"I stayed in a dorm under the roof. The dorm has 2 AC and a washbin. Outside the dorm is the shared toilet and bathroom. The locker for the luggage are to small to put a back pack inside. It's just for your valuables. Everything was very clean. You get a blanket and a pillow but no towel. At the terrace you have a wunderful view over Chiang Mai. Nearby is the somphet market and many temples. It's no problem to find breakfast in the surrounding. "

"Normally, you don't expect much from a hostel, this one definitely gave you some surprise. The breakfast is simple but decent, you can get 3 kinds of bread, one dish to share with everyone, usually chicken with veggies, tomato and salad, as well as eggs, which is perfectly boiled, I'm not a fun for boiled egg, but here they are delicious! The room are super clean, and with all the things you gonna need (for girls, can't say for the boys tho), hairdryer, Q-tip and towel (with a deposit). Location is superb, too! It took 10 mins walk to Wat Phra Singh and Wat Chiang Man respectively. We didn't book anything from the hostel, but the staff are very nice, always smile and greet their customers. I did try to book a shooting activity from the hostel, but apparently the pamphlet I found inside the hostel is not "permitted" by the hostel. Very confusing... All in all, it was a great stay."

"this hotel was fantastic. i would stay here again in a heartbeat. we booked a superior room and loved it. it was a big room, nicely decorated, with a balcony overlooking the pool (almost all rooms have a balcony overlooking the pool). the pool is beautiful and so refreshing after a hot chiang mai day. the breakfast that was included with the room was the best breakfast we've had in 2 months of travel through thailand and south america. good complimentary coffee too, which is rare for included breakfasts in thailand. location is great - one block from the sunday market and the main wat in the old city. the only negative was that the rates for activities booked through the hotel seemed high. we booked our own drivers and got around on our own. Neighbour with Wat Chiang Man and walking distance to all old city wats(if time allows). Close to all bars and 7-11s. Room is clean and large with new facilities. Bed is comfy and warm. The only thing to improve is breakfast was not included but have to buy ticket pp for 150Baht. We'd love to stay again if revisit Chiangmai."
