I went to see Celine Dion concert at Impact Arena Bangkok and Ibis hotel is very near to it. You cab take a walk-way fly over from Ibis level 2 direct to Impact Arena. My hotel room was very clean and theit staff is all warm and smiling to their guest. Its like 15 minutes from Don Muang Airport but very far from the center of the town. It helps you beat the long traffi...

This is the best hotel in this area. The friendliness and professionalism from all of the staff is what makes this five-star experience. I usually don't go out of my way to write reviews, unless a venue stands out above the rest and this place certainly does. Aside from a great location, every thing was above par. Rooms are clean and we'll furnished. The executive loun...

We stayed here for 3 nights. We have chosen this hotel because we went to Thailand to watch a concert. This hotel is near impact arena. The location is quite far to the city or other tourist destination in the center of Bangkok but this is not issue for us because we have read the location before we book this, besides our main purpose is to be near in the impact arena...

For those using Don Muang Airport for international or within-Thailand travel, Amari Don Muang Airport Bangkok Hotel is perhaps the most convenient location to rest at. The best thing about this hotel is that it is not near the crowded central Bangkok. But even if you decide to travel to inner Bangkok, taxi meter is not expensive. Don Muang area is very nice to be at....

My wife and I have stayed here many times. It is very convenient for us. It is a rather long and not cheap ride from Suvarnabhumi (BKK).-we always arrange a car from inside for safety and security rather than take a public taxi-but the hotel is quite close to Don Muang (DMK)-though no airport noise. We usually stay a couple of days to unwind from the 30 hr trip before...

We stayed for one night towards the end of November 2012 as part of. Our return journey after 3 weeks of traveling Around Thailand. Our plane landed at Don Meung airport and we caught a taxi to the hotel. I would not recommend trying to walk from the airport to the hotel. Even if the taxi queue is huge ( we waiting for over an hour) the hotel is not in walking dist...

i have stayed at the rama gardens on many occasions.the sports complex is really good and well maintained, the only complaint is that you have to pay extra to use the facilities.this however seems to be the norm in thailand [with a few exceptions]. i have in previous posts critised the food in the hotel but found a vast improvement this time round.

This little hotel lives up to its name, it’s a journey! I booked a room for the wrong date but the attentive and amazing staff were wonderful and extremely efficient and were able to accomodate us and our requests. We were greeted with big smiles, a super clean room, excellent air con and we felt very welcome. The staff are very helpful and the location to the Don Mue...

i booked 4 nights not knowing how long my business in bkk would take. ended up staying only 2 nights, the hotel only charged agoda for the 2 nights. within 2 days i had a refund back through agoda and paypal. very happy with the service by all. i drove to hotel from the north east of thailand, but left my car at the hotel and took taxi's and the mrt, best way to get d...

Room was nice with a comfortable bed. The shower had some drainage issues which was a bit annoying (not unusual for Thailand though) All of the staff were really friendly and very professional. Breakfast had a big selection, which was a little different each day. Overall a nice place.

The hotel is ideal for congress and business meetings. The hotel is clean and tidy, with a staff trying to do the best in serving your needs best possible. The rooms are in very good condition and kept clean and nice. Also an important thing is that the hotel is located near to Don Muang airport which is only 10 min drive away. The stay was very positive, and I can on...

I took this hotel due to my early morning flight the nextday. Its located far from any tourist destination. 7eleven is about 500m away. Tesco 1km away. Its facing Shell petrol station. Theres nothing much here. Most taxi dont know where it is located. Need to call the hotel for location. Plus is its about 25mins to Don Muang international Airport. Trip cost bth88 on...

This hotel is best for staying if u have a connecting flight from DMK or BKK There is a fashion island mall close by which is good for branded shopping stuff if you have some time. Otherwise typical markets and tourist attractions are far from this hotel. This is not a tourist area at all. I didn't find any restaurants with menus in english. Otherwise in Bangkok touri...

The hotel was not so easy to find, but once you are booked into your room, you know you have made a good choice. The room and bedding is clean, it has everything in it that you would need for a night or two and very convenient if you need to use the Don Mueang airport. The staff is also friendly and helpful.

Ebina Hotel is really really near don muang airport that's why a few airport cab drivers seemed hesitate to drive us, so we didn't want to bargain when the taxi counter staff charged us 200baht. From hotel to airport, the very nice lady cab driver used meter and the fare was about 100 baht only. Hotel to Chatuchak market is not too far but the journey back is further...

Booked a double queen room through agoda, arrived late at night to be given a twin room which was much, much smaller. Nothing could be done that night as it was a night receptionist. Next day we queried with both agoda and the hotel reception. Reception made the relevant calls to agoda and cleared up the problem and moved us into the correct room which i had booked. T...

I have been in Thailand for 7 years and this is really the first time I book an hotel and get more than the pictures itself. The room was very clean, well furnished, great smell and absolutely gorgeous! The staff was nice and helpful but low English speaking. I highly recommend this hotel if you need a good night between flights!

I booked this hotel as I had a very long journey from the Gold Coast and was flying out next day to Chiang Rai. Be aware that it is walking distance from Don Mueang Airport, walk across the aero bridge through the Hotel lobby of Amari Hotel and out onto the Street, I was quoted 200 baht from the taxi waiting there. Walk along the road to the 7/11 turn left and it is on...

I've been flying domestically to Bangkok for a day/night stay and so far this has been the best place I've found that's walking distance to the airport. bear in mind if you choose to stay at a distance to far to walk to and from the airport you must factor in your travel expenses when reviewing the price of the hotel. the walk is about 10. minutes and its in a nice m...

Value for money - good price w bfast & free shuttle to airport at 4am! Location - very near airport, convenient, authentic local Neighbourhood around for local eats. We are not into big Malls and shopping so we don't need to go into the crazy bustle heavy traffic of BKK city centre. This is perfect for us even if next time we fly in, sleepover and need to adjoin to oth...

Western travellers are not comfortable with the name "Buddy" in the hotel name. They think it is a cheap low class hotel becasue of the "Buddy".
