Hotels near Udom Suk BTS Station

The nicest moderate priced 4 star accommodation I have stayed in Bangkok so far.  Recently renovated, the hotel feels very modern and luxurious for it’s price range.  The deluxe room had nothing to see outside the window but the room itself was clean, modern, and very stylish.  The bed was very comfortable. The pool area is impressive with some well designed water features, it drew a large crowd everyday.  Gym is pretty standard. Location was good – less than a 10 min walk to Nana BTS station with lots of restaurants in the surrounding soi.  The quality of the renovation itself feels like a higher standard than most of the competition, though it may just be due to the fact it was very recently completed.  Definitely will be back, my favorite of the 5 hotels I have tried when factoring in distance to BTS, room cleanliness and quality, surrounding amenities, and hotel facilities.

When looking for accommodation for this trip, I was asked to find a place on Sukhumvit Road, near a BTS station, with suitable space and amenities for children. Emporium Suites worked perfectly for all of us. Service was great beginning with an email to confirm that the establishment had made a note of our special requests and would try to accommodate them according to availability. I personally felt that this was a nice little touch that ensured that our booking had been received. Check-in was extremely fast and effortless and although we arrived prior to the standard check-in time, there was a room ready for us to place our luggage and get rested. Spacious would be an understatement - the room was extremely large and perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. The room is well laid out, the bed was big and extremely comfortable, 1 large sofa that was perfect for our 10 year old, a work area with LAN connection, and even a kitchenette and large refrigerator! The additional kid's amenities pack was a well-received and delightful surprise for our girls too - as well as the office supplies (scissors and stapler) in the drawers. Unfortunately we did not have a chance to visit the fitness center, but the Thann Sanctuary on the 7th Floor provides a great and shaded walkway that is ideal for getting some exercise and the massive pool was a refreshing experience for kids and adults. Breakfast was great throughout our 3 nights stay - never an issue with insufficient seating or food, ingredients and cutlery were clean and fresh, and the variety was just right. The establishment is connected to Emporium department center, further connected to Phromphong BTS station, and further connected to EmQuartier department store - which would be ideal for people looking to travel around to other areas of Bangkok, looking to do some shopping, or interested in fun edutainment activity centers for children. :) I do have 1 note to make that during our stay, it seemed that the shower / tub

We chose this hotel because we wanted to try a new location in Bangkok, as we always stay in Terminal 21, and this is a fairly new hotel. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try the Onsen. Pros - access to tuk tuk shuttle was convenient to the BTS station. I believe it's every 20 mins. The rooms and bathroom were clean and new. Our particular room (Triple Room) was quite small for the 3 of us, so I can't speak about the other rooms. Toiletries were ample, but quality was so-so if you're picky about shampoo, etc. Breakfast spread was abundant and expansive. It feels quite indulging to be honest. Great selection and lots of stations. Nice to wake up to this. The setting was white colonial..very soothing and pleasant. Loved the mango sticky rice station and Hot Ginger Tea. The steam room, sauna was nice to use. Locker rooms were available, but lacks any toiletries in the changing room, such as hair brush, deodorant, lotion, slippers, etc. So, bring your own, or do it in your room. Most of all, the staff was extremely friendly, specifically their Social Media coordinator or Manager. I had accidentally left/forgot my silver ring in the lobby bathroom and they found it and kept it for me to pick up. We chatted over Facebook messenger. Extremely prompt response and attentive. Very helpful!! So, thank you for that. Japanese toilets of course, always a plus. Overall, a positive experience.

I stayed in many places throughout the years i have been in Thailand. But today i am gonna tell you i have stayed in this Hotel and they are the best. They are best for location,best for shopping mall,Best for BTS Stations. There suite is just too good. You have more then everything you need in a Grand Suite. I stayed in the most expensive suite they have and they named it Grand Suite. They just provide you with everything. More then everything. Its a luxury of its kind. I enjoyed there service so much. Cant express in words. The best is I enjoyed working for my business purpose with wifi upto 3 MBs per sec to 10 Mbs per sec. Thats the best and fastest i ever found out in any hotel all over the world. Best is there internet service is too good and stable. I never found a single problem in last 5 days. There restaurant is awesome. I ate almost heavy breakfast. There jacuzzi is too good. There entertainment room is amazing. The swimming pool is awesome. gym too good. And outdoor table tennis awesome. Overall there staff are very polite and always greeting you as you walk down the ally. They are so helpful. Every time i come back in Thailand this is the place i will love to stay ever again in my life. I would recommend this hotel to all travelers of all kind. Hotel is at a good location near terminal 21 mall. Same Soi as The Westin. It's really conveniently located near Asok BTS Station and Sukhumvit MRT Station. Hotel breakfast is good with enough choices for you to choose from. They have a happy hour at their pool bar at 1 for 1 and the scenery is relaxing enough. You don't need to travel to another place at all. It's located out of Nana area for those who do not want to be in the scene of the hustle and bustle. Definitely worth the stay. For those who love massages, this is the best place; at least 4-5 clean massage places with no frills. I would highly recommend "Friend's Massage" which has good masseuse to pull those tight muscles. To be honest, you don't even need to travel to Healthland which is just behind the hotel. Not to forget, a beer garden is right next door! Have recommended this hotels to my friends and will personally stay here on my next visit to Bangkok :)

The room was extremely comfortable. There was almost everything that we could think of being provided by the hotel in terms of room amenities. It was almost incredibly clean and the staff always felt ready to help on hand. A nice touch was the gift of a couple of sweet pastries as a parting gift by the reception staff. The location was great, near the BTS station and surrounded by hipster cafes and local eateries alike. One is never hard pressed to find something to eat for cheap or pricier options, as well as shopping or other activities. Highly recommended for small traveling groups who want to enjoy their stay in Bangkok in style and comfort, and don’t mind paying a little more than a hostel but less than a 5 star hotel.

Really liked this hotel which is located very close to Asoke BTS and MRT Stations. Also very close to Terminal 21 Shopping complex and all the night entertainment is handy too. The hotel staff were very responsive and friendly we especially loved the lady who works in the sky lounge on the 38th floor from Sunday to Friday day time. She was really lovely and our son loved chatting with her. The hotel has only 6 rooms per floor which makes it that little more private. There is a swimming pool on the 37th floor with a view over the city across Queen Sirikit Memorial park and further over Lumpini park. A very nice breakfast is served on the 35th floor again with lovely attentive staff. The room we had was very comfortable, clean and of a reasonable size for a family of two adults and 1 child. Because the hotel is situated behind the shophouses on Sukhumvit Road it adds a touch more privacy. Both the MRT and BTS stations can be accessed via the building adjacent to the hotel.

We booked 3 rooms and stayed 5 nights in this hotel. Everything was excellent starting from the check-in process till the end. The staffs were very friendly and prompt in actions. The rooms were excellent; compared to several hotels I have stayed in Asia, this was the best. Spacious with all amenities you will need; even a mini kitchen fully furnished and Washing Machine in every room! This is really helpful when you are staying with family and kids. The price is really value for what we got. The restaurant food is excellent too. The tour operator Mr. Lit was a very friendly and helpful guy. He made our trip to the Safari and DreamWorld memorable. His charges were very reasonable and we recommend him to anyone willing to explore Bangkok. The hotel location too is very good since its only 5 mins walk to the BTS station.

I was surprised that the hotel is located closed to night market and BTS station. The hotel is relatively quiet despite it's location in the city centre. The room is very spacious and it comes with free WiFi access. My stay at Ambassador Hotel is pleasant as the room is very spacious and quiet. The hotel has a big convention centre where several business functions and meetings can be held concurrently. The hotel also has a small shopping arcade complete with several tailor shops, souvenior, pharmacy and convenience stores. The hotel is also located close to Terminal 21 Shopping Complex where many international and local cuisines are available in 4th and 5th levels of the shopping complex. Due to the on-going political demonstration in Bangkok, the hotel room rate has come down substantially to well below my booking rate. That's a small regret for booking the room too early.

Best at its best. I've traveled the world, been to many corners. First time in Bangkok though, and I chose Okura as it's new. Holy you won't be disappointed. I liked this more than Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, or other similar properties I stayed at... It's Japanese hospitality meaning attention to every possible details. It's new (which can be bad because Taxi drivers don't know where it is, in which case you tell them the nearest BTS station). Safety is great because you need to pass manned main reception at ground floor, take elevator, then pass the Reception Lobby at 26th floor again guarded... i felt absolutely safe at all times. Will I return? absolutely. I will want to go to BKK for Okura.

They prepared a birthday card on the table and slice of cake with candle in the fridge. It was so heart warming. Also the environment and facilities are superb, especially the infinite pool. Compare with other hotel with infinite pool, 137 pillars is more reasonable and affordable budget for me and with quality service as others. Last, all staff are nice and helpful, we lost something during the trip and they are willing to assist us to check with different parties, such as airport, airline, taxi driver etc. It's a nice place to stay in, good location with many nice restaurant, bar and massage surrounded. Also shuttle cab to BTS station hourly.

the hotel is located on suk soi 11. very helpful and friendly staff. the breakfast is excellent, with lots of juice, fruit and hot items to select from. also, eggs to order. try the natto, onion, green onion, and chili omelet, over hot white rice. soi eleven has lots of bars, restaurants, massage palors, shops, and is an easy walking distance to the nana bts station.

Pro= location are perfect walking distance to 3 BTS station ,walking distance to food ,massage , 2 big shopping mall. staff are very friendly, free shuttle to nearby BTS. Room are clear and comfortable. Book transport from hotel to DMK airport cost 500Thb. Additional point : booking for birthday celebration, hotel are kind that give 500 thb meal voucher. Con: pillow are to soft . Exit from BTs terminal 21, pass by Exchange tower , walk backwards will see a 7-11 turn right ,will find the hotel at your right hand and beside have a family mart. Staff are very helpful and can speak basic English. Hotel are safe and security always standby.

feel warm & welcoming when just step in for check in our stay. the staff was giving us a friendly smile & warming feel everyday & every moment when we meet. the room facilities is friendly using, & cleanness is the most important for us to meet. ramada encore had reach all required we make it. due to location of the hotel, after the nana bts station, which we feel is more nearest than asok bts station, we still have 3 minutes walk to reach the corner of sukhumvit soi 10, means the entrance of the road which the hotel located. again, the hotel was great, they provide us a full convenient on any needs we have, a golf car drive us from the corner to the hotel to save for another 2 minutes walk. 100% nice & convenient for the services that hotel provide, our lovely hotel!

Hotel: - Very clean and tidy - Air-conditioning can be a bit too cold eventhough we have adjusted it. - Although the hotel is just next to BTS, it's not noisy - Hotel provides free WIFI and internet access through computer in the lobby - Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Although their English is limited, they try their best in helping us. I have read about hotel staffs that worked with Taxi driver who overcharged hotel customers. However, in Hope Land, when we request the Concierge to get a taxi for us, he asked us to remain in the lobby while he hailed the cab from the street. I thought that's very nice gesture. He hailed us a meter taxi and told us roughly how much we expected to pay. Location - Convenient, as it is only 2 mins walk from Phra Kanong BTS station. - The only disadvantage was as the hotel is located at the fringe of Sukhumvit area, thus there is not much eating place around. There is only one restaurant behind the hotel which serves Western/Thai food. Food is cheap and good. The lady boss is very friendly too. There is one small mall at Ekkamai station which is one stop before Phra Kanong, which have a few restaurants and a cinema.

We were upgraded to a bigger room immediately upon arrival so my opinion could be biased but I think this hotel was great. The front desk staff and bell hop were extremely polite and helpful. The hotel itself is located between Thonglor Soi 8 and 10. Thonglor is what some may consider a nicer area in Bangkok. There are a lot of shops and restaurants in the vicinity, in addition to at least three or four spas. Foot massage places are all over the place. Usually we stay in Sukhumvit but we preferred Thonglor because it seemed somewhat safer and cleaner while remaining a short cab ride away from Sukhumvit. The location of this hotel is what got us hooked EXCEPT if you want to catch the BTS subway system frequently. It is maybe a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel to the Thonglor BTS station. Now, back to the hotel. The hotel had a nice kitchen, washer/dryer, sink, etc. If we were going to stay there for a long period of time, this hotel could definitely serve as a "long trip" destination. The bathroom was clean and modern, with a big bath tub and a separate shower. The bedroom was also clean and comfortable and had a lounge chair w/ a TV. The living room had a balcony and TV as well. All in all, I would stay at this hotel again without question.

2-3 minute walk to Asok BTS station. Hotel staff were very accommodating and took good attention of our needs in the hotel. There were 4 of us booked in a big room with two bedrooms with kitchen and living room, very nice and comfy. Breakfast was well prepared as well, not the very best but its worth it! Too bad we didnt get to use the other amenities like pool and gym.

my first stay at the royal benja in bangkok, probably my seventh or eighth visit to bangkok. of the hotels i've stayed at, i'd pick royal benja over all of them (except perhaps the j.w. marriott, but that hotel is in a radically different price range). it is conveniently located, about 2 blocks off sukhumvit rd, and about 3-4 blocks from the nana bts station so getting anywhere in bangkok is a breeze. it was also perfect for me since i booked a physical at bumrungrad international hospital, about 2 blocks away. a lot of bangkok hotels have tub/showers with tiny instantaneous water heaters. royal benja has both a tub and a separate walk in shower with great water pressure and as much hot water as you can take. after a 26 hour flight (counting layovers), it was great! my only disappointment was the included breakfast. i guess i have been spoiled by the montien in pattaya. the royal benja breakfast was fine, included the usual odd assortment of eggs, pancakes, and tossed green salad, just not expansive like some others. still i got plenty to eat.

Was pleased w/ overall quality of Galleria 12 Sukhumvit, especially pleased since hotel was booked at last minute -- due to change in travel plans. Hotel located only stone's throw away from nearest BTS Station - Asok. Can walk to either BTS or Terminal 21 in 5-10 minutes. Galleria 12 is rather new, just opened in late 2015. Hotel features spacious pool and well-stocked fitness room. Only drawback about swimming pool is that due to it being located on north side of buildings, sun is blocked out after 11 am. So, only have small window to soak up any rays in Bkk. Staff is quite accommodating and friendly. If hotel can be booked at discounted price, might consider staying at Galleria 12 again.

Booked Dream for two nights and by far the best stay in Thailand that me and my wife had. We reached Bangkok early in the morning and took our time to get through VOA at the airport but still reached the hotel at 11:00. Like any other hotel their checkin time was late which was conveyed to me earlier but was also told if anyone checks out i will be given the room right away. I have come across hotels where i have had to wait for a good 2 hours in such scenarios with me being sure that there were rooms available in hotel. The lovely staff not only got us checked in earlier but also guided us about places we can visit without pitching in for taking any tours. The rooms are clean and well maintained and very comfortable. Room service is great. Its hardly 5 mins from the BTS station Asok and you can very well walk the street for some good street shopping. The best breakfast buffet that we had, my wife being a vegeterian too had very good options to eat. No to forget that even after being so close to the shopping streets the rooms are very peaceful and a sound sleep guarantted. Over and above it was a great stay and will be back to the hotel at my next trip for sure.

We decided to take the express rail link from the airport to the city. We were surprised to realise though, that the trains only run hourly and the train station in the city does not connect to the BTS sky train system. However, we waited about 20 mins for the city train (which runs on the same line as the express train but makes 6 stops along the way meaning it is not express and takes 30 mins instead of 15 mins). When we arrived at Makassan station in the city we still needed to take a taxi to Sukhumvit. Which we did and it only took 20 minutes. The hotel is in a great location and very easy to find. The hotel is on Sukhumvit Road which runs directly below the BTS line. There are 2 BTS stations within a 10 minute walk from the hotel, Nana in one direction and Asok in the other. There is a supermarket about 6 mins walk and a park/pubs/restaurants/coffee shops all within 10 mins walk away. The hotel is clean and modern, the staff are friendly and speak good English. The room is really big and modern. The bed is huge and really comfortable. We were only there for one night so the duplex, mini apartment concept was a little wasted on us. It's a nice design though and great to have a full size fridge, iPod dock, 2 TV's and 2 toilets. The breakfast area was well stocked and had a good choice of foods. Unfortunately, the staff were really inattentive. We seated ourselves, we had to ask for coffee, we had to ask for a knife to cut the bread, the egg chef was preoccupied. Not a big problem but a little frustrating. Overall we had a really enjoyable stay, we got to see and do a lot whilst we were in Bangkok due to the convenience and great location of our hotel. We would recommend to our friends.

There are a few hotels to choose from in the Nana Plaza area of Bangkok, but The Majestic Grande is my favorite, and since I have discovered it, I keep coming back. First off, the location is great - its tucked about 1/2 KM down Sukumvit Soi 2, far enough away from the traffic of the main road, but just a short walk through the Rajah hotel parking entry to Soi 4 and Nana Plaza. The Nana plaza area is loaded with more than just the go-go bars for which it is famous, but also great street shopping, and a few wonderful restaurants. Pomodoro (just across Sukumvit and 1.5 blocks toward the Nana BTS station) is an Italian spot that is highly recommended to try in this area. The Majestic Grand is a very nice spot, the rooms are near 5 star caliber, and I find them to be every bit as nice as the more expensive hotels in the area. You will get a big fluffy duvet covered comforter on a soft bed with lots of pillows in any class of room, a marble and hardwood decor and a full marble bath with glass enclosed shower. A comfortable and large desk is in each room for those who can't leave work behind. The staff is very friendly, and helpful with anything you might need. If you are looking for a near-5-star hotel that has all the amenities and can still maintain a friendly atmosphere, then you will certainly be happy here.

Well, it may be difficult to be objective because I was blessed with an upgrade to a Junior Suite.  I try my best! Check in and out was very good (Ms. Pisinee) all relevant information, very professional and welcoming.    The Junior Suites are in a different building, across the Soi and down an alley.  This could be a problem if you were set on utilising the pool area (which looked very inviting), fitness room etc.  We made the trip over for breakfasts and it wasn't an issue, just not as convenient as stepping out of the lift. Speaking of breakfast there's a good selection of food,  strangely less Thai choices than western. But it's nicely presented, in copious amounts and tasty.  The staff in the breakfast room are efficient and unobtrusive. The Junior Suite?  Massive. Huge living area with very big TV, fully equipped kitchen which even has a front load washing machine, big bedroom with another TV and desk chair and big wardrobe and a great sized bathroom with full bath.  The housekeeping staff are very Good, the room was spotless although if you really look hard there were a few things (soap holder, tiling) which needed fixing. And the carpet in the corridor outside the rooms could do with a good clean.  But the problems were minor. Oh, the bed is king-sized and magnificent. The location is Great,  too, just a short walk gets you to either Asok or Nana BTS stations. Rarely am I this impressed by a hotel.

The staff here were incredible. The best part of the stay was definitely the breakfast, so good! The location had very easy access to the BTS station, only a 10 minute walk. I do wish Agoda made it more obvious that airport transfer doesn't mean pickup and dropoff to the airport - in this case it just meant that they had a shuttle going back and forth from the hotel to the BTS station on Sukhumvit. I would totally stay here again - rooftop pool was very nice as well!

NEW HOTEL JUST START OPERATING 1 MONTH AGO *Tesco 5min walking distance *On Nut BTS Station 10min walking distance, but we have a free shuttle bus from hotel to BTS so is very convenience. *Location is a little far from Siam Paragon is about 8-9 Station. *Breafast is Great. *Hotel is clean because of NEW *Friendly Staff *Hotel Facilities, Swimming Pool is too small, gym equipment completely full set, jacuzzi is nice in private room, Massage Center is not well do enough yet. So far I'm satisfied with X2, if I have to others better choice I will be back again :)

Went bangkok few weeks ago with friends, stayed over at S Sukhumvit suites for 4 nights. Place is bit hard to find as i believe it's quite a new hotel. But it's fairly easy to spot if you are travelling along main road and right beside Asoke BTS station. Hotel smell new moment we stepped into the lobby, was greeted by friendly staffs and shown to our room. Room itself is value for money, love the number of international channels on the LCD tv. It was the first time i come across rain shower bath in hotel toilet. Very accessible to major tourist spot by taking BTS. I will surely choose to stay in S Sukhumvit hotel next time i go bangkok.

The hotel is not close to any BTS or MTR stations but they provide transport to the Thong Lo BTS station and the boat pier is only steps away. From the boat you can easily get to Platinum Shopping Center and from there its a short walk to Central World and Siam Paragon. Love the decor of the room and this is the first hotel room I've been in with a sound bar and sub-woofer. The bathtub is meant for sitting which took a bit of getting used to. Staff are friendly. The traffic on the road outside can get pretty bad so sometimes it takes a long time driving to the hotel. The hotel restaurant got great reviews but we didn't have a chance to check it out. Next time ...
