Hotels near Robinsons Place Iloilo

I truly enjoyed my 2 nights stay in this hotel. What I liked the most is the staffs, they are very kind and helpful. Always wearing their beautiful smile. The hotel is also close to Robinson mall where we had some business to do. Food was okay, but they could improve more with the selection. Also, the egg wasn't cooked well. My mum liked the fish flakes though. Prices of the food and drinks are very reasonable. Room was clean, and I do liked it but having one pillow per bed is what disappoints me. They don't have a mini bar in the room so I had to asked them to put my fruits in their fridge. But overall, I really liked the hotel, and I would recommend it if you're looking for a good place to stay while you're in Iloilo. Will definitely stay here again if I ever need to go back in Iloilo.

The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom and toilet and enjoined and is see-through but there are roll down blinds for privacy. Sufficient sockets to recharge gadgets, toiletries (soap, shampoo, lotion, dental kit) and water are replaced daily. Towels are replaced daily on the condition you leave them on the floor. Room cleaning is around 10am-3pm. Room service is affordable (though we didn't avail of it) and the pre-stocked charged snacks are also quite affordable (but we also didn't avail of it). The mini refrigerator is useful for us. It's a block away from Ortiz Wharf, the port with boat trips to Guimaras. 7-11 is just in front of the hotel, City Hall about a 5 minute walk away, Calle Real - a 8-10 minute walk and Robinsons Place Iloilo - a 12-15 minute walk. Everything else is accessible by jeepneys. If you don't know how to use those, just take a taxi - drivers here are generally honest, unlike Metro Manila (use Grab if you're there).

Location: will take 5-10 mins to get to SM Iloilo, River esplanade, Gaisano mall, Plazuela de iloilo & other places to go around Mandurriao. May take Jeepneys from the hotel for a city for only 7php. The highest fare we paid during our stay is only 9php. Room & amenities: room for two is big enough & very clean. However, bedsheets & pillow covers are not that "white" clean. I'm expecting the same cleanliness I saw from Andana resort but unfortunately, i didn't get that. Same thing with the towels. The ambience is a quite old. Fridge is not working. We didn't try it though but when we opened it, looks like it ain't gonna work at all. Restroom: Clean but outdated facilities. Hot & cold shower is not automatic. You'll need to turn the knob of the hot & cold shower & adjust to get the desired temperature of the water. We asked for a dipper/tubby to get a good shower since the shower head can't spill water properly. Water spills everywhere. Food: very good serving buffet. Good options too

I am always visiting Iloilo regularly in the past 6 months for a project and I always stay in this hotel. The hotel is centrally located - downtown and within the the vicinity of market place. This area you will see the old Iloilo setting. The Best way to know Iloilo. All your needs is just around the corner - supermarket, restaurants and spa. Well it's noisy outside but peaceful inside. The building is old but well maintained. Low rise only 5 story but the entire hotel is clean. The room is small than standard hotels but spaceful enough to have a very comfortable stay and have a wonderful sleep. AC is really great! 18 degrees all day! Food is set meal but great for the price. You always have tons of choices outside anyway. Service is AWESOME!!! From the guard who will assist your needs every time you come-in and go out. The front desk who is always courteous and all other staff you will come across always have their authentic happy greetings and smile.

Right smack in the midst of downtown Iloilo. Hotel interiors presentable enough. Great staff, helpful, informative, engaging. Single room big enough, cleaned every day, fresh towels provided, bed immaculately made up. Ample breakfast, choice of eggs, bread or fried or steamed rice, a banana, Thing is, main choices are always greasy stuff -- like corned beef, longanisa, Philippine-made ham with more fat than meat, fried fish fillets with more dough than fish! But overall, a satisfying experience.

We stayed in Grand Xing Imperial Hotel from Dec 28 to Jan 1. Even though we arrived early (11 a.m.) for our hotel check in of 12n.n. Mr. Kyle in the front desk allowed us to have an early check in & Ms. Meryl accommodated us very well in our convenience to select the food we'll eat for lunch. Everybody in their Flames restaurant was also very warm. We felt very convenient from Day 1 until check out. Rooms were also very well-kept. The lap pool was also very relaxing with the bar at its side for easy order of food. We'll definitely choose this hotel again whenever we are in Iloilo City!!!

Hotels room although old but big,clean and smells good. Staff are accommodating. They gave us info where to go for the beautiful spots in Iloilo. my cousins left their bags for later check-in since they arrived around 10am. When they comeback in the night,it is inside their room. Thanks staff! Food- it sounds expensive but when the order arrived, it's huge! Good for 3-4 persons(pansit canton) Pool- disgusting...my sons swam together with the rat. We dnt knw where it came from because when my son's started to swim, the area was clean. It was even checked by the staff before they allowed them to swim. We informed the staff, she was sorry of what happened. Anyway, it's not her fault. Money wise- it's not expensive. It's very accessible(walking distance) to Robinson Mall and supermarket (you cam buy pasalubong like piyaya, dried fish for a low price. Still on progress construction.

I stayed here with my mom for 4 nights for a congress I had to attend in Iloilo City. The room we checked in is very spacious. The staff were friendly and helped us arrange for a free shuttle to go to the venue of the congress. The staff also offer great recommendations on where to eat. The hallway on the fifth floor was hot but since we didn't spend much time here, we didn't mind. If you want to spend time here or on the children's play area though, I think you should take note of this. The hotel has an excellent location so you wouldn't run out of things to do. The hotel is walking distance/ reasonable distance to a lot of tourist attractions. It has a mall and convenience store in its ground floor, an SM Annex behind it, Marymart Mall next to the SM, and a bunch of restaurants including Buto't Balat, Grillers, Decos, Ted's Old Timer La Paz Batchoy, to name a few. On the ground floor, there is also a Gloria Maris restaurant. The city's party place is a taxi ride away. The free WiFi that comes with the room is also pretty good. Do note though that if you have multiple devices, you have to inform the front desk so they can activate the password for it. Our WiFi signal in the room was enough for us (we mainly browsed Facebook or did quick google searches on what to do in the area), though I met someone staying in the same room that had issues with connectivity so I guess we got lucky with our room. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and I'd recommend the place to other people. I'd most likely take my family here if I return to Iloilo.

The place is situated in the heart of the city where it is just easy for you travel in places cause transportation is really accessible. We did have a great time staying here clean rooms and comfortable beds is the catch. One thing i think they should improve is their staffs it seems to be that they are not that friendly, they dont smile or even talk in a way that they respect you.

I took the ferry from Bacolod, and the location was great from the ferry terminal. The stay was nice, nothing bad or amazing about the room. Free Breakfast was good, and the hotel was very centrally located to all the places you would want to see in Iloilo. Of note, it is close to a jetty that takes you to the neighboring island with nice beaches, and the only reason I didn't go is that I got stuck with some food poisoning I caught somewhere else.
