place to stay. It is in the old "Phuket Town" which is about 30 minutes from the popular tourist beach areas like Patong. The oldest hotel in Phuket Town is almost completely refurbished (a few rooms still being completed it seems). ...

I booked for 5 nights with 3 adults and 4 months baby. Everyone like this hotel; nice view, clean room, good service and value for money. Moreover It's on the main road, easy to find and very close to the city's center! If we go to Phuket next time, I will choose B2 Phuket again!

Seems it is the best 3-4 star hotel in Phuket Town. It have 19/F and should be the landmark of Phuket Town, so you can find it easily. Huge & comfortable beds. Clean room. Location: about 25 min walk to downtown Phuket. I strongly recommend getting a scooter. The hotel feels kind of like in the middle of nowhere (though a minimart is on the premises) Lots of other Asian tourists Reception was very helpful in booking a taxi to the airport (700 Baht) Breakfast included, nothing really much ...

I chose this hotel because it was cheap and in phuket downtown. I was so surprised to find an incredibly high standard hotel with great amenities .... Swimming pool fitness etc ... The best deal i have ever seen for the price i paid. Of course the location downtown is far from the sea bur it s close from everything else.

We found The Malika Hotel as a gem in the middle of Phuket. But why I din't give 10 points? It is because of the room service. For the first two days everything was good. But later (we stayed all in all 8 nights) the service forgot to clean the room or was not very tidily. But all the rest was nearly 10 point worth: The hotel was in a very good condition. The room we h...

The Pearl Hotel in Phuket is an enjoyable place to spend a holiday or just relax time in downtown Phuket. The staff are as friendly, positive, and helpful as I have seen in a medium size hotel here. I loved this place. The common areas were exquisitely decorated with a multitude of modernly arranged antiques---just the sort of place in which to spend a lovely cocktail hour with fellow travelers and soak in the atmosphere. Some of the upper floors were still under construction when we arrived, but each of the rooms was decorated in a chic industrial style complete ...

We booked at Sino Imperial through Agoda and shortly prior to travel, my wife broke her foot. We called both Agoda and the hotel to request a room on the first floor. Sino Imperial advised us that they did not have a room on the first floor nor did they have an elevator. They offered an upgraded room at their sister property, Sino House, which has an elevator. We grate...
