I was only going to stay 3 nights, love this place so decided to stay for another two weeks, I've just re-booked again another 11 nights. Speedy check in, staff friendly and helpful if needed. Think this hotel has got it just right, I love the infinity pools & good gym also. Room is cleaned to a good standard. In my view this hotel is well managed, suits me perfectly I will be returning for sure. I can't think of anything negative to say about this place, it's a 4 star rated hotel and that's exactly what it is, not all hotels actually match the given star rating. Well done to all who run this hotel, everybody makes a contribution to smooth running and great service. I'm now looking at the Bangkok location as well. Happy customer who is still here.

To be honest my fiancee and I booked this hotel by accident. We did not have enough time to do a thorough research before our trip. But I am so glad that we spent our short trip at Cape Dara. I have been to many places but this is definitely one of the best hotels you can find. Service crew attended to us immediately upon our arrival and greeted us warmly. Cooling flower tea was served at the reception counter. Staffs were really friendly and the view from the lobby was stunning. Check-in was really fast and smooth. Our room was on the 20th floor with stunning ocean view and a mini balcony. Room was very spacious and clean and you can find everything that you need inside the room. Food were delicious and restaurants have beautiful ocean view. Breakfast spread was really good and it doesn't just taste like any other normal hotel breakfast. There are two beautiful pools and beach is just a staircase away. Hotel staffs gave us good suggestions and tips on travelling around Pattaya and they have an excellent pick-up shuttle service throughout the day till midnight. The shuttle brings us to the famous "Dolphin Circle" where you can find restaurants and taxis around. When you are coming back to the hotel, the shuttle will pick you up from the same spot back to the hotel. The staffs might not be very fluent with English but they always try their best to communicate with us. Their outstanding services made us feel at home rather than a hotel. To be honest I have nothing to pick on this hotel.I love everything about Cape Dara and we are definitely coming back. It is the best place to relax yourself. I love the genuine services and smiles of the hotel staffs. Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable!

The check in process was excellent, straight forward and quick, with excellent reception staff who spoke good English. I booked the hotel as a birthday treat for myself and partner, as it's location was close to the bars we wished to frequent. The hotel staff confirmed that smoking was not permitted in the room, including the balcony, not a problem fir me, but a bit over the top fir my partner who is a smoker. The hotel is just 18 months old, I had seen it being built, and whilst the common areas are all in excellent order, I was disappointed with a number of items in our room. 1 Grouting to the floor tiles in bedroom and bathroom already missing. 2 Grouting has already been replaced in the shower area, and does not match. 3 Dressing gowns are supplied, but no hook in the bathroom. 4 No spare toilet tissue. 5 The position of the electric socket for tea/coffee making means that the kettle boils against the black side of the wardrobe, which is already discoloured. Positioning to the right side would have allowed the kettle to boil against a clear glass partion. 6 There are 2 power sockets in the room, both on the small desk area. Adequate, but no socket by the bedside cabinets means that your phone is not accessible without getting out of bed. This really should have been thought about in the design faze. 7 Scuffs on the walls, and chips to the edges of the room furniture after just 18 months occupancy does not bode well for longevity. In summary, the staff are excellent, but the room does not live up to it's 5 Star rating.

as a veteran expatriate hotelier i spend most of my life managing or visiting business hotels and resorts in far flung destinations around the world, and as someone who was turned off from pattaya many years ago by the poor quality hotels and seedy night life, it was with some reluctance and trepidation that i accepted my wife’s offer of a family holiday at the dusit resort pattaya to celebrate her birthday in mid july. in addition, i need to point out that we usually spend our family summers in hua-hin, which enjoys a less salubrious reputation, and where we have enjoyed the peaceful serenity and charm of the magnificent old colonial style sofitel (now the centara grand) since we met there nearly 20 years ago. however, when we entered our suite 664 after a long and tiring journey from dubai, and stepped out on to the terrace to enjoy the incredible view of the sea and pattaya bay we felt that we may have missed out on something rather special for these past 20 years, as the suite, and of course the breathtaking view are possibly the best we have ever experienced in the kingdom of smiles. the same can be said for the awe inspiring breakfast buffet at the hotel’s lovely cascade restaurant, which my family looked forward to enjoying each day before heading out for days of adventure and touring around the area, which included trips to see the country’s flagship aircraft carrier, ancient temples and quiet secluded beaches, which can all be found if one can drag oneself away from the peace and tranquility of this very special award winning resort. many people have asked me about our visit since we got back home to dubai, and all i could say was that we had found our “heaven on earth” and that from now on, the dusit resort pattaya is where we will be heading for our family vacations as it epitomizes the very best of thailand in terms of the serene thai style service, the gracious hospitality, and of course the overall charm of the resort, which in my opinion

I've been a faithful customer of Mantra Pura Resort due to it's beautiful layout with relaxing pool. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to your needs. There is a Spa right on the premises with a well suited gym as well. The best part of this place is it that it was built for all budgets and you don't have to sacrifice comfort for money. I have booked every room from Suites to low budget rooms and all the beds are comfortable. You may see a bit of wear here and there but they are constantly renovating to upkeep it's shine. The best room I recommend is the suite, it has a master bedroom with a separate living room small kitchenette and table. It's my favorite just gives you an apartment feel. Although many are discouraged by it's distance from the famous Walking Street. I feel this hotel is well suited for all Travellers especially families who are trying to stay away from the nightlife scene of Pattaya. and last but not least if you book a room with breakfast included they have a pretty decent buffet breakfast to soothe the appetite.

This was my third stay at SN Plus and it's still the best value hotel for the price-point imho. The rooms are very clean and the bed is comfortable enough for Thai standards (usually they are rock-hard). The owner must read the social media and hotel website comments because many issues I and other travelers have suggested for improvements have been met. Case in point, the hot water is VERY hot now and great for Europeans like myself who need steam in the shower, whereas most Thai hotels have lukewarm water at best. The noise from the karaoke bar behind the hotel has also been addressed so no need to request a front-facing room anymore as well. Breakfast is geared to the Asian crowd with little in terms of 'farang' food, though they do have an automatic pancake machine which churns out two little pancakes in 60 seconds which are OK, though I will book a room with no breakfast next time and eat elsewhere instead. The nicest thing is the place is yet to be over-run with Chinese tour bus groups. I hope the owner keeps it this way and avoids the temptation to fill his rooms with that clientele; if you've ever been in a Thai hotel when those tour busses show up you know what I mean!! All in all 5/5 and I'll book again next time I need to head to Pattaya (I'm a Thai expat resident for over 20 years know fyi).

hey! i have stayed at many hotels in pattaya including luxury hotels, but never experienced what i did at this hotel. i booked it mainly because the room pic's looked nice and the price. when i arrived, it was unbelieveable! from the staff speaking decent english, excellent food,reasonably priced,very nice swimming pool with a great view of the city/ocean. (nice sun set). but the best feature was "service, service, service". all i have to say is wow! everyone, from the bell boy,service desk,restaurant staff,house keeping and the manager......thank you sabai empress staff. you're the best! keep it up. i'll definitely be back. and by the way i dont expect good customer service in thailand because of my past experience and what this hotel sfaff did, just amazed me. two things many hotels have a problem with in thailand is, the hot water temp. control and good water drainage in the tub/shower. excellent bathrooms since i am very particular about bathrooms. also very quiet rooms for its location. alex usa

Booked a room with air con and double bed. No dining. Room was clean, simple, modern, was on the smaller side but you get what you pay for and that is half the price of a four star. Wifi was fast, and could connect multiple devices. I was on the third floor and the view out back was to a little alley. I requested a higher floor with better view and was told the room I had been assigned had the a/c and double and would be best for quietness, as the other side of hotel faces a bar. The bathroom ceramics were gleaming clean and the walk in shower was a treat to use as it had a huge monsoon shower head with no issues with water temp. The lifts always worked quickly and smoothly and it was nice to have the day time security guard opening the main door for you. The staff at the front desk were always smiling and happy to advise. Fast internet connected computers are available to use in the reception area which is nice to have and very useful. Only gripe I had was I missed room cleaning for the day (because I unknowingly turned on the rooms Do Not Disturb indication) so when I requested a new towel later, I was told I would get one but I never did. Also the management should give the front desk trainee (who is also a human) a name badge like the others as 'Ms Trainee' also delivered as good a service.

In Central Pattaya, this was a great find for me, for several reasons. Most importantly, the location is as quiet as it gets in Central, but it’s still very close to the beach, 10 baht Tsingtao rides that will get you anywhere fast and cheap.. and as a bonus, very near the new Terminal 21 Mall, where the Food Court will save you big bucks with some of the best “street foods” in Thailand. To top it off, the hotel itself is very modern and clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is super helpful (except the overnight crew, who tend to sleep). Love this hotel. Very satisfied stay. Rooms are big and spacious, clean and quiet. Staff at the swimming pool bar was extremely friendly. Our laundry in the machine, he folded nicely and waited til late for us to pick up. We were touched by his kindness. Breakfast was feast for us every morning!! Best coffee (although it's made by a coffee maker, but appreciated it's good quality coffee bean) Choice of food is better than some 5 stars hotels!!! i like about this hotel is, staff made you feels like staying home. they are not fussy with small matters, eg. noise we made when we celebrated a friend's bday at the lobby, willing to send us out to town, even only 2 passengers, best of all, my friend who brought 2 youngs kids along, they didnt charge him for the breakfast. Thank You Best Bella, my group of friends and i had a pleasant and happy stay there. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to thailand.

The big question is "What do you want & expect from Pattaya.?" Next, is "How much are you prepared to pay.?" It's a city where both dreams & nightmares can come true, both for tourists and the unemployed Thai who come looking for work. Tourists are the main source of income, understand this. Life is easy for tourists, anything you want to do is possible. This hotel is excellent as a low price good value hotel. Dusit Thani, Hilton, & other 5 star are nearby, if you want 5 star - stay those, and pay the price. Not Noisy, walls thick, not thin, like some hotels with echoing corridors and slamming doors- watch out for them. Good location for central & Naklua. Jomtien is miles away, and Jom. not the quiet place it was. Palm Garden suitable for singles, (No joiner fee.)Most couples are mid-age Falang/Thai, most families with youngish children. Suits those who don't want too many teens around. Suits those who do not want busloads of Tour Trippers. Plenty of other hotels for those on a package tour. Read other reviews, of other hotels, it's informative for what you do not want, as much as what you do want. Here, you could get all you need better than many alternatives.

this hotel is very modern and is probably the best hotel i've stayed at in pattaya. it's not a location to stay if you intend on hitting walking street each night, but if you have a girlfriend, or family, then this is a good place to stay in pattaya which is far enough, yet close enough to all the attractions. can't recommend highly enough, though the address given on the booking voucher could be more accurate

The facility itself is excellent. staff are accommodating and polite. Clean, tidy and no complaints in terms of service. However, to arrive on the Friday night only to be forced out four days later due to not having a single nights sleep because of two birds incessantly screaming throughout the night. Brought to the attention of the staff only to be told “cannot do”. If this problem had been resolved the stay would have been perfect. Fairtex also refused to refund any money, which is appalling based on the fact that I had travelled there to train in Muay Thai, yet because I had a cumulative total of 8 hours sleep over 4 days I was too exhausted to do anything. My choice was to either sleep through the day and waste my holiday, or to endure sleepless nights. Unfortunately this became too much and we moved hotels.

Thai Garden Resort was a very nice surprise. It was cheap for what it was. The room was clean and of a good standard, with a double bed and a single bed too, and a nice balcony. The best thing about the hotel is the garden, which is amazingly well kept and manicured. The pool is also great. Location is very convenient, about 5 minutes' walk from the beach and nice restaurants and bars. It isn't in the most sleazy part of town (although sleaze IS hard to avoid in Pattaya). Clients are mostly slightly older European people. Breakfast is excellent, very varied. The staff was great apart from one very rude lady at the desk when we arrived, but everyone else was brilliant.

Close to 2nd Road, Big C, Terminal 21 this Hotel is the best. 2 7/11s & Family Mart across the road & FREE golf cart shuttle service to take you to the beach or Big C etc with scooters for hire. This Hotel is well worth it for families & singles totally safe with excellent buffet breakfast and the staff speak good English. We have stayed at many Hotels in Pattaya but this beats the whole lot...... no tour buses etc & in central location. We plan to do a video on the Hotel Resort. Use the Bell Bus service if coming from Bangkok airport as they take you direct to Hotel. The BEST in Pattaya for sure..

I forgot what it was like to stay at such a fine facility, with excellent service and appointments. Wonderful open air Thailand styled lobby and resturant with a special feel of what like was like before advent of Express hotel boring style and service. A 5 star would not be better. The staff took time to book my taxi van and assured it came to pick me up. Then our flight for my wife was late. They allowed a late cheack out and also drove her to the bus station to assure she got on the bus in time to get to the airport in Bangkok. Wonderful grounds well kept with large pool. Golf? Driving range at the rear of the huge property. It is hard to know you are in a city with all the lush green gradens. Close to shops and bus terminals. We will be going back and do advise anyone to take advantage of this gem. Very fair prices for rooms and resturant. Thank you everyone at Diana Garden Resort !

It took me some time to decide on booking Bella Villa Metro, as I had originally wanted to stay at another hotel nearby. When I did book it, I had expected usual 3 star standard that I was used to, having traveled around a bit and stayed in places ranging from hostels to 5 star hotels. Stepping into the lobby when I first arrived only reinforced my expectations. So imagine my surprise when I opened the door to my room. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything was working and in order. The bathroom was a good size, with a tub. There was a nice big sofa, a chair with a back (something I need while working on my laptop), the air-con was working well, and the view from the balcony was indeed a clear view of beautiful Pattaya Bay. For those who don't mind a short walk, the hotel is located close to North Pattaya road, about 5 mins walk away for the slower walkers. From there, the entire stretch is just food, shopping and recreation. Further up are the pubs and bars. And if you are too tired or just feeling lazy, it's easy and convenient to just hop onto one of those pickup taxis for 10 baht, to get yourself back within a 5 minutes walk of the hotel. For what I paid, the hotel far exceeded my expectations, and I'd most definitely recommend it to others heading to Pattaya for shopping, food or just to get away from the busy city.

I got this Hotel of Agoda with a very good recommendation and choose it for the rain spa shower which was displayed on the pictures. Unfortunately, I received a room with another shower than displayed. Which made me very sag. I got an bathtub which tends to over float when you just shower. I don’t know why so many hotels have this poor kind of construction in the shower. Just put a door or something. I had my room without breakfast, so cannot say anything about that. The rooms are well equipped and clean. Very modern furniture and wall art. Which would make me give 5 Stars. Unfortunate I got disappointed from the shower. As well the construction noise from the lower level. All they did was to give you a note underneath the door about “we will do construction, sorry for noise and inconvenience” Sleeping during the day was just impossible. So 3/5 Stars. But that just made the last bit of my trip sad time.

This is a fairly new & probably the most underrated property in Pattaya. Everything exceeds expectation. just perfect if you have your own vehicle, since getting to downtown pattaya can be a challenge. Feedback to management- you really need to do something about the taxi services. Our airport pickup did not arrive & we waited frantically at the airport for an hour & had to ultimately hire another cab. On departure the taxi was late by one hour. On a third instance, the taxi overcharged on top of hotel rates. In all the three instances above, we booked through hotel. Considering the location of this property, I believe the efficiency of the taxi / shuttle service is a critical success factor & I sincerely hope the management is able to fix this.

first time in woodlands suite after visit a few diferent hotels in north pattaya. book executive studio (1404) and i find more than expected: 66 sqm whith big terrace on the 4-th floor, separate living part whith lcd tv and dvd, separate part whith big bed and another lcd tv, separte table and chairs for lunch, comfort kitchen whith bif fridge, microwave, kattle, curtley, cookware, dishes, big work table for work and very good wirelles. studio is clean and whith furniture in good condition. every day cleaninig and complementary water in the mornih and evening and very good services on the phone or on the reception. all what i need or ask, call have answer or action immediately! bravo, really serviced residence ! room service menu whith italian and thai food very good whith accetable prices and enough choice. in lobby is italian restoran (food for room service) whith good food and espresso, in garden (woodlands hotel - conect door) is very, very good spa whith teraphist (especially ms. nok - must try reflexology foot massage - the best !) for resonable money). only one thing is not ok, in pool are you find bad smell not ok for stay and enjoy in pool and caffe. only few steps and your are on main north pattaya street, many restorants, caffe bars, shops, massage centars. very good position. near is and wogamant beach. to centar, central festival or walking street you need 10 minutes whith taxi and 150 bht. do not forgtt! try in soi 20, blind massage massage !

I love this resort. It's nicely tucked away in a silent lane. Adjacent golf course, Indian Restaurant, Plenty of eateries just across the road. The best part is the facility is very silent and serene. The beds are cosy, the AC works well, the bathrooms are clean and large. Has a nice sit out, table to eat food. Office has decent collection of beverages. The staff is efficient, they maintain the premise clean. Always a joy to be in Pattaya.

First, I get Fairtex Sport Club for my first week since this hotel is really good at service, cleanliness, and facilities. Due to the hotel is fully booked, I get recommendation from Hotel Manager to choose Fairtex Residence since this hotel is also a Fairtex Group. I thought Fairtex Residence is the same as good as the sport club, but a cheaper one. The Service are good, the room is clean & clean.
