"New hotel bear Festival Central mall in centre of Phuket. I got price under $20 as soft opening deal. Only Opened late January 2020. Set back from main road so quiet. Spacious room nice design with tiny balcony overlooking pool or surroundings. There was problems with my air con but staff quickly sorted. Good soundproofing but can hear noisy guests arriving at night. Awoken by banging from construction work on above floors. I asked if I could get later check out but wasn’t granted. Design is good apart from some weird stuff from lobby to lifts down steps. And floor in rooms already looks marked. There is a 7-eleven across the main road. Some places nearby and about 5 mins to vast mall. "

"The room is spacious with living room and bedroom separated (There is a small kitchen area in the living room but no cooking utensils so it is useless for us). All the things there are nice - room is clean, staff are friendly, swimming pool is wonderful, and parking area is good. The hotel is located very near to weekend night market and walking street, where you can go there by walk if nothing to do at night. Only the breakfast needs improvement - few choices and could be more tasty. It is worthy staying there with this reasonable price."

"Great value. I ended up staying here more than a week. Pros: new, clean, comfortable bed, stylish room, comfy chair in room, good ac, roof terrace, location to malls and central Phuket, 7-11 very close. Friendly staff. Cons: location if you don’t have transportation (they rent a couple motorbikes so shouldn’t be an issue), noise as a couple neighbors use power tools randomly throughout the day. No safe, door locks seem easy to break into though I didn’t have an issue nor did it feel sketchy. No view from the rooms. Thin walls which wasn’t an issue most of the time. Overall Great value. Would definitely stay again. "
