"As it was low season and I booked four nights' stay, Centara Duangtawan Hotel upgraded our room. Thank you very much! The room is huge and lavishly furnished with all necessary amenities and more, making our stay a most enjoyable one! The buffet breakfast was great too! The hotel is located close to the night bazaar and also within easy walking distance of the Old City and the wonderful Sunday Walking Street. We even walked to the Warorot Market. The fourth day of our stay was my birthday and the hotel had a birthday cake sent to our room. Thanks! I have already recommended the hotel to friends who are going to Chiang Mai soon and will recommend it to others too!"

"We stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. Great location. Walking distance to the old city and steps away from great restaurants, bars and massage parlours. The breakfast area is modern, tastefully decorated, and a great spot for doing some work. The internet was good. One of the best things about this hotel is the staff. They were very friendly and extremely helpful. They can book tours for you and they even followed up with one of the tour companies (elephant tours) when they were running a bit late to pick us up. They also went above and beyond to help us call immigration when we had questions regarding our visa. Don't let the lack of reviews discourage you from chosing this place as it is a new hotel. We would 100% stay here again in the future."
