only issue we had was we had a room with an adjoining door and the second night that room had kids/babies that were uncondolable and cried/screamed until 2 in the morning. the only problems was the line at check in. there were other employee's there however they were busy with cookies or something else behind the counter and only 1 poor overworked girl was trying to help people

Room was your average hotel. The view with the river was fantastic! It was at the end of the strip in Gatlinburg so super easy to walk to everything!

Staff very friendly, clean rooms, great daily breakfast with staff cleaning throughout time and comfortable beds. I would recommend to friends or family!

The room was nice for the money. The hallways were dated but they were in the middle of construction to remodel. The room we had had a fireplace in it but it was not able to be used. The bathroom was small and when the ac kicked on it smelled like a camp fire. But overall the room was very nice for the money and the free breakfast was good.

The staff, location, pool, and general cleanliness were good. We had reasonable expectations but... Room was musty and moisture markings around the whole ceiling edges. When turning on the AC a really strong musty/mildew/moldy smell overpowered the room requiring we open balcony and front door for quite a while. We use this as our base in Gatlinburg. The hotel is just a few minutes walk to the main street but for enough that you won't hear the noise. The room is comfortable and the breakfast is adequate. For the price we paid, it represent a good value. Also, this is our first time in Gatlinburg, we loved this town.

Nice pool, and hot tubs. It had two elevators, but one of them was broke down the whole time we were there causing the operating elevator to be overused and congested most of the time. Continental breakfast needed more options, the tile looked like a crew of unprofessional put it in. The staff was great very nice and professional, and great house keeping.

Gatlinburg Inn puts you right in the center of town for a great value. They have on site parking which save lots of hassle.

Very nice place, clean and informative staff. There is a bistro in the main lobby, indoor pool, and a fitness center. The room had a great view from the balcony. Very large room with 2 queen beds and it was very clean.

I had read many reviews, mostly negative, so I was worried, but found my stay more than adequate. Oddly, my room did not provide any hanging or drawer space, but I managed.
